The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a suit and there was plenty of room for us. The hotel is in a great location. We could walk to dinner and to the mall. The staff was scarce. We had to wait to check in even though no one else was waiting. The pool set up was so much fun. However, the pool area was very dirty and gross. We were given bracelets to where at the pool but we were the only ones that I saw wear them. We saw two different sets of people come in the side door of the pool. They obviously weren’t staying at the hotel. They spilled food on the floor and didn’t treat the pool well. One of the side entrances of the hotel never locked.

Pool wasn’t open and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I don’t like charging $75 per night as a “just in case” fund. Also there was another charge to my card for I don’t know what. I’m guessing they’re charging us for using the paper cups in the room.

The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told until it was too late to cancel my reservation. That's probably the main draw of the hotel.

The room was VERY clean and awesome. Thank you!

Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all.

Why are the bathrooms so crappy? The shower head was at shoulder height. I'm only 6 feet tall. With the rooms so amazing and clean and awesome otherwise, why have a crappy shower like this? It's such a fancy hotel, you should have nice bathrooms too, or at least a decent sized shower.

Unfortunately our room included bloody sheets from the previous guest. Obviously housekeeping did not change any bed sheet linens and after we made the issue known it appears they only changed the one sheet and none of the others in either bed. Disgusting! No check up by management to see if everything was taken care of.

The room next to us was filled with screaming kids that were screaming from 8:00pm to 12:00am. I called the front desk 6 times and went down there twice. All of those times, nobody did anything. They never came up to tell them to be quiet, though they said they would. Both of my babies woke up from the noise, it was so bad. During one of the phone calls the front desk staff could hear the kids over the phone. Yet nothing was done. The hotel said because it was booked through Expedia they couldn't do anything. It was ridiculous. It was truly a horrible stay.

The Staff was great and the hotel was clean. I needed a king bed and a second bed option in the same room. The king bed was wonderful but the pull out sofa bed was horrible. The mattress was extremely thin, visibly stained and poor quality. The bedding provided for this bed was in the same condition. I expect better from Delta Hotels by Marriott. I was extremely disappointed with that and had a poor nights sleep.

Way too many rules. We bought pizza and a bunch of adult beverages from them and they kicked all of us out of the eating space that was not being used by anyone and made us go to our room because we had drinks for the kids and a couple small snacks. We watched them kick out another party near us that had a cake. Very annoying.

Got the suite through Expedia. It seems like if you get rooms through their site you get the shittest rooms. The room wasn’t very clean(empty water bottles everywhere), RITE next the elevator, on the second floor. No extra linens for extra bed. Had a game at 7:30 restaurant didn’t open at 6:30 for breakfast like it said. Your better off paying the extra $20 through the hotel site if you want to stay here.

The hotel overall is nice, but I’d advise being careful when picking the suite. We ended up overlooking the pool, and I think because of that the moisture from it made the room smell terrible. Also the AC is old and works well enough but not great. You can also tell what they’ve updated and haven’t. What has been is in great shape, what isn’t shows some wear and tear. The lobby and restaurant are great and the area is very nice and conveniently located near downtown, the university, and has lots of food and shopping nearby. Overall, not a top tier hotel but nothing wrong with it (outside of the suite in room 208 overlooking the pool. That smell was brutal)

The room was clean. Refrigerator not working in our room. Is it necesdary to charge 5.00 per night for my car when I had to drive to get to my destination?

Our stay was great! We used the free shuttle service to and from from the airport. We had clean rooms, and Amber at front desk was absolutely amazing! Helped me several things during our week stay.

The room was clean! The staff was very courteous!
We could have used a heavier blanket on the bed! But otherwise enjoyed our stay!!

The room was clean, and all the staff were excellent. We went to Urban 42 one night, and the service was great - and also very delicious appetizers.
