Best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which was pretty decent for hotel hot food. Room wasn’t very clean (carpets and tiles could use a deep clean). Bed was lumpy and very creeky when moved around on. Pool area was dirty by supper time and the slides were a death trap for small kids as they were very fast. Couldn’t really stay in the deep end if people were using the slides as they come barreling out and fly into the middle of the deep end. Our room keys kept failing and had to go to front office to get them reset to work 3 times in 2 days and never once was I asked my name or to show ID just asked for room # to reset so very low security which is scary. I would not recommend this hotel for families and I will never come back.

It’s a little old, could use updating. There was a little bit of a smell in the room but it wasn’t terrible. There are 2 water slides a pool and a hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Shower had great water pressure for a hotel. Overall it was very affordable, had all the amenities I needed and was great for a one night stay

Buffering / throttling - and sadly, I’m left with having to assume you have a poor reasoning the noisy neighbor situation to say the least. Yikes…

I stayed and was there for business- the wifi was so terrible- their wifi wasn't even able to Open a browser.
One hour before breakfast closed- the staff seemed annoyed she had to make more pancakes and had to be asked.
There was ham mixed with eggs- I don't eat pork.
There was zero conditioner in the bathroom- I haven't brought conditioner to a hotel in over 10 years because it has been provided.

Night staff said they can't hand out staff wifi code- morning staff said he should have. I didn't ask until last day. Had to go a restraunt to get wifi at midnight due to a deadline.

This property has seen better days. Unfortunately, I think it’s about time to knock it down. The property did not seem clean at all and was not well maintained. From rusted light fixtures in the bathroom to carpet coming up, this place was in a pretty sorry state. The staff was fine, breakfast was surprisingly good, and the shower was out of shampoo and body wash. This place would do in an absolute pinch, but it still isn’t cheap enough for me to justify a stay there.

The staff we came in contact with were great! The overall hotel needs updating and is not very clean. The one queen bed was slammed up against the wall with very little room to get in. The carpet needed cleaning in the rooms and all over the hotel. The elevator makes a scary noise and the water slides in the pool are not very sturdy. My 13 year old daughter who is 5'9\"and average size made the slide wabble, my son who is taller and bigger would not try it. The buffet breakfast was lacking both mornings we were there. The pancake maker didn't work the first day and the sausages were still pink in the middle. The last morning, there were items like hashbrowns that were empty and still many people to feed yet. The 2nd night there, the keys didn't work to get into the side door of the hotel to our rooms. There was a couple 2 doors down that couldn't get into their room either due to keys being close to cell phones, but she made a call to the front desk and the staff delivered them new keys and also us!!

A caring and conscientious staff.A beautiful clean room and a fantastic free breakfast. To make it even better they have a great location. No issues at all. These people that run this place really care and you won't be disappointed. Yes, you could spend an extra $100 and stay at the Holiday Inn, but not get anything better. What a hit to the Ramada and Wyndham names. This property was nasty. Chipped and scarred bathroom fixtures. Hair left on the walls of the shower. Desk staff who acted like we were bothering him just to check in. Very shabby breakfast area. That being said, the beds weren't bad, it was an inexpensive stop over night, and breakfast was there so I elevated to 2 stars. Still, spend a couple more dollars and move on from this old dog.

Our rooms were not available until after the 3:00 check-in time. We checked at 12:30 PM and asked if we could do an early check-in. The staff said our rooms were not ready without even asking for our name or reservation number. We stopped by again at 2:30 PM to try check again and they were checking in numerous other groups. They claimed our rooms should be ready in about 45 minutes. We reserved two Suite King rooms. We came back at 4:45 PM and checked in. They checked us into one Suite King and one King with a handicap equipped bathroom which made the living space much smaller than a standard room. The check-in paperwork identified both rooms as Suites (room numbers were manually entered on the paperwork).
We immediately notified the front desk of the error. They claimed their contract with hotels.com allows them to change the room type to a comparable room. Any problem with the reservation must be addressed to hotels.com. Upon checking out, we asked for room receipts so we could prove we did not stay in the prepaid two suites. They refused telling us they were not allowed to give us a receipt - we would have to get it from hotels.com. We insisted and they provided our check-in documentation which shows we checked in to two suites. We were disgusted at how proficient the staff was at gaslighting us.
Additionally, we specifically booked this hotel for their waterslides because our grandson loves swimming. The pool closed for a child drowning incident.

We were traveling with my elderly parents for Mother’s Day weekend. My mother has a disability and unfortunately is not very mobile. I booked two rooms through Expedia and the same day called the hotel and asked if I could put in a request for one of the rooms to be on the first floor due to a disability. They said they would note the account. We arrived on a Thursday at 1pm, which we knew was prior to standard check in, but we wanted to ensure she could get a 1st floor room. The front desk attendant we initially spoke with said there was nothing available at that time (still cleaning rooms). No problem we had lunch plans. We came back at 4:45pm which was past standard check in and they said they had no rooms on 1st floor. We at that point asked for a manager. Wow, that a mistake. The manager was the most UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, disrespectful person I have ever come in contact with. We explained the situation and what we had done prior to our stay to ensure a 1st floor room. I was extremely kind and expressed my concerns. She said she would check on a pet room for us. I said we will take anything. Desperate to get my mom in a room. She kept repeating what she was doing. I said can you just check on the room. She totally lost it on us and said she’s kicking us out cancelling our reservation. WHAT? It worked out and they magically had a room, but as she gave keys saidwe don’t want you here, so tomorrow if you want to check out you can. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, EVER.

Person at check-in did a good job. Unfortunately the hotel itself is run-down and a bit scary. Carpeting in hallways and our room threadbare and stained, A/C unit loud and smelly, and entire building dated, characterless, and confusing. The bed was okay but I didn’t sleep well as I was concerned about the safety of our vehicle, and we decided to skip the complimentary breakfast. Oh, and my husband, who doesn’t believe in ghosts, saw a dark shadow disappear into the wall when he took the elevator to the third floor by mistake. Do not recommend.

Look out of the swimming pool sized pot holes. You will wreck your car in that parking lot.
Breakfast was similar to public school food. Bread was moist, coffee tasted musty (dirty coffee maker?), \"omelette\" was just gross, sausage was dry and overcooked.
Room was clean (except for the dead bug on the side table) but outdated. Our \"suite\" was just a room with a couch. Walls so thin I could hear our neighbor vomitting all night. Probably drank too much at the \"lounge\" (a collection of slot machines, black jack table, and local meth heads). Bar tender and service at the lounge was decent.
Would have used the pool, but there was an army of children there at all times, 8a-11p. Someone had their infant in the hot tub. In no world am I going into a hot tub that had a diaper in it. Also, WTH? This baby was less than a year old. They made sure to enforce the pool close time but didn't say anything about a baby in the hot tub?
Once upon a time the name Ramada meant something. This was a sad shadow of what a Ramada should be. They need to quit pretending and just call it a Days Inn.
