The bed was excellent. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The continental breakfast included proteins and a nice selection of carbohydrates. The building needs some updates and screens repaired. The shuttle was a great service we would stay there again.

The man who picked us up from the airport was friendly and helpful.
Our room appeared clean although had an extremely strong musty smell which was off putting. We didn’t swim but it appeared the pool was open however the hot tub was empty and not able to be used.

Booked this hotel the night before I stayed after realizing I neglected to get a hotel the night of my late arrival. It was around midnight or so, and I was so so tired, so I tried not to let the very pungent stench of what I thought might be wet dog bother me and I went to sleep.

Fast forward to me finding a bed bug at my house two days later.

To start with, when entering the building - it smelled like a cat litter box. We knew it was pet friendly, but this was over the top. My wife is allergic to cats (pet dander), so she was highly medicated throughout the weekend. 1 of the exits (fire doors) was locked and labeled as Non Working. Both Handicapped Assist buttons at main entrance were tagged and Out of Service. The Pool / Hot Tub had a sign on the door that they were Out of Service by order of the Health Department. Our Bathroom sink Did Not drain. Shower head didn't give out enough pressure to rinse shampoo out of your hair. The 2 beds we had were both completely different, right down to the height off the floor. The breakfast was terrible, eggs had a funny taste and the sausage patties were hard to find in the pool of grease they were swimming in. Also, if there happens to be an event at the Fargodome, you better have a parking spot. As if you return from supper or shopping, you may have to park in a different parking lot.

Pros:
They have a variety of pillows on your bed to choose from. If you plan to go to and event at the Fargodome, it is walking distance. The fridge is the room is good size.

I will say, the lady at the front desk was very hospitable and friendly. But there is only so much 1 person can do and a smiling face only goes so far.

The outside was very in destress. The smell hits you when you get in, smells like cat urine. The knobs for automatic doors for handicap were broken. The AC didn’t work, the vent in the bathroom was dirty, the reception for the TV was spotty at best. The smell in the rooms were much better. The outlet that the fridge was plugged into was cracked, fire hazard. Came to this hotel because of a concert across the street, location was perfect. I guess location won’t be the reason I stay again.

Where to begin. Pool and spa were closed. Door knob almost fell off the door. Curtain rod was off track. Burnt out light bulbs. Breakfast was horrible. Watery eggs. Sausage was barely warm. Biscuits were raw. Not even baked and gravy was not good. Eating area is tiny. Can’t even move around. Maybe seats 20 at best. Should have been $60/night. Actually trying to figure out a way to get a major refund. May just call corporate. All in all never staying again. There’s a Homewood suits literally across the parking lot. Would have stayed there if we knew it was in the same area.

Definitely needs a refresh: room was fine, but with cosmetic defects, sounds from other rooms, an uncomfortable bed, and very dated decor. Breakfast was ok but room was small, cramped, and poorly laid out. Nice and helpful staff. The best thing was the location is you’re in town for the Fargo Marathon as I was, but otherwise there are much nicer hotels in Fargo.

The back door to the building didn’t latch so it didn’t feel secure. The bathroom door didn’t close so no privacy. The breakfast was horrible, no cups for coffee. The whole place had an odor and was very run down. We would’ve gave cancelled if we would’ve got our money back.

Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.

A bunch of kids showed up around midnight and were very noisy. Stomping around and it sounded like moving furniture, lasted for at least an hour and a half. Their coaches should have been told to quiet them down or they would be asked to leave.

Breakfast was good. Had to go back to my room to get cups from my room.
Staff was generally not around. Soon after I checked in I went to my room and the key didn't work. Went downstairs to redo the key but the staff was gone. Had to wait about 20 minutes for him to come back. I think he went to do a shuttle run from the airport.
When I checked out it was the housekeeping person at the desk and she couldn't get me a receipt.

We arrived for our stay minutes before having to leave for our event. The staff we met at the front desk were amazing! The best part of the whole stay actually.
We came back from our event around midnight and requested an extra blanket. The gentleman at the front desk was busy on his phone and said that he would look but they were fully booked. He looked and didn't find an extra blanket in the laundry room. We went to our room and got ready for bed. The bed in room 120 closest to the window was terrible! The box spring must have been broken. It was the a terrible night sleep. The next morning we got up for breakfast. At 8 am there was nothing left in their little crockpots of food for hot items. Everything was extremely messy and not a staff member around. We took an uncrustable and headed back to our room. When we checked out I mentioned the bed to the gal that was working there sitting with her friends out in the lobby visiting. She told me I had to call on Monday and speak to Samantha. I said I wanted to bring it up so the next person didn't have to experience a horrible night over a bad bed. I reached out to Samantha and she was rude and told me I could've requested another room and the problem would've been solved. In our world I think this establishment needs to do better! People spend decent money to stay at your place of business to be treated as an inconvience!

Check in was pleasant; too bad that was the only time we saw that employee. From then on, they were either asleep (at the desk) or seemed really bothered if we asked for something.
Breakfast was terrible. Maybe that is unfair... I didn't have much because there wasn't much. They ran out of almost everything, milk was expired (that was fixed on our second day, which is good because all we could get was cereal).
I've stayed here many times. Maybe this was a bad weekend- maybe it's gone downhill.
The price is good comparatively, but I'd pay a little more for better service and breakfast.

Had Do Not Disturb hanging on the door handle and they came into the room at 9:30 when we have 11 AM checkout.

Very disappointing. The hot tub/ whirlpool was empty & not working. Main doors to enter property did not work properly & handicap button did not work. Tub/shower water pressure not good & shower head was terrible. Also, the water would not drain properly so stood in water calf side until done. Sheets were clean but bed was too soft & too low to ground. Had to sit in bed or on desk chair. Nothing else available. Not worth the cost of $120+/night. Not much for breakfast but it was better than anticipated. Next time in the Fargo area, I’ll say else where.

We were staying at the hotel with friends and found out the TVs were not wired the same. One room got ESPN and the other did not. We also had read on the internet webpages that there would be a hot tube but it was being removed and was non functional. I do see that the website has been corrected now. Bathroom floor was not as clean as I would have liked it to be.

The hotel room was fine, nothing fancy, but it was clean. The reason for the 3star… we chose this hotel for the shuttle service to and from the airport. The day of our shuttle, there was simply a call telling us just that the car won’t start. The guy at the desk gave me a cab number but basically washed his hands and the hotel from it. It should have been taken care of regardless of the cost. Everyone in that area knows the weather and what it could be like, they need a reliable vehicle to get their patrons to the airport if that’s what they are offering. It made for a stressful start of my day that I really didn’t need. This was enough for me to look elsewhere to make sure I have reliable transportation and a vehicle that can support that.

I booked a park & fly reservation through Expedia. The Days Inn at Fargo does not book park & fly through Expedia. When I checked in they already had my car make/license, etc. information but I was booked only for a room. I was told I needed to do the park & fly directly with their hotel. Also at that late date, I was told I could not cancel my room and book another with the park & fly.

Hotel was on the low side of average. Was not as clean as previous reviews indicated. The hotel shuttle to the airport was not as advertised. Signed up for an early morning airport drop off and the clerk was asleep in the lobby. Tried to wake her up, but was unsuccessful. Had to take a Lyft.
