Carpet in initial room felt wet in some places and damp in others. Family noticed the air didn’t smell fresh. Contacted front desk who helped change rooms without hesitation. Needed room with 2 queens. First room only had king to had to return to from desk to switch again.

Under renovations, wish I would of know this before booking. Dust everywhere, half the carpet was pulled up, TV volume didn’t work well, and they ran out of towels one evening.

Nice rooms, recently renovated, great lobby area, the staff is very nice and helpful; the room service ladies were loud every morning in the hallway when they were cleaning the rooms, they were slamming doors, laughing and talking too loud; also, the entire hotel has only one washer and one dryer,-which is not the most performant !

The hotel is under renovation so not the place to stay if you’re sensitive to dust or smells. But the room itself was clean and comfy. Pool also clean but abnormally warm, almost hot. Overall, pleased with our stay.

There was construction going on so halls were messy. My room didn’t have light bulbs in the lamps by the bed. The room was clean. The gym floors were dirty and no towels so I had to grab pool towels in order to lay on the floor. I planned to wash clothes but washer was out of order, most likely due to construction.

The hotel overall and the room were fine. We were highly disappointed that the pool area was under a major renovation. We were notified that the bar/restaurant was no longer opened on Sundays. Neither of these items were communicated either by the front desk at check-in or online. The breakfast the next morning is worth getting with your room!!

For such a nice hotel, the price was great. We had 1 room booked then had to book an extra room last minute. Booking was easy. We were given rooms right across from eachother. Check in was quick and easy. The lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful. Property was very clean. We did not use it, but there is a bistro/bar in the hotel. We also did not make it to the pool. Room was very clean. It smelled nice, not like a normal hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel was a nice location. Out of the way of super busy areas but still close to many things. Lots of options for restaurants and convenience stores within a mile or 2. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Don't pay extra for breakfast on Expedia.. you still have to pay at the hotel. So between two reservations I spent $45 on here. Then ordered breakfast at the hotel and paid another $50. Nearly $100 for food that would have been free at any other hotel. $4 for a hot cocoa that even kiddos complained tasted like hot water and nothing else. $10 for 1 waffle with 2 strawberries diced up, powdered sugar and whipped cream but no syrup? I understand this attemt at a more fancy atmosphere but this was ridiculous.

This is my fifth time in 2025 staying at this hotel. Typically, my visits are very pleasant. However this time I checked in at 7 PM and my hotel room did not have any hand soap, bath soap, and around 10 to 15 hairs that were not mine on the bathroom floor and tub. I called the front desk two different times asking if someone could bring soap up so I could wash my hands and no one ever showed up.

Then I waited 14 minutes for the front desk guy (@ 9am, when people typically are checking out) to come back to the front desk. After some discussion, the desk guy offered to refund half of pet deposit. Then told me he wasn't able to do it. I phoned the manager & requested a new folio be sent with the refund. 4.5 hours later, I haven't heard anything.

Our room was in semi-run down condition and our towels were dirty. The pool was cold and the floor was dirty, I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. It was loud in the room and there were few walkable amenities. The staff was bare minimum friendly and not overly helpful except for the very nice person who checked us out at the end of the stay, he was lovely. We were staying here for an event but probably would not stay again.

Upon checking into my room I this hotel seemed to be an updated hotel but once I got off the elevator I realized I was wrong. The wallpaper seemed to be peeling at the seams and the carpet was dirty. The next morning in the shower not only was there long black hair in the shower- I am blond- but there was also a half used bar of soap. I was woke up several times during the night to doors slamming.

I had to ask for towels for the pool area every day and there was food on the floor by the hot tub from Friday to Sunday and an Overflowing garbage can that no one cleaned up until I asked. Honestly this was one of my worst hotel stays in a while. It took around 40 minutes to check in. I was told there was no cleaning staff, so there were no rooms ready (around 430 pm), which is quite unprofessional. The front desk staff looked frazzled with a line, but took a number of phone calls ahead of actual guests waiting. The room itself was fine, but definitely needed some tlc with chipped tile floors and a bottle for shower gel that fell off the wall. Upon check out in the morning, I got no smile, not even acknowledgement from the front desk staff as I dropped off my keys. Needless to say I won’t be staying here. I’d rather spend a few more dollars across the street at the Element.

This is my favorite hotel in the Fargo area. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Ben at the front desk. The restaurant is decent and the vibe of the lobby is great. I am sure I will be back soon.

At checkin we discovered someone already checked in under my reservation. I was concerned about charges for incidentals going to my card. Upon getting a room, the floor had 2 ponytail holders laying around, Cheetos under the bed, and the mattress had foam exposed on the side. Lifting up the sheets there was a huge stain on the mattress…it was gross.
