There were scratches on the walls from the fridge being moved in, couple stains on the curtains, white plaster dust in the bathroom that didn't get cleaned up, and the bathroom floor needs to be replaced because it was loose and wonky. Overall it was fine, just some cosmetic things needing to be updated.

The property was nice. The staff is nice, helpful Has nice amenities. And i'm sure other unit locations throughout the property have a much better experience. We arrived late night. Told they were fully booked & they gave us the last available. Our unit was comfortable & clean. However, the windows to the bedroom & the living room overlooked the public fire pit bbq area. The first night after a long flight, getting in around 10:30 pm, exhausted, we we couldn't sleep at 12:30 am with people outside blasting a bomb box that started at around midnight. I called the front desk and let the phone ring several times & then disconnected. We debated for 15 minutes what to do because they were right outside our window on the ground floor, then called again, with no answer, and again. After another ten minutes, I decided to go with my night on to the front desk. The woman at the desk was very nice, understanding, and she immediately went out to the common outside area & had them shut it down. We finally got to sleep a little after 1. then in the middle of the night a rowdy, bunch of guys decided to hang out there & was making a lot of noise.
When we asked the next day if we could move, they were all booked. We did not have the issue for the next two nights, which was great. Breakfast is very poor. The sausage looked like shoe leather, \"Omelet\" made in a mold & over cooked in the microwave. Would go again, but not that room.

This was my first time staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in West Fargo. The facility is outstanding. Spacious rooms with full kitchens reasonably appointed with dishes and utensils, quiet and safe surroundings with more than adequate parking, very friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast with a nice blend of warm dishes and the usual breakfast fare. Hot coffee available all day. They also have social events on certain weekdays (I was not able to attend). All-in-all, this is one of the nicest hotel stays I have had in some time. When I am back in West Fargo, I will definitely return.

Best staff! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I place several calls with questions before the trip and received helpful and courteous answers. Same thing while staying.

The rooms were pretty clean and very comfortable with AC and working ceiling fans that were quiet. The sheets and pillows were nice. I didn’t care for the beds. They were a bit springy for my taste.

Dishes / utensils were a bit sparse in the kitchenette but we made it work.

Our rooms had minimal towels but our stay was short and we probably could easily have asked for more.

The TVs were in weird spots and proved hard to use.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

We used the beautiful outdoor fire pit, and they even let us use their grill utensils to roast our own marshmallows. It was a little tricky, but the kids had fun.

I didn’t care for breakfast. The “omelette” and sausage tasted very fake. The waffles were good. The coffee was terrible. Fresh fruit options were minimal and not great quality. I did like the different nuts for topping for oatmeal/granola.

The suite was awesome, very clean and enormous. I'm sad to say we didn't have time to stay another day but it was a little more spendy than what I'm used to. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Only issue I had was the place was so large and our room was quite aways away from parking, and I'm disabled in both knees so it's hard to walk much distances.

We stayed with a lot of other sports teams at the hotel. We couldn’t use to pool & hot tub for more than 30 minutes because they were dumping lots of chlorine in with so many people staying at the hotel. Which then led to my 2 year old having coughing fits & puking all over our bedding to then call the front desk & have them tell me they gave out all the pillows & had no extras.

The woman at the front desk was so sweet & helpful & patient when she had so much on her plate & literally running everywhere to try & help everyone. We were just bummed that our kids couldn’t use the pool more because that was the main thing they were looking forward to!

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a good variety and some changes day to day. The staff at breakfast and the front desk were courteous, helpful and friendly. The workout room was wonderful. There are a lot of options. We will definitely be back.

The room we got is very nice! The only issue that we had is our heater wasn’t working and it’s very cold in here. When I told the front desk gal she didn’t even apologize—she just said she would put in a maintenance request. That part could have gone better.

This was a very nice stay. Great friendly staff. Someone was gaming on the TV whoever stayed before us so it took us about half hour to figure out the TV. Housekeeping should really check all TV's as part of their routine. Gamers never put TV back on the right outputs when they are done. Not the hotel's fault, it just happens way too often. Otherwise, great hotel to stay at!

I was not given a double queen room like I had selected and needed due to the number of people in our party. The staff were less than helpful and I asked multiple times. I understand if we needed to wait until that room type was clean or if they just didn’t have any but then I was charged for the room I selected and got a king room. The room I was given was about $40 cheaper per night but I wasn’t given a discounted rate. It was very disappointing.

The property was well-appointed with many amenities. The room decor was beautiful with a king bed, couch, sitting area, large studio kitchen and big bathroom. The bed was very firm. The water pressure for the shower was very low.

Cons - check in was disorganized, lengthy and front desk person was not helpful. When booking through Expedia I asked for rooms next to each other (conjoining rooms not necessary). I had my 80-year-old mom we wanted to be close to in the next room. Hotel front desk couldn’t find our second room and then said we were on different floors from each other. No offer to fix the situation and blamed it on us booking through Expedia. While hotel was clean - I don’t know if I would return due to front desk hassle. Also have yet to receive a receipt. Had to pre-charge a $35 incidental charge when getting the keys even though we had a card on file. Concerned front desk just added a charge?

We were in a room near the elevators, but you couldn't tell. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was warm, hot tub was hot! Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices. We will definitely stay again!

I tried contacting Expedia but could only talk to computers so nothing got resolved. I showed up at the hotel and there was no sign of our booking for 5 rooms but was charged on my credit card and app shows that it was good. Super frustrating as I need to get my refund back now somehow.

The building is old. In our room there were cracks in the walls, floor under carpet made noises when you walked on it like it was old and the bathroom had some stains on the wall and needed some TLC for the tub and tiles.

I received a message from Hilton to download their app and use it to do check-in and I could select my room. I vape so I selected a room on the first floor next to an outside door. When the app told me my room was ready, I was given a completely different room on a different floor. The room was spacious with a king bed and pullout couch, but the garbage disposal and the microwave in the kitchenette area did not work. The front desk told me I did not get the room I selected because it had either not been cleaned or because of maintenance. The fact that I had selected the room almost 24 hrs in advance and the fact that the garbage dispoal and microwave was not working in the room I was given does not excuse either of their explanations. For $150/night, I expect better and cannot recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also average at best. If you have a family member at the nearby Sanford Medical Center, this is a close, convenient location, but otherwise I would not recommend it.

Stayed here for a family trip. We were there for 3 nights. Room was not cleaned once during our stay. The pool and hot tub had way too much chlorine. Beds were okay. Couldn't hear outside noise which was nice.

After searching and reading reviews for hours prior to booking a room at this hotel for 6 days i should have asked around. My experiences was horrible! The front desk staff was Amazing, but the room was poorly kept up and filthy! When i asked to be removed to another room they were unable to do that. They also didnt have anyone to clen the room until almost 2 days later. After requesting a member of management to reach out to me while i was there i didnt even get that. I had to continue to request someone to please come and look at this room. I was then falsely accused of staying at another adjoin property complaing of the room in which i have NEVER STAYED. My room was entered in and looked through by management who couldnt even return my call but entered which is a violation of my privacy. I was NEVER given the opportunity to switch rooms. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT OR STAY AT ANOTHER KAJ PROPERTIES. I will let many know of this experience. I just wanted a clean room not a discount! The way the Regional manager spoke with me trying to make an accusation that i wanted a free stay and that i was on a block ban list was insulting. I have never been so Humiliated and talked down too I asked for proof in which they LIED and made an RACIST assumption that me and my family had to witness. I left there in tear

For a Hilton property I expected a lot nice room. Bed are old, couch was very dirty and gross. Bathroom was run down and looked like they had a water leak that they just used clear chalk to fix it all and not replace. Multiple things didn’t work because of fuses going out. Just a run down room and property!

Quality stay as far as conditions of facilities. When arrived for check-in there was nobody at front desk for over 25 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Last thing a person wants is to get in after a long night of fun and have to wait over 25 minutes because there is no one attending frontdesk.
