I paid $400 for one night and it was awful! We were supposed to have a handicap accessible room and we ended up on the second floor, no elevator, a tub that I couldn't crawl over to take a shower and NO air conditioning. It was one miserable night!! There was one tiny garbage can in the bathroom and that was it. The breakfast area was filthy, poorly stocked and the fruit was all brown, bruised and old looking. It was all so very disappointing.

No elevator. Room was on 2nd floor. Screen window did not close. Curtains did not close so sunlight came in and no privacy. No hot breakfast just cereal and toast. Check in staff was great. Rooms outdated furniture and door didnt shut all way when door closed. Had to pull it closed

People were great. Tv in room took a good 10-15 minutes to get a clear picture and for breakfast there’s no juice just coffee, tea, a gallon of milk everyone shares, and something with 3 flavored waters. That was disappointing and they do have waffles but no egg, meat, etc. breakfast was definitely lacking.

Parking was easy, but the parking lot had three trucks of drinking and weed smoking guys who were loud and unwanted. When the front desk was informed, the response was, “Oh, they’re still there?” Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the front desk attendant was very courteous.

It appeared to have been fairly maintained but not upgraded in quite awhile, it's very possible it's under new ownership and they have certainly lowered the expectations of a hotel stay.
The coffees hot and good, the continental breakfast was the bare minimum, over the last 15 years I've averaged about 30 hotel nights per year and this was the least impressive one I've stayed at in the same price range.

The place was under construction as they were repairing rooms and repairing windows while we were there so there wasn't access to much. And there's not much for amenities there except the Continental breakfast and a pool. But the place was clean and fairly safe for the neighborhood

I would probably just skip the breakfast if you don’t want toast or a waffle, not many other options. Room seemed a bit outdated and a little old looking but bed was comfortable which I guess is what’s important. There’s no ice machine on the 2nd floor at all, which I found odd. Overall not terrible for the price you pay.

Parking was not a problem but don’t know how secure it was. Breakfast was adequate but lacking “adult “ food, no protein, kid’s yogurt was only choice. Hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. Got the security deposit back with no problem but the day after check out was had a double charge of $50.00 on my credit card, still waiting for that to be fixed.

The air conditioning worked great, shower had great water pressure and heat. Breakfast was delicious with waffles and a great option of toppings.
The pool was very clean and warm.
The gym however was nonexistent. They use the room for storage and have a pedal bike woth no pedals jammed in next to the vending machines.

Pros: This hotel is close to everything you need,
and it seemed secure at night. There is a basic Continental Breakfast available, and a fruit bowl.
The staff were extremely accommodating.
The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful !
I usually don't use a pool in any hotel, but this one was warm enough. The hot tub was very clean and did not have a strong chemical smell.
In the room, I actually liked that there was no carpeting. Instead, there is simulated wood flooring, which I believe is far more sanitary.
The refrigerator worked just fine and was clean.
I was given extra towels upon request and no staff were knocking on my door prior to checkout.
(Don't you just hate when that happens ?}

Cons: There was no coffee maker in the room,
(I'm not a coffee drinker anyway.)
though there is probably coffee available.
The room phone didn't work. (Who cares?)

Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was quite comfortable and there were enough extra pillows! The room was clean and the pool was in good repair and clean. Lots of parking and within walking distance to a restaurant. Everything worked as it should. There is a fairly good selection of breakfast items however the quality was unremarkable. We ended up eating a couple of small things and then went out for breakfast a short time after.

Everything has been renovated! The rooms were excellent although my only complaint was that there was too much room under the door so I could hear when there were screamers at night coming in. I had to put towels up agains the door to stop the sound. Other than that it was fantastic. Also, the pool was just right in temperature and the hot tub was hot! (and did not feel dirty) Breakfast was just your normal contintental breakfast that worked well

I stayed overnight at this property and unfortunately the room condition was significantly different from the photos shown online. The room appeared very outdated and not well maintained, with visible wall damage, worn fixtures, and cleanliness issues including a bathtub that appeared dirty.

There were also several safety and maintenance concerns. The television wiring was exposed and hanging loosely from the wall, one of the lamp outlets delivered a mild electrical shock when used, and some wall fixtures were missing covers, leaving exposed edges. The room was also missing basic items such as a waste basket, and only one of the electrical outlets on the bedside lamp functioned properly.

Additionally, the side entry area near the assigned room contained discarded furniture and materials, which did not create a safe or welcoming environment.

Overall, the stay did not match the expectations set by the listing photos or the nightly rate charged. I recommend that the property address maintenance, safety, and housekeeping standards so future guests receive accommodations consistent with what is advertised.

When me and my friend arrived and checked in, the a/c and heater didn’t work or turn on, the door also did not have a lock that worked. The toilet paper in the bathroom had actually poop on it. We went to the front desk and asked for another room. When we moved into the different room there was inches of water in the bathtub, looked like someone just got done showering and it was clogged. Our second room was a smaller room than the one i originally booked. The door was also broken on the outside where you put your key to unlock it. The sheets and bedding were not clean and there was two bath towels in the bathroom. i stayed at this hotel a little over a year ago and had an amazing experience. This was by far the worst hotel experience i’ve had, no cleanliness and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. i’m extremely upset and will never go here again. This place needs new employees and housekeepers that actually take their job seriously and care about their customers.

We were quite disappointed with the stay. The rooms looked nothing like they were advertised. Rug ripped out and replaced with cold laminate flooring, headboards removed and holes in the walls left behind, wall decor removed and empty space in its place, all wall hooks removed from
The room leaving no place to hang outdoor jackets (even the coat closet was missing hangers) and other articles of clothing, new flooring was installed throughout the room but old mouldings left in and shower is in desperate need of repair and refresh. One use of the shower and the bathroom was flooded with water from the loose shower head and gaps in the curtains and walls.
The pillows were uncomfortable and small, and the same could be said for the 2 queen room.
Breakfast was okay. And Pool was only open for half the stay. From older reviews it seems like it’s the norm for the pool to be closed.
The parking was a huge safety concern. It was covered in ice with no attempt at salting, sanding or scraping. The parking lot was dimly lit, which added to the safety concerns.
I can say the staff were very friendly and welcoming and always willing to help with anything needed.
I wouldn’t stay here again until the hotel gets a compete refresh.
Overall I felt the price for the room did not meet the quality that I was expecting.

You could go to the pool at the neighboring hotel and they in turn came here for the hot tub use but at 10 degrees no one wanted to go outside for that

There was a very strong and odd smell at the front desk when I checked into our room. I thought maybe it was due to the pool maintenance that there was a note taped to the front desk about. My family and I put our bags in our room on the second floor and were in the room no more than 5-10 minutes before we left to get supper. The smell upstairs was horribly strong and smelled of acetone or a strong glue. When we returned to the hotel maybe 90 minutes later, we grabbed our bags from the room and went to checkout, as we were already getting headaches. There was no mention of any work being done in the hotel nor mention of this strong smell at check-in. Due to the circumstances, of this being about our health, I asked the staff at the desk if we could get a refund of some sort, as there is no way we can stay there. There was a group of people at the front desk wanting a double bed room, which is what we had. The staff member said that “ the manager said that since we are fully booked, everyone has to pay at least one night fee. But I can leave a note for her to review and she can contact you.” I thanked her and said that would be great. This was Friday night. It is now Sunday and nobody has reached out to us, and the full charge for the room of 157 cleared my account PLUS the $50 incidental fee that SHOULD have fallen off! We literally were in the room for 10 minutes tops and checked out three hours maximum after checkin. This is deceitful business practices, in a LOT of ways.

Staff went above and beyond my expectations. I had an operation and the hospitalized me. Disturb for days in West acres in Fargo, North Dakota, one above and beyond by storing my food in the freezer until I returned almost 2 weeks later.
I didn’t have much money and to get my food back was completely amazing
The free breakfast is good in the morning and yes, the rooms are clean. The place is very well cared for her. The swimming pool and hot tub should be open back up this week or early next week. The owner said everything redone which I was still there to try out the new amenities

The pool was closed and empty, so had been closed for some time. Huge disappointment we didn’t know until we called afterwards.The entire poolroom was freezing, frost/snow inside the doors even. Pur room had a ripped /bent screen and wi dow couldn't close properly making the room super cold. There was not any hand soap, residue that was hard and sticky at the bottom of the tub, the hot tub was open 24/7 since the pool was out of order but it was not clean after being in there for 5 minutes we ran out so fast there was clumps of hair and fuzz all over floating. So gross. No towels just dirty ones laying around too. Wasnt a busy place so not sure why it was so unkept.
