Hotel is perfect location. We arrived before the check in time and we were able to leave you bags in the luggage storage room. The staff were so friendly and called me after check out as I left an item behind. Staff are always around, the desk is named 24/7.
The room was a good size. A little bit of wear and tear but nothing you wouldn’t expect. The shower was a good size. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was small but clean. The hotel was in a convenient location. The bathroom, however, was incredibly small. It was difficult to sit on the bathroom toilet as the sink and toilet paper dispenser were right in your face. It's not bad for a cheap one-night stay, but many people would be too big to even fit into the bathroom.

Location was excellent. This is the main selling point for the hotel. Everything is walkable from there and ideal if you are getting the train at Central.
Reception staff are quite grumpy except the younger guy.
Room was clean but it was the darkest room I’ve ever stayed in. The room looked on to other rooms so even with the curtains open the room was pitch black. Made it very difficult getting ready, it was like having a couple of lamps on.
The beds had a topper on which would slide off in the night.
Amenities not great, not even a drinking glass in the room. You did get mugs for tea and coffee which you could refil at reception, this was a nice touch, apart from you had to reuse the same mugs for the duration of the stay.
Overall a pleasant stay but would not stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I absolutely love it here. It’s the best location as there are loads of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. There’s central station 2 min walk away so you can get everywhere. The staff are so polite and friendly and the cleaners are really nice too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the CC Hotel in Amsterdam! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from the train station and set on a nice street with lots of restaurants, shops, and even a small supermarket nearby.

The room decor was modern and stylish in shades of grey and white. The room itself was small, but it had everything we needed. There was free coffee and tea with a kettle, drinkable tap water, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and air conditioning which made the stay very comfortable.

The added breakfast option is a must! You simply take your breakfast voucher to the Original Pancake Restaurant next door and choose from five delicious breakfast options, each served with coffee and orange juice. Everything was fresh and tasty.

My mother and I both felt very safe walking around the area, even in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam!

Super close to Centraal Station which made it easy to walk with our bags. There is a lift, but still stairs, as is the case in all of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to the room. The rooms are small but organized efficiently. I wish the bathroom had more space, toiletries, and better lighting, but the water pressure was good. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch! We added on breakfast which was available in a restaurant next door (limited menu) but it was super convenient and the food was good so worth it. The front desk was helpful with directions and storing our bags and the cleaning staff did a great job!

Very pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door. The street was dirty with garbage and smelled of urine but once we stepped inside we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and helpful man. He was fast and friendly and very helpful. We were able to store our bags ( we arrived at 8:30 AM ) and were notified when our room was ready. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is conveniently located near the centre of the city and was well worth the visit.

When I books a room in this hotel they show you a very nice room pictures. But in reality I got a very tiny tiny room in 4th floor. I hit my head 5 times in peace of wood studs sticking out every where in a room. Unfortunately I did not have good experience with this hotel and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Not worth what I paid

The property is old and therefore the walls are paper thin and everything is uneven. You can feel that the building is tilting but this is common across Amsterdam. Lots of very small staircases so not great for anyone with mobility issues

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel CC! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from Central Station. It made exploring Amsterdam super easy, from visiting museums to grabbing local treats like stroopwafels.

The hotel has real character, with classic Amsterdam architecture and cozy rooms. Despite being in the Red Light District, it felt safe and surprisingly quiet at night.

We had a great stay and were really impressed by helpfulness of staff. Also 24 hour reception very reassuring and responsive. However if you need a lot of space be aware this is a very narrow hotel. So the rooms are small... but hey! around £110 per night and literally 5 minutes from Centraal Station in one of the busiest nite spots in town... Amazing!!! for Amsterdam... so if you are just looking for a base, friendly hepful staff, centre of town, space not important go for it...

After a few nights we did laugh about just how small it was. But the bed was super comfortable. Room had a/c, a great shower room and you can get great coffee from reception at any time...
