The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We stayed in an executive suite room and it was exactly what we needed with having a baby with us. The room was conveniently set up and clean. Bed was comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be the uncomfortable couch in the living room area but really the whole experience from the valet parking to check in and out all exceeded our expectations. Will be returning.

It’s an annual tradition for my daughter and I to attend the Canadian Auto Show. Our first room was dirty upon arrival. The bedding on the pull out couch to be specific which also had the distinctive smell of a sweaty night (for 2 people if you catch my drift) and drink rings on the coffee table. They showed us a second room which had the exact same issue. Ended up accepting a downgrade without any credit back to me although they said they comped parking and breakfast. Will check my account activity to see what I was charged for tomorrow. Forward to the next morning. We decided to stay another night so booked a new room. Once again we encountered the exact same problem minus the smell. Management said they would comp parking and breakfast again and said they would clean the room immediately but refused to give us a differ ent room to save us the wait. Eventually we settled back in and II took a shower. The bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. It was obvious after the fact that the bottom seal on the shower door had failed, and the drain was backing up and spilling g over the raised threshold. Had to mop it all up using every available towel in the room. Fed up with speaking to the dismissive managers, I decided to leave and book the Soho instead. Will be trying to get a refund for the night we didn’t end up staying but will avoid this hotel in future and perhaps even the hotel chain altogether based on the treatment I received despite being a member in good standing.

My wife and I have stayed here several times in the past and each time had room service for breakfast, always the eggs benedict with juice and fruit.
Our previous experiences had the food delivered on a tray on plates with lids all nicely arranged. The bathtub had a layer of dust on it and it was not cleaned well inside the tub. The floor in the room seemed dirty too. Not enough towels in the room for 3 people (there was only enough for 1 person).
I ordered room service and my kids said the pancakes tasted weird and the toast I ordered wasn’t even toasted. I took a pic of the toast and will be emailing that to the hotel.

Hotel was surprisingly quiet. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Indoor tunnel connected to Union station is a big plus in a cold Canadian winter day. Breakfast selection was average and the price expensive. Otherwise an enjoyable stay with family.

The way a manager treats a customer is a reflection of how they treat the company they work for. Anyone can get a degree in hotel management. That does not make you a good manager! When you steal money and fabricate bills that makes you a criminal. I'm 100% disappointed and disrespected with the Delta and their management.

Stayed a night after the Raptors game. As a former hospitality business manager, I can say this Delta is managed very well. Friendly and professional front desk staff, rooms were clean (and I inspect as I would due to previous job), and the breakfast at SOCO was very good. The waiter we had was one of the best I have ever experienced, unfortunately I forgot his name but I let the front desk know he was exceptional. Will stay again if ever in the area.
