Lovely safe spot in a crazy city; would 100% recommend. The pool was such a nice spot to relax. Nice breakfast and great staff. Please add some spice to all the beans, lentils and breakfast though- needed a little extra flavour. Everything else way beaut!

Yje Bungalow i stayed in was very poor qulity. I had to call maintenance twice to get a lught to work, the AC to work, and the tub to drain. Paint is peeling all over, linenes were small compared tot eh ed size, but somewhat clean. Staff really nice but it is an impressive property from the ourside but the rooms are really really very old and worn out.

Felt it is not worth for the price we paid. The hotel reception, pool and garden area is maintained impressively, but the room (ours is bungalow) was quite basic, everything is broken furniture, including broken lamp shades, not enough lights in room, none of the toilet or bathroom doors can be locked, the toilet door if we close cannot open from inside, some one have to open from outside.... Sofa beds my children complained were not comfortable. So overall I did not like the room, expected much better one for the price we are paying.

The first time I stayed here about 6 years ago it was called the Farrah hotel and now the Kennedy hospitality
The hotel needs upgradingas it looksold and outdated especially for the price i paid wasn't cheap.
I couldn't believe there was no hairdryer in the bathroom and the beds were not comfortable at all.
Breakfast was same everyday and not much choice.
The staff were very friendly.
Location is good and you could walk to jamal fina and Gueliz.

This is a dated property. Clean and spacious, but lacking in some areas. For example, no hairdryer, no working safe, no wifi in room. Our air conditioning didn’t work and there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Buffet dinner is 20 euro pp, but we had some great pizza and beer at poolside for same amount. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel facilities were great with a big pool and decent pool bar where food and drinks were available throughout the day. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms a good size. The cleanliness of our room was a bit of a shock as we were used to much higher standards ( nothing major that would stop us from staying there again) resulting in us buying a disinfectant for the bathroom in the nearest Carrefour. Overall we enjoyed out time at this hotel.

Be aware people! we got bites all over our bodies… at our arrival home, we consulted and came out it was bed bugs… need to disinfect all our clothes and our stuff… we were at room 151, I guess the whole place is infected. Given the 4 stars and the price, we expected more cleanness and professionalism… very disappointing!

They make me wait more than one hour \"because it was saturday\"and they don't employers for online booking even the boys were ok,the girl from the reception make me pay twice the tourist taxes even I proved her I payed on expedia and she forbid me the card of the room,I felt like I've been robed...I think this is the gouvermental owned because the facilities are old and the boss doesn't care about there clients satisfaction...but the lower stuff try hard fot costumers satisfaction!!!

The bungalow is a beautiful concept but the bungalow we got was not well maintained. The door handles upstairs in both the shower and bathroom were broken. The air conditioning upstairs was blowing warm air. The pillows downstairs in the Moroccan salon were dirty. Check in was not smooth. The room was supposed to be available for 3. We arrived at 4:15 and we still had to wait because the room was not ready. The floor rugs upstairs were filthy. Would not recommend this place.

1st time and last time there. The hotel is old and needs some renovation. We couldn’t lock the balcony door, and when we requested someone to fix it, they never showed up and they didn’t follow up with us. We had to put a chair to lock it. Breakfast and swimming pool were ok. Don’t know how this hotel got a good rating! I would rather add more money and enjoy my stay at a better hotel.

So I asked the concierge for assistance to get a ride to the airport. Afterwards I was brought to another desk & told they only take cash. Well I was short for the payment the guy that helped me with my bags when I asked told me that they accept US currency not only did he take my $20 he also took $130DH when all was need was just the $20!!! If I didn’t go downstairs he would’ve kept the overage. He only gave me back $100DH. Furthermore I was told I was overcharged for the ride. I really think it’s horrible ur staff is dishonest & will never return. The reviews aren’t a lie they need to renovate BADLY.

I almost missed my flight because even after asking them to wake me up at a certain time they didn’t wake me up. By chance I got up and made it to my flight.
Also Wi-Fi was not stable it would come and go not what I would except with this type of 4 star hotel. Also not really sound proof I would hear scratchy noises on the ceiling during the middle of the night. I asked for a quiet room and this was the best they could do.
In addition I had to keep telling them I came alone. They kept trying to charge me City taxes for 2 people. Even when I was about to miss the flight. They don’t make notes or keep records. I told 5 different people but at the end they tried to still charge me.

Looking at hotel from the outside, Kennedy himself could have stayed there in the 60's...

The hotel desperately needs a paint job.

The hotel foyer, floors and rooms are incredibly clean, however, the restaurant area was not so clean. Tablecloths look dirty and are covered in food crumbs. I just felt like everything i touched, plates, salt dish, just felt dirty .

The swimming pool are could do with a bit of a clean and upgrade of sun loungers.

The hotel Is in a nice location green with a pool. It s nice to have breakfast with that landscape. breakfast Is bit poor same food every day. Nothing special except for the fresh omelette made at the Moment. Pool Is really cold. There Is a ping pong and free tennis courts (It would be nice having a service of lending rackets and ball for tennis because people don t brink rackets in their luggage so It s having a court without the possibility to use it) .Wifi Is a bit inconsistant. Rooms are basic ,TV has 10 channels ,that s It. Bathroom also basic there Is no hairdryer. Staff Is kind ,especially the guy at the reception Always smiling and helpful.

Stayed 8 nights, reception staff very welcoming & efficient, lovely gardens around pool, sun beds always available, (the covers needed a wash, we took them off) food & service lunchtime was great but breakfast service was awful, always running out of something on buffet, took 10 minutes one morning to fill the 1 milk jug up, a cereal spoon was hard to come by, often another 5-10 mins wait, butter/croissants would also run out, it was not busy & plenty of staff working but most stood around talking doing nothing. Plenty of taxis available opposite hotel, walking to square is around 25 mins walk.

Hotel was clean, the safe in the room wasnt working but they offered to put passports in the safe in the reception. currently they say all safes dont work, limited choice of TV channels (12) and air con is central , not that cold in the summer but reasonable, good fridge in the room. decent continental breakfast but wifi poor throughout. Streaming is diffucult especially if you have netflix

Shockingly bad.
On arrival, I was given a key to an occupied room. When I returned to reception the guy just thought it was funny and asked ‘was he naked?’
Facilities in the room were poor - safe didn’t work, no hairdryer, no water.
I echo what others have said about the poor state of repair of the building - it is in desperate need of maintenance.

Stayed is a bungalow which were told was a free upgrade. Found out later that all the duplex rooms, inc ours, were undergoing a refurbishment programme at the time of our stay.

Our room was very dated and generally in very poor condition, though clean. Furniture all in a sad state, as is everything. Peeling paint from the doors. Front door rotting and didn't not close/lock properly. Safe was faulty. Exposed power cables in bedside light. Tiles in the shower covered in mould and in bad state. Shower curtain pole covered in rust.

2 very dated TVs (10+ years old?) – both only showed 4 channels in German in total. Both remote controls were physically broken.

AC downstairs looked like it fell out of Noah's arc and although it turned on it did not work at all (hot or cold). Upstairs AC had no remote so we couldn't use it. We asked for a remote and for them to be checked. A maintenance guy came once and did nothing... We asked again at reception. Still waiting… (we’ve been at home for a week now)
We were told that we could move to the room next door. The air conditioner unit there was literally hanging from the wall by its power cable. The state of that room was all but identical to ours. We declined the offer…

The room would be rated in Europe as a 1 star, a low-2 at the very best. Not worth a third of what we'd paid for it.

The only reason I gave the hotel some credit is that the breakfast (included in our case) was nothing short of sensational!

L'accueil à la réception est chaleureuse et conviviale. Les chambres sont très confortables avec tout le confort requis pour un séjour réussi. Un vaste et magnifique jardin est doté d'une belle piscine. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et savoureux. Wifi efficace et parking sécurisé sont à noter. Ménage approximatif malgré les 3 femmes de ménage qui vous dérangent avec ou sans le papier sur la porte (sol toujours sale et caleçon d’un ancien client dans le placard).
Pas de bouteille d’eau inclues dans les chambres. Le coffre est dans un état lamentable et ne fonctionne pas pour vos effets personnels. J’avais demandé lors de la réservation un lit double, j’ai eu deux lits simples et quand je leur demande de me mettre des draps de lit double sur les lits jumeaux on me répond que ce n’est pas possible.
Pas d’eau chaude également ou très aléatoire. Pas de navette pour l’aéroport.

L'entrée de l'hotel et les espaces communs sont très bien mais les chambres sont décevantes, terrasse et son mobilier privatifs sont sales, l'ensemble chambre + salle de bains + terrasse très mal entretenu. Seule la literie a une bonne note. Le buffet est restreint, et le personnel (surement débordé) ne remet pas les tables en service. Je ne conseillerai pas cet hotel.

Séjour de deux jours …… hôtel largement surétoilé !
Problème de la part de l’hôtel à mon arrivée : ils ont mis 4 h à se rendre compte qu’ils ont enregistré ma réservation à mon prénom et non pas à mon nom !!!
Tout ça avec des excuses bidons : les chambres n’ont pas encore été attribuées…. Le ménage n’est pas fini ….. bref !!
Ensuite au restaurant de la piscine, un serveur jeune très compétent, souriant et se préoccupant sincèrement du client.
En revanche un autre, « plus expérimenté » tente de vous refiler un plat que vous n’avez pas commandé …. Et refusant d’avouer qu’il s’est trompé : non une escalope de poulet n’est pas « brochettes de poulet »!!
Et la chambre …… si vous aimez dormir avec un réacteur d’avion ( une clim qui fait tout sauf du vrai froid )….. si vous n’aimez pas trouver un ou des verres quand vous vous lavez les dents …. Alors cet hôtel est fait pour vous !

2 nuits chambre 151 les 28 et 29 sept 2025: la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur des 4* annoncées, les rideaux ne coulissent pas sur les tringles, les chaises sur la terrasse sont couvertes de peinture de façade et il n'y a pas de table comme sur les autres terrasses, l'ensemble n'est pas trés propre et cerise sur le gâteau, un énorme cafard est ressorti dans la salle de bain... L'établissement présente beaucoup de traces de vieillissement, de manque d'entretien et ne mérite pas ses 4* comme affiché. Le personnel n'est pas remis en question, ni l'accueil.
