I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Four Seasons Marrakech and it was absolutely unforgettable! The property is stunning — a true haven in the heart of the city with beautiful pools, elegant rooms, and fantastic restaurants. Only three hours from the UK, it feels like a world away. What made it extra special were the staff, who are genuinely the friendliest I’ve ever met. Luxury, comfort, and hospitality at its very best. Can’t wait to return!

Four seasons Marrakech is absolutely stunning. Beautiful property. Class and modern rooms. All the restaurants are 5 stars with dishes that will have you saying “wow” with every bite. Quattro being my favorite. The staff are all amazing and accommodating. Love the WhatsApp chat, to have easy access to hotel staff for any request. The hotel is literally right next to M.Avenue, festive nightlife area with so much to do and restaurants to choose from. Le Douar is a must. Highly recommend Four seasons marrakesh. Less than 10 min from the airport. Easily accessible. Yet secluded and luxurious. I would honesty visit Marrakesh again just to stay at this hotel.

The staff/people were incredible and made the experience the most memorable. Ishmail, one of the assistance by the pool along with his team, were spectacular, offering the most outstanding, caring, custom-made service. Every person we encountered, from the security personnel, grounds men, concierge, check in staff, room service assistance were exceptional in their service. The food tasted specially prepared, perfectly flavoured with the choicest and freshest ingredients. This was a spectacular experience, the room was tastefully prepared and welcoming. We spent six nights and seven days, and every moment was the most relaxing, unwinding, and therapeutic moment. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms.

All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool

We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options.

This property was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend. I was disappointed in regard to the facilities simply because the adult pool was closed for renovation, and so was the tennis court. I was never informed and this was two of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Otherwise, staff and service were exceptional! Would stay again provided no ongoing renovations.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été particulièrement impressionné par le professionnalisme et la courtoisie de M. Badr, à la réception. Son sens de l’accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention aux détails ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon expérience.

La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné.

Je souhaite également souligner l’excellence du personnel du restaurant Quattro, dont le service irréprochable et la convivialité ont été très appréciés. Les mets proposés étaient savoureux et servis avec beaucoup de soin.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour toute personne à la recherche d’un séjour alliant raffinement, confort et service de grande qualité.

We had another wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Marrakech. The experience was, as always, exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—several even remembered us from previous visits, which made us feel truly welcome. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and looked fantastic, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was both luxurious and peaceful. The food was of excellent quality throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning again soon!

It was an unbelievable experience, everything curated in every single details, best staff , everyone super kind and helpful. The staff organized beautiful surprise upon our arrival for mt husbands 30th birthday, cake , wine , roses , and a beautiful message. Just to recap : The hotel is beautiful , service excellent. Additionally another thing standing out for us was the woman working at Concierge , she helped us defining our routes and plans for the days in Marrakech. One of the most beautiful Four Seasons establishments we’ve stayed at. We tried all 3 restaurants and were really blown away by our server, Youssef, at Inara. -Very impressionable, kind, friendly and a wealth of knowledge! Amin at Azzera was most helpful with food suggestions, which was a refreshing way to end our day after lounging by the glorious pool with more fantastic staff!
Quattro was an amazing exquisite dining experience. The food was beyond our wildest expectations and all the staff served us with pure excellence. We enjoyed their friendliness, expertise and professionalism! The sales representative in the resort store was as warm as ever! We just had to make a purchase with her!

The gardens were beautiful, with the citrus trees and blossoming flowers. At night the central fountain added an extra touch of ambiance for our final dinner. Really stunning for a property located in the heart of the city. The fragrances at the entrance and throughout were simply delectable!

The front desk staff and valets were awesome as they received us with first class service.

Thank you Four Seasons Marrakech for another memorable experience!

After staying at many four seasons hotels throughout the world, this one was a disappointment. The service was simply poor. No welcome drink on arrival. Waited a long time to be checked in. I tried to book a dinner reservation on arrival and was told that it was not necessary for hotel guests but then when we went to dinner we were turned away and told to go to another restaurant. We had been told you could order from the poolside restaurant to your lounge chair by the pool. When we tried to do this we were told we were 5 people so we needed to go to the restaurant. We just wanted a snack white the kids swam. We all went to the poolside restaurant but when we arrived my daughters were told they needed to have a cover up because they had a towel. They only brought a robe to the pool. So they had to leave, return to the room get a coverup and come back. I pointed out to the waitress all the other patrons in bikinis and she said the problem was that my children were wet whereas they were dry. Told they had 24 hour concierge service and when I would call there was no answer. This was a very different experience than the four seasons hotels I have stayed with in the past.

We travel a lot, at this hotel we had the best service we have ever had.
A real 5 stars service, amazing staff, concierge, they make sure everything is perfect. They were lovely with the kids, everybody remember our names.
The room was perfect! Also very close to la Medina for visiting the city. Highly recommended!

I have come back much refreshed from a short break at the four seasons Marrakech Everything was perfect! Wonderfully lush and beautiful grounds, beautiful and comfortable room, beautiful flowers in the lobby, exceptionally warm and wonderful staff from concierge to reception, to cleaning staff, to breakfast and the Inara restaturant which i frequented for the local cuisine on offer which was delicious!
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and already looking forward to making a return trip in the near future.

We were thrilled with this property and the service was outstanding. The property was beautiful and easy to navigate. The pools and their service were prompt and friendly. Breakfast at Quattro started off the day with excellent choices. Front staff were always pleasant and ready to help with any activity options and drivers were available always. One of my daughters had a health issue and a doctor was brought in quickly to assess the issue and offer medication. Honestly we travelled from Paris to Marrakech and this hotel made the end of our trip a memorable experience.

Having travelled across the world for over 40 years, the Four Seasons Marrakech is the best hotel we have stayed in. This is our second visit (and our 3rd will likey be booked in the near future) and from arriving to departure, the customer service is outstanding across all departments from Reception, housekeeping to gardeners and pool staff. The Front of House Manager in particular was very helpful when we arrived. We received a complimentary upgrade to a Garden Suite which was stunning. The quality, decor and size was fantastic. The room is kitted out with all the items you need including toiletries, quality hairdryer, quality towels, iron and ironing board. The daily housekeeping service was also outstanding and the staff quickly determined your daily programme which made the housekeeping discreet and not in your way. The turn down service was ditto! The gardens are beautifully kept as are the pool areas. The pool staff are also fantastic, courteous and professional. The pool towels are quality and you even get sunhats and suncream if you want it. The treats given at the pool were delicious. The hotel is very safe with professional security staff at the secure gated entrance. Taxis costed from 50 Mad to 100 mad depending on where you were going. We did have one issue with a driver trying to overcharge, we contacted the hotel via fantastic WhatsApp and they quickly sorted it out and apologised for the taxi miscommunication. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It provided a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The staff was incredibly lovely, and even when we encountered issues, the manager's attentive and caring approach made things much better. The restaurants offered excellent food, but little options for traditional Moroccan food. The spa facilities are separated for men and women, which, although annoying, seemed to align with cultural standards. Overall, I would definitely return for another relaxing experience.

Our stay was excellent! Everyone was so friendly. Hanane went out of her way to make our stay perfect. They were having a VIP at the property but she made us feel just as special. Rose petals on the dinner table for my birthday and cake and Prosecco to our room. Reservations were made for us at a great restaurant and even provided us a driver. Wow! Food was delicious and the property was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here next time.
