Our family has always had a special place in our hearts for Home2 Suites by Hilton. Years ago, when our son was only 3 years old, we stayed at a Home2 Suites and as we were leaving he shouted, “We love you, Hilton!” That has become one of those cherished family memories that we still talk about today.

During our recent stay, this location reminded us why we have such fond memories. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was spotless, and the staff made us feel right at home.

It’s wonderful to find a hotel that consistently provides a great experience and creates memories that last for years. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We look forward to many more family trips with Hilton!

Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. For dining I highly recommend Porter Creek Grille just around the corner. Location was very convenient to stores, gas and various shopping.

My room was clean, the shower was good with “clean” products. I was surprised there was not any lotion to use which surprised me. Didn’t use much of the kitchen except for the refrigerator which kept my beverages cold. Didn’t use the pool and the staff was friendly. I’d stay again.

The kitchen area was fine and it was nice having a separated sleeping space. Staff was also friendly. However, this is the least well-kept Hilton property I've stayed at. The remote was greasy, there was splashes of dirt on the walls, crud on the bathroom faucet, and peeling wallpaper. The door handle/keypad fell off.

Staff were really kind and helpful, hotel was clean. There were some places in our room that obviously they’ve been working on fixing like patching holes or something it appears and just needs a bit of paint to fix these areas but we didn’t mind. Having a big fridge and kitchen area was super nice. Breakfast was tasty! Really my only complaint is that the bed was really firm so I didn’t get a great night of sleep, woke up a bit sore. Hubby said the faucet in our shower was loose as well so the temperature wouldn't stay in the same spot it was either very warm or cold.

I travel a lot and this one is top 3 for me! The rooms were super clean, well taken care of and everything was well placed. Those are the most important things for us so we were happy! A few things that could be worked on: The parking was a bit strange as we were told we had to touch our tires to the curb or we might get towed. The breakfast was good in theory, with healthy real food options, but was mostly out the first morning and never replenished in the 30 minutes I sat there. The second morning it was all dried out and over cooked. The French toast was so hard we couldn’t cut it with a butter knife. The coffee was always empty and every morning we had to ask for it to be refilled. One morning she refilled it right away, and another, we waited for 15 minutes and she seemed busy with an other admin tasks so we left and bought coffee else where. Overall, we enjoyed the room and would absolutely stay again.

The AC unit kept us up most of the night with a weird rhythmic sound. I was able to minimize it with switching the fan from ON to AUTO but still, every time it kicked on it woke us up. I thought the alarm clock was glued to the table but it was just stuck with something that had dried underneath it. We could hear every footstep of the people above us - not something you could control without major changes to the flooring but it just added to the restless night so overall we wouldn’t stay here again.

Had reservations since July 24, went to check in and room not ready. my friends rooms were ready?? was this because I booked out of Hotels.com??
When we got back from dinner they gave me this very large, what seemed to be a handicap room and there was something pinging, so had to call operator. Said probably the dishwasher, so shut it and it went through a full cycle. Air conditioning fine, parking fine, bed comfortable.

Nice property; nice room. Iffy internet coverage that Hilton needs to look closely at. Always seems to take multiple attempts to finally connect.

Walking distance of West Acres. Room has real glass dishes and silverware, dishwasher, good sized fridge and powerful full size microwave. Bed and pillows were comfy. Can turn the thermostat down to 65 for cool sleeping. Shower has amazing strong flow. Cute decor.

Guest services were very professional and very courteous. I had 3 packages delivered at 3 different times and they were great about it. They greeted us upon arrival and even gave our teenage son a key card (other hotels usually don't); he was happy about that. Our first stay here but definitely not our last.

Great one night stay

Another nice stay at the hotel. We were in a double queen room and it had plenty of space for three. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the night lights around the outlets in the bathroom and just outside the bathroom. It made getting up in the middle of the night and early morning easier. Enjoyed having the wireless charger but did miss having a clock. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Juice was watery. Wish there was apple juice.
Staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.
It was quiet and clean. Wish they had EV charging station.

DISSAPOINTED BIG TIME

Went for a leisurely trip to visit family, we stayed 3 nites 3 days, the hotel is trying to be eco friendly by cleaning rooms every other day however on the day they were to clean (saturday) we were gone 11 hrs. we came back to our room exhausted, expecting to walk into a fresh & cleaned room however what we walked into was an unmade room !! bed not made no fresh sheets, no fresh towels, no tissue paper the 2 rolls that were on the spindle were already low when we arrived and no replacements left, not kleenex it was dissapointing to say the least. we even asked the front desk b4 leaving for the day that morning if this was the day our room would be cleaned today and we were told YES IT WOULD BE.

the hotel also offered free breakfast everyday which of course we took advantage of, however the food that was served included no type of breakfast meats. and the little breakfast sandwiches they offered (which there were hardly any of) had the thinnest slice of ham I have ever seen ! they had plenty of dry cereal, never enough bread for toast, no potatoes, they ran out of pancake batter, coffee in dispensers were cold, not even enough silverware or plates. I had to ask to replenish items so that I could get something in my stomach b4 we left for the day. I wasnt the only one asking for more food to be put out, I even saw people asking for their food to be nuked so that they could have some warmer food!! ridiculous! The workers didnt seem to have any urgency to replenish anything!

Additional bed

Our first time staying at Home2 Suites. We needed a suite which had a sofa sleeper because there was 4 of us. The sofa sleeper only had fitted sheet. There were no pillow cases.

It served as a great place to stop over and rest for the night. There were a lot of great shopping stores near by like Costco, Target and liquor store). The breakfast menu had many ready to eat options. We would def stay here again.

The staff is absolutely amazing, fantastic, friendly and caring. However it breaks my heart that I will not be staying there again. I am disabled, can not fell my legs so I am a full time wheelchair user. I absolutely cannot do stairs and when I booked my handicap accessible room NO WHERE did it say all handicap accessible rooms are on the 2nd floor!! So I was shocked and disappointed that when I checked in the wonderful gentleman looked at me and started with an apology and said I know this makes no sense but all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor. I know for a fact if it wasn’t for him I would have left.
Unfortunately two of the three nights I heard emergency vehicles and though no alarms went off it was in the back of my head. So wheelchair and scooter users who can’t do stairs in an emergency situation stay elsewhere. My advice to Home 2 suites please advise your future disabled customers that in case of emergency you will have to use the stairs as all handicap rooms are on the 2nd floor.
I can’t stress this enough the staff at Home 2 suites is exceptional and they are why I stayed. The handicap room was excellent! Breakfast was below average but again staff somehow make up for that as well. Again my advice is let disabled customers know at booking and also on Expedia and others. To all staff including cleaning crew you do an outstanding job and I truly hope your general manager tells you so.

Pleasant weekend stay

Nice stay at Home2 Suites. Check in was fast and staff were friendly. Room was big enough for 3. Beds were a little squeaky and covers seemed a little small for the bed. TV remote was weird - no channels, just up and down arrows. Bathroom is showing wear (wallpaper, tiles). Breakfast was sufficient. Wished there was apple juice. Outdoor area was nice.
