Our stay was exceptional, in large part, because of the hotel's warm, engaging, and responsive staff at all levels, from Florencia and Alex at the front desk to Albert in the restaurant and from Daigon in housekeeping to Chavelle in the concierge desk.
It should be noted that hotel accommodations are excellent and the building is well maintained. Plus, it is well situated, including a quick walk from Central Station.

The room felt neglected. The trash was not emptied with any regularity. The minibar was not stocked with any regularity. The room service menu stopped working. The TV stopped working. The staff gave us lip service but did little to resolve our issues.

The reception staff were so sweet to us. We were on our honeymoon and they sent up a lovely hand written card congratulating us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. So sweet. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and within walking distance to tons of stuff and is also right across from Central Station and canal cruises. Apart from these, it is a nice hotel. I would recommend for location, the restaurant and bar, the arts. We were given a glass of prosecco on arrival which was a good first impression.

Location is prime, contemporary rooms and spiting distance from Central Station. But as business traveller, you would expect rooms to have USB or USBC ports in the room to charge devices, this is a standard in most modern hotels which I found to be difficult and likely will not return to stay at the property until refurbished.

We stayed 5 nights. Our two twin beds room is big and has 2 chairs, AC is good, hot water came out really fast, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our mini bar door couldn't open for some reasons, the hotel compensated us with a free breakfast next morning. The breakfast was super, we went back two days after (25 euro per person). I felled off a rented bike and asked for ice to ice my injured area, the front desk staff would ask me about it whenever they saw me and provided ice to me, thank you Bruna and Gabriella.

Nice hotel, they do not follow any requests. It took six times to get them to change out pillows to foam. Housekeeping was not completed until almost 7pm the first day and was a major inconvenience as I had work to do while in the room and didn’t want to miss service. Make sure to tell staff exactly what you need and be prepared to follow up several times.

ARCA restaurant was closed when we were there, however we tried the limited menu at the bar and the food was delicious. We were very happy with our stay. Hotel was expensive but worth it.

Staff very helpful but the street outside was littered with rubbish. I found it strange that a piece of timber was installed in the wash basin I checked with the staff and they said it was ok , however when I investigated it myself I found the reason was that the washbasin was badly cracked under the timber.
