The tv didn’t have sound, I turned it off and on trying to problem solve. I ended up walking down to ask for help where the woman said they were busy and try unplugging it and plugging it back in. I walked back up to the room and tried that with no luck. Went back down told her that didn’t work and asked for help (again), she said he was busy right now and would come up later. He never came up. At least the WiFi worked. The hallway smelt like weed. Breakfast selection with tiny, no warm food despite containers for it.

Not the greatest location and difficult parking setup. Sheets, bedspread and towels were clean but stained. Shower curtain bar was loose and floppy. And the air conditioner was very loud. \"Breakfast included\" was a joke. It wasn't much more than a continental breakfast. And nobody around to check out in the morning - just a small tote to throw your room key into. Wouldn't go back there a second time.

The room I had, room 104, was nice, clean, and comfortable, the toilet and sinks were nice and clean. The bathtub was the issue. I enjoy long soaks after long hours sitting and standing doing research on my family genealogy, Because I do this, my upper and lower back are extremely full of pain. I can't stand long enough in a shower to get relief, I use the bath tub to relieve it. In this particular room, not only did it look like the fiberglass tub was full of cracks and chips all around the floor of it, there was no plug, to hold the water in the tub, the shower stem to use the shower was up and unable to put down. for water to come out of the spout. Even had I been able to get water out of the spout, I couldn't have a hot bath, with all the fracturing in the bottom of the tub for fear of doing damage to whatever was under the room. This was a 1st floor room, which is what I asked for, but without a usable Tub, I was unable to have either a bath or shower during the time I was there, 6 days. This manipulating the bathtub to make it useless, was not appreciated. For 600 for 6 days total, a person should have been able to have a bath, or a shower.

All of the motels in this are about the same. This is an industrial area, and the motels are old and overpriced. I have stayed all over the country, and for what you get, this motel is overpriced. If it was $10 cheaper a night, I'd rate it 4 stars.

I am discovering Super 8s, along with other chains, no longer have in room coffee pots, but just opt for coffee in the lobby instead. It is not just this location. I stay more recently at another Super 8 on the other side of the country for cheaper than this room and it was newly renovated with a great bed, this Super 8, even for Super 8 is kind of below average because the room smelled really weird and the property was just a bit sketchy.

Breakfast is what I expected, just some basics like waffles and coffee, don't expect much, though, again, I've paid similar prices at other Super 8s very recently and gotten sausage. The staff was okay, not super friendly, but they did their job. Yes, there is room for improvement at this property. The bathroom was pretty dingy and a bit dirty. Everything just felt dirty and old. Old properties are fine, but when things are a bit dirty with missed wrappers on dressers and huge dust buildup in corners, it feels older than it has to.

The one positive thing I can say is the TV had internet TV, s there were a lot of choices. However, we had a lot of confusion because the TV was plugged into an outlet with a light switch, so we ended up plugging it into a different outlet almost too far away.

Front desk was quick but we seemed to get a few noise complaints (we were not noisy, just talking to each other, explained that to the staff)
We also had a belt and jeans go missing, but we also didn’t double check before we left, probably our fault.
