Clean, comfortable room

Airport shuttle service would be good. Complimentary breakfast would be good but understandable it doesnt have one. Ultimately it was a clean room and secured. The key card didnt work fully and front desk person was away when I arrived at 4pm to check in. The lights either had a time and shut off automatically motuon censored or it was haunted lol. Being right next to a truck stop was a rough location to navigate so maybe better signage to find it.
David
Kitchen had no dishes, etc. Parking was good. Room had no iron, hair dryer, no facial tissue.
Kim
Very clean with friendly staff. Beds and bathroom were great. There is quite a bit of wear and tear on the furnishings.
I would definitely stay here again.

Access not convenient. Smell of smoke throughout room. Staff was great. Very noisy location right next to truck stop. Close to NDSU.
Theresa
Parking fine staff attentive Room clean Didn’t us the kitchen
Melody
Room was clean but smell coming out of air conditioner and light switches need to be wiped down. Wiped some down.
Jana
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had to leave early, before the normal coffee time so they made a pot at 2 am for us. The hotel is located behind a truck stop but the door is is locked and you need a key to get pay the checkin area. We liked the extra security.
Joleen
Not a nice property.
Chris
Room was pretty clean. Check in was good and staff was very pleasant. Pillows were not very good- small and flat. Bed was so so . Did not sleep well. It was quiet!
Dean
This was a clean place to stay but there were no kitchen utensils to use. There was also no hair dryer in the bathroom or kleenixes. Simple things can make a good place even better. But it was clean which is the most important thing for us.
Kattie
Rooms smelt bad.
Sandra
It was tricky finding which was the main entry door. The room was very basic but clean. This looks to be the type of hotel which caters to long-term stays, with a kitchenette.

Clean room. Great staff.
Robert
Everything was clean and well kept.
Ted
The room was clean but I couldn’t get over the bed basically being a mattress on a 70’s version of a box spring just setting on the floor.
Jonathan
Overall it was a good stay. Nice room, and no issues.
Paul
I'm not sure how this motel is rated 7.8 The top of the mattress was about 14-18 inches off the floor. It was a mattress on about an 8\" pedestal. I requested a handicap accessible room with a walk in shower because I have trouble stepping over a tub. We could feel the individual springs on the mattress. First floor room, no privacy curtain on the window just louvered blinds. Staff check in was fine.
Landon
Very Clean but the shower was giving some issues

Matt
Might be an obscure event but my room was a few feet from the elevator so there was constant traffic while trying to sleep. Clean rooms and courteous staff, just a bad room location by chance is all.
Coty
Staff was decent but the room was not at all like the pictures. The bed was hardly made and looked like something straight from a county jail.

Room was dirty, not as described, hallway was dirty, area around had a very “ unsafe” feeling.
Alissa
Large room, dated kitchen area. No hair dryer. Staff very blah and not welcoming, no eye contact. Obvious marijuana smell on site. Will look elsewhere next time in town

The receptionist was very mean
Kay
It was a little hard to find the road to the motel. It seems like you are driving into the truck stop. Once we got there, it was a nice place to stay.

Linda
The hotel was very nice (very safe too as once past the check-in, you needed your key to get into the main hotel).
It’s a no-frills hotel - no pool, no breakfast, but there was a microwave, stove and full size fridge in the room if you wanted to bring it in. There’s a beautiful gas station/convenience store next door where we got breakfast so that worked just fine. We were only there to sleep so no pool was necessary.
Rooms have very thin walls. You could hear conversations of the people next door and there must’ve been 10 kids in the room above us that were really roughhousing up until at least 11:00 pm.
Otherwise, room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Raquel
The room was not clean at all, the floor was sticky and there were stains on the ground. It smelled of smoke and it was hard to sleep due to the lingering smoke smell. Someone had stuffed paper towel to cover the smoke detector so they could smoke in there previously.
Mark
Property is older but was clean and suited our purpose for the need of a place for a stopover
Dawn
IT WAS A NICE AND SAFE PALCE!
Steve
It is hard to get to, no road signs no true road in to the place, you have to drive around a truck stop gas station to get to it. Room is clean, string air-conditioning, lots of room to park. Basic motel.
Judi
Clean room
Steven
One staffer at night was very friendly and helpful, especially with local food recos and lending me his umbrella. Smelled smoke in the room despite non-smoking rule and found out it was coming into my room from the parking lot. Needs signage as to No Smoking in parking lot for those rooms facing it. Hotel has nice appearance but hard to get to without a car.
Mike
The room was clean but sparse.
Kia
The room was very clean and spacious. Nothing fancy which is what we prefer.
Everything worked great, good water pressure and temp, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.
Would stay again

Smelly. Dirty. Door wouldn't lock.
Brandon
The property was great and I enjoyed the fact that my room was close the vending machines
Kaci
To get to the property you had to drive through a busy truck stop parking lot. There were LOTS of construction workers in the parking lot and hallways. My daughter and I did not feel the safest! Walking in to the hotel the door was locked, we stood waiting with some men in a tiny lobby. Once the door was finally unlocked and we could check in to our room we felt a little safer. Our room was not the cleanest by any means. I found a used bar of soap in the shower along with hair left behind on the counter and floor in the bathroom.
Tamara
Ventilation through building selled of cigarettes and Marijuana. Patrons were allowed by staff to let their children throw footballs around others guests vehicles while the parents sat watching drinking bud lite.
Hua
I lived this hotel for one night, 8/2/25 in and 8/3/25 out. My wife called my cell in the morning on 8/3/25, but she could not get me because I accidently put my phone in vibration mode. Then she called the front desk of the hotel and the lady came to my room inform me. I really appreciate her.
Hope
Didn’t feel particularly clean. The first key we got was for an obviously occupied room we walked into at 1 am. Everything smelled horrific.
Paula
Far from fancy but price was good

Hotel is very secure once inside. Only allowed in with room key access, even the lobby.

Comfortable and Clean
Perfect for our night stay. No frills but clean and comfortable. Good coffee to start the day.
Shawn
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Clean building. The staff was really friendly
Jessica
This is a long stay facility located right next to a busy truck stop. It had zero amenities and felt unsafe. The hallways and rooms were loud

Pretty good stay
The property won’t clean your room if you have a pet. Need to ask for towels and toilet paper. Have a kitchenette- can purchase cooking utensils or bring your own. Hotel is close to everything.
Sam
Poor
My stay at this hotel was truly disappointing. From the moment I checked in, nothing seemed to go right. I requested room service multiple times and was flat-out refused. Throughout my entire stay, I had to sleep on the same bedsheet—they never came to change it, not even once.
The level of service was unacceptable, and I seriously considered checking out after just the first night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic comfort or hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience was far from what I expected.

Nice to have a kitchen area

Terrible smell
The entire hotel smelled of smoke and drugs. The room was clean but no amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, etc. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Reached out to mgmt and they didn’t respond. Paid for 2 nights and left after the 1st to stay elsewhere
Celia
Cans and garbage laying around outside and in hallways. So noisy all night people going in and out. We got no sleep was offered no kind of breakfast and no walkable restaurants. Rooms were clean but out dated I would never recommend this place
Tina
Out dated
Denise
Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend
My room was no frills. Room was small for being a “Suites” hotel. Room smelled entire stay, bed was on a cheap frame, mattress was very stiff, bed covering was fraying. No carpeting in entire room, walls were paper thin. No coffeemaker. Didn’t want to sit in lounge chair because I was afraid it wasn’t clean.
Michael
The room i booked was supposed to be a king bed and I got a Queen bed and it was small , the room smelled like smoke and dust.

We were assigned a handicap accessible room…it was loud (very echoey), uncomfortable bed and there was no hairdryer in the room
Lindsey
Hotel was simple but seemed safe.
Dalton
I got ringworm from the bed
Joan
Did not know it was a long term stay motel - no amenities!
Brandy
A great spot for our weekend--excellent location and we appreciated having the full-size fridge in the room. Note that small kitchenware (plates, etc.) is an additional fee. Toiletries were available in the room. It's a newer building so everything was nice, and the building was secure. Our room was pretty humid and had an unidentifiable smell, even with the AC running. Overall a positive experience.
Willie
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and overall a good quality sleep
Cheryl
Clean and comfortable
Andrew
Hotel is near a truck stop right off of 29. Can't say it was good or bad. Just not the best location for a hotel
Kris
Kara was amazing. Big smile was willing to help and it made us feel. We were excited when the building did not come down during a tornado. Room was clean. Window dressing could use blackout blinds.
Sarah
Comfortable and staff are very courteous and helpful
VELMA
Other than 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels & 2 tiny bars of soap - there were no amenities. Had to ask the front desk staff fir a coffee maker, hair dryer.
A suggestion for future short stay guests - could the hotel have these in the room when the guest checks in? It saves the front staff from apologizing for the lack of these amenities.
