Staff was ON TOP of things. Front desk and the guy attending the breakfast were all great. Place was immaculate.
Arlene
The room and facility were very clean. The air conditioning/temperature was difficult to control, to maintain the temperature.
Jace
My only complaint is the room temperature was hard to control. I had to keep adjusting it. Other than that it was a nice stay.
Zach
The bathroom sink drain was broken and they couldnt fix it which was a huge pain. However, aside from that the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice.
Nicki
Everything was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was hot and delicious, great location for the Fargo dome!!
Nathan
Don't let the outside of this hotel turn you away. The inside of this hotel is very nice! The room was very nice and clean, the lobby was very clean and organized. The pool area was very nice, but the pool bathroom was cold! The hot tub was fantastic!
I will stay here again but if I have my kids with, they may want a bigger pool.

Clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast with a lot of options

Not enough gluten free options for a $300 room for one night and would not give AAA discount
Linda
Clean hotel with friendly helpful staff!

We asked for
Softer pillows. And was told they didn’t have any only larger ones for the king beds. Breakfast area there wasn’t any half&half for coffee staff we friendly thx

Nice, clean hotel near retail area in Fargo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. It looked like they are finishing renovations. Gym was well equipped. Breakfast was average. Would stay here again.
Thomas
Great location, very clean, and coffee always available (important for coffee-a-holics like me). Would definitely stay here again.
Two things: 1) maybe shampoo the carpet in the elevator, 2) staff at the front desk could present more professionally (one hand holding an energy drink while the other inputs on the keyboard??)

The rooms were very clean and nice. I especially like having the “on the wall” Dove shampoo/rinse, hand soap and lotion. What a great perk! Lobby is well organized and clean. Breakfast was perfect. Something for everybody, fresh and tasty!
Fargo dome was our destination and Ubers were easy to get without a huge expense. My family and I would most definitely stay there again!! Thanks for fabulous accommodations. Served our purpose just fine!

Room was not cleaned when we checked in. Food from previous guests left in fridge and dirty towel left in bathroom.
Shannon
Friendly staff, clean premises, and delicious breakfast made this a great stay. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in the area.
Jordan
It was just overnight, but we had no issues, and everything was in order like it should be.
Sherry
Absolutely loved this hotel. Stayed at another express and this one blew it out of the water. Very clean, modern and breakfast was basic but great and fresh. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Will be back!
Tyler
First and foremost, the hotel is amazing and the staff are incredible. Expedia on the other hand is a dumpster fire. We arrived in Fargo ready to run our first marathon and they couldn’t find our reservation that we made 7 months ago. We made this on Expedia and another traveler had a problem as well. The staff helped us get a room when nearly all hotels in the area were sold out for the busy weekend for the Marathon. A reminder, the hotel is great and the staff really took care of us so our knock is strictly on Expedia!!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with Bill's but the management corrected the issue.

Our room was clean and very nice. However, the stay was overshadowed by the pool area being closed and we were unable to cancel our stay. The breakfast was OK but there were no rolls and the pancake machine was out of order.
Julia
Online site has “pool” listed…arrived here , checked in…no pool available.
When I travel all day with two kids they like to have a swim. Front desk didn’t even offer a discount, instead they charged $20 on top

It was a nice, quiet place to stay with lots of extras in the lobby. Hot chocolate station, coloring pages for the kids, wrapping paper for gifts. Nice extras. The breakfast was good, with lots of variety.
Bernard
The entire stay was excellent. Rooms clean and warm, Breakfast was varied and very good. Staff was friendly.
Brenda
Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. a great location for the shopping we wanted to do. Will recommend.
Margie
Clean, friendly staff
Mike
Helpful friendly staff. Clean comfortable room and property. Breakfast was the usual reasonable hotel free breakfast. Bed was firmer than I prefer
Marvin
The room was clean, however the halls and the room seem somewhat outdated. Was told you are redoing the motel floor by floor so that will resolve it.
Jeremy
Excellent
Awesome stay
Jamie
Room was clean. The hot tub was not in working condition when we were there. Overall it was ok.
Manya
For the price of the room for one night definitely not worth it. Happy marijuana snow outside the front doors stopped not very friendly as a whole.
Jennifer
Was a wonderful stay! Breakfast was excellent! The hot chocolate bar and fresh fruit were a great option in the lobby. Room was clean, staff were friendly.
Coralie
Room was spacious
Amanda
Love the new coffee and hot cocoa bar!
Jamie
Plentiful parking, close to everything I was commuting to. Clean room, awesome breakfast
Lindsay
Super kind staff, nice hotel.
Steve
I sleep vary badly in motels but in this one i was very comfortable, a rarity for me. Beds extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was better than the average motel. Multiple meats to choose from.
Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing stay
Amy
During our stay over Labor Day weekend, there was construction noise starting at 8 am, Monday morning. If you have rooms under construction, don't book surrounding rooms.
Verified traveler
Choose another…
Had a reservation for months, was told at check in they “over booked” so I didn’t get the room I requested. Property is under a revamp which we were unaware of so 4th floor was out of commission and hallways were dirty/elevators, etc. Very loud property, no outside areas in which to relax as other Holiday Inn Express. Would not stay again. Left at 6:00 a.m.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Fargo-West Acres! The room was just the right size to comfortably accommodate our family for the night, breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options, and the pool was well maintained and not too busy in the morning.
Erica
Friendly staff and accommodations were great!
Michelle
The lobby was under construction. It was extremely noisy, dirty, dusty. I would have appreciated being notified that this was taking place.
Also the staff working the breakfast area were VERY LOUD when standing around making coffee and talking.
Breakfast wasn't very enjoyable with the loud employees and construction tools running. Also the vestibule was painted so it all smelled like paint.
Lastly, the pool area was dark and dingy both in and out of the pool. Definitely not an attraction.

The hotel was doing renovations and that was never told at booking otherwise i would have found a different place
Nicole
Very comfortable bed! Room was adequate. Loved the Dove soaps they
Joleen
The room had torn wallpaper in the bathroom and when the housekeeping staff scrubs the floor the bathtub has a line of dirt on the tub. Total lack of complete cleanliness is unacceptable.
Gudrun
Lots of noise and people who roamed the halls and banged on doors on one night. Otherwise, OK.
Mary
The room was very nice, large, and clean. The service was excellent. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of the lighting. Overall, the room was dark, and the light in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough.
Wilma
Day 1 keys for door didn’t work
Pool & hot tub closed
Day 2 pool still closed and still issues with door to room

Staff was amazing and helpful. Very clean and great breakfast.
Jacobus
I would stay there every time. 😍
Verified traveler
The room was great, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, stopped in quick before hitting the road. The hallways were a bit messy: torn wallpaper, broken ice machine, one door was missing its lock/handle and just had a blank piece of paper covering it. Still felt safe and secure.
Jena-lee
Uncomfortable beds, dirty pool, broken hottub. One staff was rude and miserable but the others where nice. Great breakfast spread at least.
Christine
Comfortable and quiet, beds and pillows were really comfy. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was helpful and friendly
Amanda
They provide breakfast and great beds!! Smells great throughout!!
Keith
Needs to be better maintained
Katrina
The front desk clerk was extremely rude, she messed up our reservation and then blamed us. She deleted my card information from my reservation. Hotel is in need of several repair, our ceiling was peeling, elevator buttons broke and missing. The hot tub was drained, but not blocked off

Weekend stay for a tournament.
Very comfortable, clean, nice breakfast options. Easy parking.
Keith
Hotel was great, but Google maps took us to a different hotel before that staff helped us find the one our reservation was at.
Leah
We stayed there for three nights and specifically asked if there was daily housekeeping services, which I was told yes. We did not receive any housekeeping services the entire three day stay. Garbages were overflowing, no Kleenex, no clean towels. I had to grab towels off the cart at the end of the hallway on the last day. I informed the front desk, and they didn’t care either.
Michelle
Not sure why there was a $20 difference from the receipt slid inder the door to the charge i incurred.
Guy
Staff was very friendly . Ver clean place. The breakfast was really good.
Allison
Very noisy bathroom didnt lock heat in room didnt work. Staff was very understanding and helped with what they could.
Danielle
Will stay here every time I visit Fargo!

The hotel is clean, hot breakfast in the morning and the staff is making sure that everything is in order and things are available for the guests whose having their breakfast.
The staff who helped us for check in and check out is pleasant and she even help my son in getting his hot chocolate and offering some small toys for him. Those little things means a lot for guests like us and makes our day more especial.
Hot tub wasn't working during our stay but the pool is really good with kids, it wasn't too deep.

It was perfect for what we needed!

Nice clean and quiet
Cynthia
We were so impressed with how clean the rooms were, comfortable beds, and so very quiet! The room was quite spacious for 4 people. Such a great breakfast selection, and to have many people working to clean it, and refill items. We will definitely come back to stay at this location when we have the chance! Thank you

Was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed and they didn't offer any discounts because of it. Mattresses left us all with sore backs.
