The room was very dirty - moldy shower curtain, the sheets looked like they had not been changed, and crumbs and debris were underneath pull-out couch. The room also needed maintenance work done - wobbly counters and broken door on AC unit. I think the worst was that there were crumbs and hair between the sheets and on a pillow case. The floor could have used a good vacuum and wash.

Staff were prompt and helpful (no complaints there) and gave us clean sheets for the beds. We only were there for one night and just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was inexpensive, although I still would have expected a clean room. On another positive note it was very quiet.

Comforter on bed was wet! Had to slam the door to get it to shut! Asked for sheets for the hideabed and didn't get them! Pool hot tub is filled in but still advertised as an option! Breakfast only had one waffle maker and one double toaster that had one element on one side that worked! No other hot food and choices were minimal! Juice machine wasn't labeled so didn't even know if there was any!

The property was extremely dirty. Our first room had large white stains on the carpet by the bed, large pink stain on the comforter, other random small stains throughout the bed, pubic hair in the shower, and fresh stains in the toilet. We requested a new room, and it was not much better. The bathroom towels were stained, the comforter (after pulling back the \"decorative duvet\") had a large urine stain, hair in the sheets, and worst of all, greasy handprints on the headboard. At that point, we asked to leave and demanded a refund as the room conditions were unlivable. They made us jump through hoops in order to do so, however, they stated that they would process a refund in 5 business days but would require us to still pay for the first night. Despite being required to pay for the first night, they subsequently kicked us out of the hotel. We were in the process of looking for a new hotel for the night and we were interrupted 3 times by staff and a \"borrowed\" cleaning lady from the hotel next door. They stated that is was policy that we had to leave even though we were forced to pay for the night. We have since been charged for the entire stay and have yet to receive a credit for the remaining nights. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I booked this hotel through Expedia based on the listing and photos, but the property did not meet the advertised standard,not even close.. During my stay, I reported multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including a dirty waffle maker at breakfast, stained shower curtains with mold, buildup in the shower, and other issues includong incl.eane dthe AC filters myself which haven't been done in probably years, sanitary issues, the hot tub was boarded up, pool isn't heated and mold throughout the pool area and skimmer, filter in the pool isn't even skimming, I documented everything. The front desk girl was nice but the manager didn't seem to care in my concerns and only wanted to challenge my Expedia listing to what I actually received.I appreciated that Expedia took my complaint seriously, documented the case, and followed up while I was still checked in. Although it took several transfers between agents, Expedia ultimately reviewed my evidence and offered compensation. I hope Expedia continues to hold properties accountable so future guests receive accommodations that match what is advertised.

The personnel I met were great. We had a shower curtain that was hopefully stained by hair color and not something less desirable! The front desk stated that she had asked for it to be changed three days prior. Wouldn’t they be charging the responsible lodger for the damage and then discard the curtain??? I always assumed they laundered each fabric curtain with the rest of the laundry. Guess not… There was no bar soap in our bathroom for hand washing and the floor wasn’t clean.

Check in is at 3 and we showed up after 4 and they told us we had to wait because it was getting cleaned. You could tell the room was cleaned but it was still dirty. Lots of stuff needed to be replaced. The walls were pretty beat up as well. The pool had dead bugs in it and the bottom of it was kinda gross. Check out is at 11 and we left around 10 and there was a house keeper outside our door asking if we were leaving because she needed to get in there and start cleaning it. I thought that was a little rude. The front desk lady was super nice at least.

The room was disgusting! I do not recommend staying here! Ive stayed here in the past and had no problems. This time, the floors were nasty it was like walking into a bar floor. Sticky, dirty and blood stains on the floor, walls and mirror. The sheets were dirty and the cover on the beds dirty/staind. Holes and cracks in the walls and bathroom. Not worth paying 200$. I addressed the issue with front desk all the guy said was ill get you a different room. Well they were sold out so we were stuck with this nasty room. They had someone come out new bedding on and clean the blood off the walls. I still didnt feel clean sleeping in there! VERY UNSANITARY!

Front desk took half the night to get us a replacement t.v as the one that was there was broke. Bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. If it was a little hard to reach it was dusty. They were out of breakfast items. And my kids couldn't play their gaming system or barely use the wi-fi.

Cleanish place. Not the best neighborhood, but not too bad. It had what we needed in a pinch, but very bare bones. Staff were friendly enough, and pretty helpful. Hot tub was broken, hut they must own the neighboring hotel so we were allowed to use their pool/hot tub.

Sadly our room was not cleaned thoroughly—our bathroom had used towels hanging in it and toothpaste on the vanity. There was no shampoo in the container hanging in the shower. The bathroom needed obvious repairs done as well. The bedspreads had questionable stains on them.
When I told the lady at the front desk about the bathroom she did apologize and stated she “told them to finish cleaning that room yesterday.” No discounts offered or anything to try to make it right.

There was only one towel in the room even when in the reservation I put two people in the room. The sink smelled like sewage. Hairs all over the shower. Coomforter was stained. No bed sheets for the pull out couch, no remote for the TV. Reserved two rooms, and the assigned rooms were in the in the opposite ends of the hotel. Hot tub was out and was not mentioned during check in. Would not recommend the hotel. Paid too much for the lack of quality.

Only 2 outlets worked in our room, found a few bugs and noticed staff but nothing was done, didn’t have a remote to the tv so we asked for one and they had to go get one from a different property, then the remote they brought was dead. There’s a homeless guy living right outside the rear entrance in a home made of pallets and tarp. Not a very welcoming place. Would not stay again

Bathroom was dirty there was toilet paper on the floor, hairs in the bathtub, the room smelted like someone went through with febreeze we had to open the window. Bedding and sheets were all wrinkly. Constant clicking noise in the vent and a little kid pulled the fire alarm when we arrived. Worst stay ever!!

We have stayed many times. Great value at this motel. During this stay, we showed up for breakfast 5 mins before closing. No one was around for 10 mins. When they showed up, they said it was past time. When we explained that we arrived before closing, she dismissed us by simply stating they were out of breakfast. She clearly didn’t want to help us. Our toilet seemed like it needed to be tighter down. It made a noise when seated on and getting up. Bad for middle of the night trips.

The staff was amazing, but unfortunately that’s about the only good thing I can say. When pulling up to the hotel it just looks dingy and uninviting. The pullout beds had old, stained mattresses and someone else’s old oreos in between the platform and the mattress. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the towels were stained. The breakfast was okay, nothing great. When choosing this hotel, the pictures of the hotel were deceiving and based on the reviews I read, and the photos, I expected more from this hotel.

One of our beds was badly stained. The breakfast was very poor. Our yoghurt was expired. The coffee machine didn’t work most of the time and had to be content with instant coffee. The juice machine worked sometimes and the biggest part of all was we booked it to get away and enjoy the hot tub and the hot tub was boarded up And they claimed there’s nothing they can do about it so we were very disappointed in our visit

It's a nice hotel if you're going to stay one night there is no housekeeping. I stay two nights and they never made the bed or clean the bathroom or get anything so if you only need a hotel for one night this is a good place to stay if you'd like fresh towels or housekeeping you might stay elsewhere

Location was sketchy, crackheads right across the street at a trap motel wandering around everywhere. Rooms were in poor condition, but clean. A lot of maintenance work to be done. Bathroom door didn't close, no way to run a bath as there was no stopper for it, toilet was wobbly, screen ripped out and hanging, broken sink drain stopper and broken security latch. Hot tub was aka not working and doesn’t state that in the website. Hallways were messy, doesn’t look like they have been vacuumed in a week. Pictures on the website are very deceiving. Breakfast was poor, very basic and area was dirty. As a general manager of a Wyndham property for 3 years, I’d be very embarrassed of this property. Only plus was the evening shift gentleman who checked me in, he was very friendly and had a great vibe about him. Sorry but won’t be using this place again in the future

We were in a budget so we stayed there … it stunk like mildew soon as you walk in , very outdated my room can’t use the bathtub for a bath , my granit ledges were falling off if you touch them lol , just so many things needed to be fixed in rooms and hallways, very outdated and things were broken everywhere or missing ! Outside of property was nice building, but late at night sketchy people around , but staff was very nice and accommodating! But I’d never stay there again

There were a few things I had to wipe down when I got there but the bed was really nice and clean. The fridge had no shelves in it, animal hair all over the back of the bathroom door and few random hairs. The coffee machine downstairs was broken in the breakfast room and The pool was closed for maintenance the whole time and didn't seem to be getting worked on at all so that was a bummer but still was a comfortable stay and the front desk guy was super nice!!

We chose the property as it was priced moderatly and we only needed a place to rest our head as we were taking a flight the next day. The reviews stated that it was a pretty clean. I think they were renovating as there was a big bin in the back and unfortunately we had a non-renovated unit that smelled like animals. Someone even left doggie ice cream in the fridge in our unit. The linens did not look washed. The washroom was falling apart and the handle of the bathtub was rusted through and the floor was well used. The unit looked very used and I would let it go but we were right next to the staircase and the noise was wild. People walking up and down slamming doors and talking all night. My children and I could not sleep. Very disappointed.
