The employees were fantastic and helpful, the property was a disaster. Parking lot had more potholes than flat surface. The hallway carpet was 20 years beyond replacement and they never vacuumed.
The hallway smells like mold from a leaking roof. The first room that we were placed in was nonsmoking. We were in that room for 10 minutes and our t- shirts smelled like we had smoked a pack of cigarettes from absorbing the rooms smell. They put us in another room that was better, but not clean smelling.
The pool and jacuzzi were nice, it was the highlight to a 3 day stay that we chose to leave early.
There was a nice grassy courtyard that was overgrown and now mowed or trimmed.

The carpet was stained and disgusting, the seam where the carpet meets the bathroom floor was completely frayed and lumpy. The lamp shade was non existent, the floor was not even vacuumed, the outside look like a bad movie. The front desk gal had a sign up stating no rooms would be sold to locals, I had never seen that so I curiously asked about it. She said they had a problem of locals trashing rooms and prostitution.
Then I walk into this room, it was so beyond unacceptable, in the bathroom corners were dead bugs and hair. I have pics of everything. I did receive a refund which is very appreciated, they did offer another room but it was a few doors down with hard floors which was better the smell was just not bareable. My pregnant daughter and I ended up leaving, we did not feel comfortable even staying int he hotel.

We stayed for a weekend, checking in Friday and leaving Sunday, and even though we booked last minute, this hotel is not somewhere I’d stay again. They claim to be remodeling, but nothing looked updated or even actively worked on. We were told to park by the east access door for convenience, but the card reader was broken and only opened from the inside, which already felt like a security concern. Our second‑floor room looked clean at first, but the deadbolt didn’t work, the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room at all, and everything felt old and neglected. The bunk beds and king bed were fine, but the shutters barely blocked sunlight, and the random stripper pole in the room was strange and out of place, especially with kids asking why there is pole in the room and wanting to climb on it. The jacuzzi worked, but the bathroom drain was extremely slow, trim was broken in several spots, and the lighting was dim enough to make the whole room feel gloomy and dated. Both nights, people were hanging around the parking lot talking loudly well past midnight, and with the broken deadbolt, poor lighting, and pothole‑filled lot, the place didn’t feel secure or well maintained. Between the noise, the outdated room, the lack of working Wi‑Fi, and the overall neglected condition of the property, it ended up being nothing more than a place to sleep, and even that didn’t feel great. Definitely not somewhere I’d choose again if I had any other option.
Thanks

Hotel is under renovation. We requested a standard king room and got a pet-friendly room in an old, run down section of the hotel. The room was to be paid for on-site and we found that it was magically prepaid by Hotels.com when we tried to change our stay from 3 days to 2. So, no refund for the 3rd day because it was a prepaid, 3rd party reservation, which we didn't ask for. The door handle in the bathroom was falling off the door, and they didn't even make up the room. Avoid if possible.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The building itself was extremely rundown. The stucco siding was falling off the building; the patios and balconies had concrete that was crumbling; the carpeting in the room and in the hallway were loose and very dirty. The parking lot was full of potholes and not very well lit. We did not even have one garbage can in our room. We would definitely NOT recommend this property.

Our cards that we were given to us weren't working, had to go back around to the front desk to get them working. They said it was due to being next to my phone. My phone was in my shirt pocket and room keys were in my pants pocket. Also, absolutely nothing on tv to watch, unless you have a device hooked up to the TV!! Won't be staying here again!! It was Wyndham prices for a Motel 6 vibe. They're remodeling so that's understandable, but by other reviews its been going on for awhile. The layout was not we were expecting based off the pictures. You'll also need to bring your own toiletries, we were left two small shampoos, lotion and dried out make-up remover wipes. Based off what locals said, it also isn't a place to stay if you're a single woman. The hot tub was wonderful though, and the guy with the dalmation tattoos at the front desk was cool.

The staff was very responsive and helpful but the hotel building was not good. The first room we were assigned smelled extremely musty and moldy. The light above the bathroom sink and the tv did not work. When we tried to call the front desk to ask for a different room, the phone cord kept falling out of the phone. The front desk was able to find us a different room. We were very grateful that it didn't smell like mold, but in this room, in order to flush the toilet, we had to lift off the tank lid and wiggle the float so the tank would fill. Since the tank lid did not match the toilet, I'm assuming that this has been an ongoing problem and someone along the line broke the original tank cover while doing it. The breakfast area was nice, but the coffee had run out. I understand that they are remodeling and it was a busy weekend, but no one should be put into that first moldy room. #123 and they need to fix the toilet in the other one. Also, the second room had no sofa or lounging chair. Just one chair at the desk and one bed.

The fridge it was moldy amd had some black rottwn fruit or vegetable in it. When I went back to report it she was on the phone so I explained I would be right in the bar she cojld find me. She never came to find me. Later that night I was mentioning it again to new staff and she came out and said I was harrassing her staff and threatened to kick me out stating that she had upgraded my room. I again asked the new staff if they could smell the sewer smell and everyones noses were unable to smellnit but others were able to... it was the mens restroom just down the hall from the front desk. It did smell better this morning. I just left and went to bed being I did not want her to kick me out of the hotel. The bar was fun... they had kareoke, slots and blackjack!

Our first room featured two needles in the above head vent in the bathroom. The front desk upgraded our stay to a \"better room\". We chose not to complain and tollerate the other random quirks the room had to offer. Such as, a mysterious, possibly barbecue sauce spray pattern on the popcorn ceiling that resembled well, I'm sure you could guess. A massive rip in the bed skirt and a strange towel hanging from the bathroom light fixture. It was weird and I wanted to just leave, but my husband addressed the weird towel by pulling it out of the light fixture. He's my hero. We honestly didn't have the energy to talk to the nice front desk lady and stress her out anymore than she already was about the first room.. So, we dealt with it by pretending we were crashing in a trap house. I'm not trying to get a free stay. I'm trying to sleep where I paid to sleep and not spend anymore time there than necessary. Needles to say, oops.. I meant needless to say... the lady up front was apologetic and kind and the upgraded room was cheap. Though, we will never staying there again.

Good: the bed was comfy, the floor was not carpeted, it had a table.
Bad: my toddler found a random pill on the floor and almost ate it. There was also a dried up muffin wrapper by the bed so it probably hasn't been swept in a while. The toilet didn't flush, the sink was clogged and took forever to drain, the wifi didn't work in our room. There's also a bar inside the hotel which is cool but there's no locks on doors coming from it so literally anyone has access to the rooms which i found sketchy. At least it was a cheap room.

Overall our experience was good. It was not 5-star but it was a place to lie our heads and sleep comfortably and safely. The initial room we were placed in did not have running water in the sink, the bathroom light was flickering (good thing we don't have seizures), the bed platform was way too big for the mattresses and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. I told the front desk where we met a maintenance guy who went to check things out immediately. The gal at the front desk also changed our room. Both were very apologetic and accommodating. The new room was better. We did notice a couple stains on the carpet but it was really no big deal to us as we were traveling with a dog, assumed another pet had been there previously, and we live the pet/dog life. IYKYK. The room was clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed the convenient access to the dog area/courtyard (pet rooms have their own back door to this area). The breakfast was delicious, however, we were only able to eat one morning (Sat) because they ran out of food (biscuits for biscuits and gravy and waffle mix) by 8:20am the second morning (Sun). The decor around the hotel is old but it appears they are in the process of maybe updating things or maybe just fixing things. Either way, it was nothing to deter us from staying there. The hot tub was the perfect temp (not sickening hot) and the pool area was never overcrowded during our stay. The online check in and out was super convenient. We would recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel specifically with wanting to use the gym, however once we arrived, we learned that they were under construction and the gym was closed. They put us in one of the “new” rooms - which had been recently updated however, it was clear that it was rushed and/or done by someone who had no clue what they were doing - some of the furniture wasn’t assembled correctly & was leaning &/or had gaps where there shouldn’t have been any, the beautiful shower fixture was missing a vital part, so that when we turned it on, the water came where the hose should’ve been & ran over the edge of the tub, soaking the bathroom floor and the bathtub took HOURS to drain and the bathroom fan didn’t work at all. The new beds were comfortable - but I imagine almost anything would’ve been after driving for 15 hours.
I mentioned all of this at the front desk, but they just laughed it off…

Attached pics are the tub approx 1 hour after showing…(don’t mind the purple shampoo rinse) - the 2nd pic is the missing hose for the shower fixture running over the tub edge to the floor (the tub faucet is at the far end)

No coffee pot but yet items for coffee in room. In morning, no breakfast left by 8:00am. The best thing was that the beds and sheets were clean. Needs alot of repair. Very sad for a wyndham hotel.

Not sure its just renovations

Room had trash in ice bucket, on the floor and fingernail clippings on the counter and bar soap in the sink. There were also Massive cobwebs on the walls. Upon informing the desk i asked for a room change and my new room was cleaner but still in poor condition and the air quality was poor.

The first room assigned to us, the toilet did not flush. Staff moved us to a new room. The room was clean however the tub did not drain and the HVAC fan motor was really loud that we had to turn it off at night. The pool was really nice. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. Housekeeping did not come during our stay for trash or towels, but towels were delivered upon calling the front desk.

Exterior does not match the interior. Exterior needs renovation it gives you the wrong first impression. Interior is very clean and pleasant. No wasted space in the rooms. The shower and tub combo was not comfortable for the average person. Much too compact. Overall good just needs some tweaking

The only thing that we weren’t happy with was the wifi. We were travelling from Canada and didn’t want to pay for cell service so we needed to use the wifi. We had to leave the room and go in the hallway on the other side of the hotel to get enough wifi to login to our phones.

number one they keep trying to charge us 2 times for the hotel. number two both of our feet got black walking on the carpet. the desk handle was so shrarp that when i sat down at the desk i got a 3 inch cut on the side of my belly. the staff was not friendly one the housekeeper was she helped more the they did. In the breakfast the milk was sour and it closed before 9 am. we will never stay there again. this was disgusting. I showed the manger my cut she didn't seem to care at all. it was more like your ok no big deal. there was also some person walking the halls asking people for money.
