All over is good, only thing is Airport transportation from Airport to Hotel way too expensive. Cause almost 1 million VND, when go back call Grab only half price. ( the worst thing is the pick up Vehicle not even a Hotel Vehicle just outside Taxi. Very disappointed…

Really nice hotel, very beautiful. The hotel is quite a way from nha Trang so can’t really walk anywhere but there is a free bus from the hotel (at 11am and 3pm), although we did find these times a little inconvenient so tended to get a grab or you can get the number 23 VinBus (download their app) from Ana marina down the road. The food at the hotel was good, however eating dinner there was expensive so we often ordered grab or went in to nha Trang. Overall, a very nice place to relax and chill.

기대 이하 입니다. 31개월 아기 포함 3명이 1베드룸 풀빌라에 2박, 가든뷰 디럭스 룸 1박 신청 후 당일 체크아웃 했습니다. 직전에 투숙한 모벤픽 풀빌라와 비교되어 더 별로였습니다.

1. 1베드룸 풀빌라가 후기가 별로 없으나 아기와 함께 이용하려면 수영장이 함께 있는 것이 나을것 같라 예약 했고 결론은 비추입니다.
방 공간은 협소하고 수영장쪽 산책로(?)로 직원, 관광객이 계속 드나듭니다. 직전에 투숙한 모벤픽 풀빌라는 풀 앞 쪽이 길이었음에도 둔턱으로 단을 내러 프라이버시가 보장되는 느낌이라면, 아미아나는 산책로가 바로 풀 옆에 있고 더 높이 있어 객실 내부가 아주 쉽게 보이고, 예고없이 직원이 계속 들어오고 관광객은 코앞을 지나갑니다. 관광객과 직원도 머쓱한지 계속 인사까지 합니다. ^^
공간에 에어컨이 충분히 작동하지 않아 실내가 꿉꿉합니다.
침실 공간이 좁고 화장실은 오픈형이나 욕조가 특이 하기 때문에 신혼부부나 연인이라면 추천합니다.
유일한 장점은 프라이빗 해변이 가깝다는 것인데 이건 빌라동은 전부 동일합니다.
2. 스파의 응대는 시내 마사지샵보다도 허술합니다. 머드 마사지와 아로마 테라피 받았습니다. 먼저 머드 마사지 자체는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 바람이 많이 부는 상황에서 샤워실 커튼이 고정이 안되어 개방된 공간에서 나체로 노출될까 매우 불안했습니다.
아로마 테라피의 경우 마사지 예약을 하고 도착했더니 어떤 마사지를 몇분간 받을 것인지 응대 없이(예약시에도 확인 안함) 다짜고짜 향을 고르라고 하더니 마사지 공간으로 안내해 탈의 하라고 합니다. 마사지 종류와 시간에 대해 이야기 한적이 없다 말하니 바디 마사지 60분 아니냐고 되묻습니다. 컴플레인 걸었더니 매니져가 올라와 메뉴 다시 설명하였고 70분 아로마테라피로 받았습니다. 원래도 약하게 받는 편임에도 마사지 압력은 오일을 몸에 바르는 수준이라 매우 실망 스러웠고 방 온도는 너무 낮아 떨면서 마사지를 받아야 했습니다. 또 공간 내 사물함이 없어 가져간 소지품과 벗은 옷은 세면대에 대강 두어야 했고, 사진처럼 창문에 블라인드가 완전히 닫혀있지 않아 앞쪽은 사람이 드나들지 않는 곳인가 했으나 옷을 갈아입으며 보니 남성 직원이 걸어가고 있어 매우 놀랐습니다.
하나 좋았던건 끝나고 계속 몸에서 나는 아로마 향은 만족스러웠습니다. 모벤픽 세레니티보다 가격은 훨씬 합리적이나 퀄리티를 생각하면 왜 후기가 없는지 납득이 됩니다.
4. 바다 건너편 클럽은 주말에 매우 시끄럽고 방에서 노래소리에 맞춰 클러빙이 가능한 수준입니다.
바다 느낌은 딱 광안리 같습니다.

5. 식사는 전반적으로 맛있었고 버기 등 요청한 사항에 대한 응대도 신속하고 빨랐습니다. 직원들의 영어가 매우 능숙하여 의사소통하기도 수월했습니다.
6. 시내와 가까워 이동이 쉽고 배달 어플로 다양한배달음식을 먹기도 용이합니다.
7. 프라이빗 비치에서 스노쿨링이 용이합니다.

It was a wonderful experience in Nha Trang. The resort was fantastic, pools and beach was great. Their white sand beach was a paradise, the mos beautiful beach in Nha Trang. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. You had endless options to choose, very rich buffet with tropical fruits, juices and smoothies. The city was 7 km away, but there were a shuttle bus although we used taxis all the time (it costs from 3€ -5€). For extra charge they did decorate our room, for my birthday and they did a great job. I loved it. Overall a super experience in Nga trang.

Stayed here for a hot second - 2 nights. I was sick the first night from street food in Saigon so unfortunately couldn’t enjoy more of this stunning resort. It’s perfect. Everything about it; location, beach, food, staff, rooms are lovely with very comfortable bedding and bed. I can’t say enough great things about this resort! Wish I had more time here and will definitely come back and recommend this to everyone! Don’t hesitate - book it! It won’t disappoint!

The lagoon with the beach is beautiful, clean water and sand. All 3 pools are nice!
We stayed at the sea view villa, that is not too spacious but comfortable
The only uncomfortable thing is the location of the WC in the bathroom, every one in the villa can see you)

Dining is also above average lavel, big variety for breakfast and good a la carte options for lunch

It is what you would expect from a large resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffets were huge and delicious. If this is what you like on vacation this is your place. The beach was great but the pools were very hot and not refreshing in the heat.

The personal touches in large hotels are hard to come by. Unfortunately, during our stay here we visited Monkey Island where someone in our family was scratched by a monkey and we had to go to the emergency room. We approached the front desk and they helped us find a hospital but that is where it ended. No one checked to see we had what we needed upon returning. They did not check on the family member or inquire if we needed help locating bandage supplies or medicine. It all felt very impersonal.

Wonderful honeymoon

Stayed here for 5 nights at the end of our honeymoon and couldn’t recommend more. The resort was fabulous, pools were wonderful, and food was excellent. We never got bored.
The staff were so fantastic and helpful. we were incredibly relaxed. Special shout out to the outdoor bathroom in our deluxe room. It was so special and memorable.

Property is in great condition and offers alot in terms of activities offered and food and beverage offerings. We really enjoyed our stay except for one issue, which has really put us off. We had an oceanfront villa in a beautiful spot on the property (room 435) but we were constantly battling against the smell of cigarette smoke from our neighbours which we didnt appreciate as we were in a non smoking room. Breakfast offering was excellent, whilst other food and beverage was a bit on the expensive side, which you expect when you're at a resort out of town. Overall property is good except for having your room constantly smell like as ash tray

Very disappointed with Amiana staff checkin :(. I’ve had book 2 Garden View Villa one was for a friend and the other was for me and my wife which came later on. During the morning early checking process with front staff they was trying to up-sale me on my upgrade. I had indicated to the check staff that I was a Gold Member with hotel.com and that if I could get an early checkin/late check out as well as an upgrade….but it seems that the staff was no t aware of the partnership w/Hotel.com benefits. Not to mention the 2 upgraded Sea view villa she try to upsale me that was getting clean and if I wanted …I had to paid and just leave my number for checkin when my room was ready. I waited over 5hrs for that call while spending money there waiting. Never a call for the early checkin with that staff. 2:20 I check in the front desk and they had my original rm book and available and Ms. Trực who was helpful in getting my upgrade and show me the 2 upgraded if I wanted after calling sales staff about my Gold member program with out charging me the only she told was that it wasn’t as nice on that side so she let my decide…if the first staff had done that I would have a nice upgraded room available and a early checkin from a early morning flight. Amiana please train your staff in partnership with your vendor. You have a lovely hotel away from the city center where it’s relaxing for a mini getaway from Saigon. Just beause of the experience I have I will have to try somewhere else.

Best 5 star hotel in Nha Trang

This is a top class hotel for a very affordable price. We’ve stayed at other 5 star hotels during our vacation in Vietnam which costed much more than this but nothing was close to Amiana’s standard.

Breakfast buffet is massive and among the best I’ve experienced in Asia.

Ocean villa was defintitely worth it but make sure you get view over front end of the hotel and not the backyard since there’s some construction a few kilometers away which disturbs the view a bit I think. We were very lucky with our villa just right by the infinity pool and we stayed for 1 week.

3 big swimming pools and a very clean beach and water.

Dinner and lunch was great, especially the seafood. Ask the staff what they recommend.

My girlfriend was a bit disappointed that there were no body lotion which I think they could fix.

Given the great level of this hotel and affordable price, there were many guests compared to other hotels in Nha Trang which were almost empty. We experienced quite many from Kazakstan which could not really behave and were rude against staff unfortunately. Other than that it was nice people from US and South Korea primarily.

Manager Raodan and his team are doing a great job and hope the Vietnamese hotel owner really reward them for what they managed to create.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a room to a Villa which made my stay even more pleasant. The food was plentiful and exceptional for both breakfast and dinner. The resort also provided complimentary transportation to/from Nha Trang for shopping, etc. From what I could tell it provided a plethora of activities (I just wanted to rest). My room was cleaned a couple of times with a squad of cleaners and fresh fruit was provided. The General Manager stopped by several times to talk. This was my first time visit to a 5 star resort and I greatly enjoyed it.

The good:
The property was very lovely and nicely kept. There are many swimming options, 2 freshwater pools, 1 large saltwater pool, and a nice calm beach. Breakfast buffet was decent with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and always greeting guests.

The not so good:
It's a little far from town (15 min by car) and there's not many restaurants or things to do in the surrounding area of the resort. It's a large property and depending on where your room is located it could be quite a distance away from the lobby, pools, and restaurants (ours was a 5-7 minute walk, however you can call for a lift via golf cart). The check-in process was kind of slow and disorderly which I have already voiced my opinion to the property staff and hopefully they will fix this. This may not be a problem if you show up during non-peak hours, however I feel that the time I show up shouldn't impact the quality of service I receive.

Hidden Gem out of Town!

Pre-arrival calls aroused unnecessary anxiety. First class service on arrival. Gold VIP status not acknowledged. Upgrade not available in spite of very low occupancy on arrival, however the room assigned was quite adequate.
Concernes abated by 1st class service and amenities. We hosted local friends for dinner in the restaurant and I must say it was a true gastronomic delight. Good Beef is extremely hard to find in Vietnam. Well prepared Steak is is almost impossible. This Chef hit 4 home runs completely out of the park. Steaks.. perfect, sides perfect, appertif perfect, service perfect. And the ambiance.. OMG, the best in Nha Trang.

The Amiana was a beautiful property to stay at. The staff were helpful - including making sure the taxi drivers weren't ripping us off.
The accommodation, especially the outdoor bathrooms - we're well maintained and clean with some special touches you don't get everywhere. An exceptional buffet and onsite a la carte restaurant ensure you don't go hungry, but you can eat cheaper closer to Nha Trang if you want. Top experience overall!!

We had a blast here. Our stay started with great service and a nice room with beautiful view. The pools and private beach were very clean and not very crowded. Everyone was friendly and dinner at the resort restaurant (we had Vietnamese food) was excellent. I wasn’t impressed by the breakfast buffet though. Amenities were not impressive. I suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. I will definitely come back to Amiana resort.

The best parts about the hotel was it's premium location and the food quality. The service however was below what you'd expect of a five star resort. If you are unlucky enough to experience a rainy day, be prepared to deal with the chaos it brings to the hotel. Even though you may think a tropical rain should be pretty normal here, well it's not to the hotel management as they struggle to plan ahead and put the staff where they are needed. And if you are unlucky enough to coincide with another event at the hotel like a wedding, then forget about timely service as they won't be around. Rooms are also a bit tired and need attention. Overall not worth the money as you may as well get the same or better experience from a 4 star hotel in town at half the price.

Customer service was ok, had about 3 dinners at the resort restaurant. 1st night ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was not so good as the pizza cheese came off my pizza base and it was too salty, I ended up looking at a bread with no toppings. I know it sound silly but for a high end resort I just thought it would serve a better pizza and not a pizza that look like it just came out of a package! Apart from that my stay was great and enjoy my time there! Great staff and they always welcome you with a smile!

Really odd vibe there, staff were not friendly. Also they do not get the concept of a do not disturb sign. Four phone calls, two at 10pm having noted the do not disturb sign and two knocks on the door. So much for a relaxing weekend. It was anything but, so I left early.

Great setting and room, not so great service

The three stars are for the room and the setting. It's a really pretty spot and the ocean villa we stayed in was really lovely.
The issues we had were around;

The staff - generally in attentive, lacking any basic knowledge of local attractions. We had issues with our dinner bill, even getting attention to order at dinner, and advise on how much an airport taxi costs. Everyone was friendly, but just not very good.

The price of water - you get 1l pp/day. Then it costs over $9AUD for a 1.5l bottle (and don't think you'll get a free glass of water with dinner). The same bottle costs between 60c and $1 in town so stock up on your way (get your beers while you're there too)

The pools - they are lovely but all so hot and not really refreshing - stick to the ocean. Oh and they charge extra for snorkels too.

Dinner - the food is pretty bland in pretty expensive. It's a resort, so you expect it to cost a bit more but it's excessive. Head into town instead

On price - it's all listed without tax so keep that in mind.

Finally the in room guides list a number of activities that are no longer available... It shouldn't be that hard to update them.

Excellent hotel for a short beach holiday. The rooms, grounds and facilities are first class.
Although the hotel was 90% occupied it never felt crowded - beach beds always free.
Shuttle bus service into Nha Trang was popular and we used most evenings.

We stayed here for 3 nights it is a fabulous hotel the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean plus the outdoor bath and shower are so relaxing.
The fresh water pools are something else what a lovely way to relax with a cocktail in hand.
Also had a lunch and dinner too the food was also very nice.

Renovations were taking place while we were there, normally hotels inform guests at time of booking - we would not have booked if we had known.
They advertise western food however this is more designed for European visitors.
They allow outsiders to pay to use the pools however this impacted seating/lounges around the pool for full paying guests.
2 power outages during our stay and when I called about the second one they advised it was planned maintenance however we were not notified ahead of time.

We arrived here after an amazing 5 star experience in DaNang and were expecting the same however that was not to be.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel was beautiful and staff were attentive. Really relaxing resort award from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang. The only downsides for a 5star resort are little food options only 1 restaurant and the shuttle bus is very limited.

Beautiful hotel.

We had our honeymoon here. The hotel was far enough away from the town centre but we could have use of the free shuttle bus into town. About 20mins away. Staff were so friendly they really looked after us!! Hotel was clean and beautiful. Food was amazing! Don't miss out on every Saturday they do a BBQ they include meat and seafood. Was delicious!!

Would recommend this hotel to everyone.make sure to visit the spa we did twice as it wasn't too expensive!
Great place to have a honeymoon!!! No faults at all. Very organised place. They will do anything to look after you.

Don't too high expectation

This is a little bit disappointed for the room which is not exactly what i expected. But overall is satisfied. We having the dinner for the arrival, the choices is too less, and my husband got diarrhea after that. For the service is ok, but the food just so so.
And one of the most important concern is about the transportation. It is too far for the city center, no direct airport bus to there. you have to take the airport bus to city center and then take taxi to the hotel. Need so much time on transport.

A peaceful & relaxing haven

Being from the noisy Nha Trang town centre, Amiana is a perfect resort hotel for those who truly wish to have a quiet and peaceful to relax. The different swimming pools, both fresh water and sea water, are situated by the sea and give us a feel of nature. The private beach is very clean with fine sand. Although there is only one restaurant, the food is good enough to keep us from traveling to the town.

Paradise in Nha Trang!

We spend 4 days a family of three + in laws, and it was great long weekend. The location is great, beach and private pool are amazing, rooms spectacular and shuttle bus service to Nha Trang free for your convenience. My son also appreciated the relatively but sufficient kids club. Overall a great stay!

Luxury and comfort plus great staff

A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday - the staff were excellent, especially Mr Lam who sorted out some flight difficulties with a smile. The food is excellent and the pools are lovely. The jewel is the private beach which is safe and full of fish. The room we had was beautiful, spacious and the air conditioning worked wonderfully well. The outside shower and stone bath were beautiful and relaxing.
The Spa at this resort is wonderful and the treatments available are varied and staff are professional. There is a shuttle bus to Nha Trang village as well and a visit to the night markets and dinner at Skybar is recommended. However we ate at the hotel 90% of the time and we found the variety and quality of a very high standard. It is a peaceful oasis perfect for a relaxing holiday - however there are very interesting tours available from the tour desk if you are feeling adventurous. Recommend the snorkeling at Mun Island . Highly recommend this resort.

Stunning Resort

We felt welcome from the start being greeted with a welcome drink overlooking the stunning view from the lobby. The resort is beautiful. We were upgraded to an Ocean Villa which I would highly recommend. The outdoor bathroom was fun. It had uninterrupted views across the bay. The resort was busy but you wouldn't know it. There are 3 pools and a private beach so there were plenty of places to escape to. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we will definitely return.

5 Stars to 5 Star Resort!

It is an amazing resort; stylish, modern, clean, friendly with lots of beautiful things such as blooming, well-preserved tropical garden, spacy bungalows with private bathtub. All of it made our stay in the Amiana feel like paradise. The staff is professional and very friendly. Majority of them speak English. Location is great-moved away from the city’s noise at the same time 10 min shuttle ride to the center. The hotel has its own white sand beach, fantastic swimming pools, and my favorite- fabulous spa. The spa offers several types of massages, different indulgence treatments, mud bath plus complimentary sauna. The staff of the spa is very skillful and kind. It was great pleasure getting treatments from them. The hotel’s staff seems to believe in power of small things and it is great. Every day we got gifts from them-fresh fruits in the morning and coconut cookies in the evening, which was very lovely. Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you very much to the hotel’s staff. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing resort for relaxation

Simply an amazing resort if you want to relax and pamper yourself. It's not close to town which was perfectly fine for us. The spa, restaurants, and private beach were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel if your goal is to unwind and enjoy some time away from the bustle and noise of the city. First class in every respect!

Beautiful Resort far enough away from Nha Trang

Amiana was indeed a beautiful Resort to visit for our stay in Nha Trang. The Staff were amazing and the room was beautiful. The pools and the private Beach were lovely and the activities offered were second to none. The Spa Centre was a let down and so was the Room Service Menu and Ala Carte too have much room for improvement. The buffett breakfeast was amazing though in general the food for other Menu's felt more 3-4 star instead fo 5 star.
