We stayed here for 4 nights. This is a busy hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Very convenient to visit the main attractions by foot. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Not the quietest, a lot of corridor noise and walking across room from the room above but it was half-term. Housekeeping amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff need a medal, so accommodating. Lovely bar for after a hard day’s sightseeing. If I had to give one negative it would be that we found it very impersonal.

Room was great and very clean. Bed was great and well maintained. Refrigerator did not work and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Again great place to stay. We lost one day from a change by the airlines and they would not accommodate us. This was done two months before we stayed and they still charged us for the first night. And we had to wait the next day for the room to be cleaned, which means they rented it out. Great place wish they were a little more accommodating!

Highly recommended hotel! This is a beautiful and well-maintained newly renovated hotel centrally located within 3 mins walking distance to Amsterdam Central Station and to many tourist favorite spots i.e. Dam Square, 9 Streets, and close to many restaurants. Most of all, the room is in pristine condition and bathroom is very clean with great water pressure and hot water. We were at Room 301-spacious room, all amenities including water and coffee. We have a view of the central station and the canal, and it's not noisy at all. Breakfast is great and should be availed if you have time for it. We highly recommend this hotel especially for their very friendly, courteous, and accommodating front desk teams (they let us check in at 12nn because our room was ready) . We will definitely stay again in this hotel when we visit Amsterdam again.

I booked this hotel cos of it location. I was there 12 pm and allowed us to check in, very friendly receptionist even offered us drink. We choose to opt out the housekeeping for 5 days and in return a €10 food voucher. The room is big and spacious for 2 big 30 inch luggage. They even have coffee machine in the room. My room was so beautiful, right in front the train station and canal. This hotel was very conscious on their guest. We have turn on \"Do not Disturb for 3 days\", the housekeeping have send us 2 cards to ensure we are ok. As we did not reply them, they came in the 4th night to check on us after few miss call to our room. Awesome service. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that going Amsterdam.

Pro: it’s sort of clean. Probably good for a group of friends there to smoke weed, visit the sex museum or something tacky.
Cons: not for couples - avoid. Feels like a cheap hotel. Massively overpriced. Rooms are super small (the bedsheets has a strange chemical smell too), ours had the view of a wall and someone else’s window so didn’t feel private. We tried to ignore the rudeness of the staff at check-out but then she forced us to pay the city tax twice incorrectly, lying and ignoring the previous charge we shown on our banking phone app (always get a receipt). A bottle of water at the bar costs €7, which you might need as there’s no water in the room and the minibar is left empty. Oh, they charge you to borrow their umbrellas, another tacky move as confirmation of the low standard they offer to their customers. Never again. Will do our best to avoid park plaza in other locations too.

The location was super. It’s an easy walk to the train station. We took the team to the museums. There’s lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the breakfasts served in the hotel.

The staff here has been wonderful. Our room was a nice size and the spa and pool area is lovely. But, the best thing was the service. At every level we found willing helpers from concierge to reception to housekeeping to the breakfast reception. We felt at home right away.

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated, perfectly located to local attractions & very friendly staff. Only reason I’m doing 4 stars instead of 5 is the beds. We had to switch rooms bc the king was so uncomfortable & the next rooms bed was barely better. Highly suggest getting a room with the large soaking tub.
