This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit my dad in Fargo. The grandkids absolutely LOVE the pool! I enjoy the pool side room option so we don't have to walk an entire hotel to get to and from the pool. I also love that they have a coffee shop in the hotel as well as a restaurant. The rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfy!

Read the one star reviews, they are not wrong. Our room had an odor of an 80s smoking room. The halls were dark, dingy and extremely humid.

The rooms were not updated at all, not even a lamp with a USB recharging port.

The hot tub was out of order, which is the only amenity i would have needed.

The only redeeming quality, there was an exit door right next to our room.

I asked if i could just pay for the night we stayed but we were on the hook for the whole cost, so we stayed.

The shuttle to the airport didn’t run until 7:00 AM; our flight was before that.

Room service did keep our room tidy, coffee flowing and towels.

Motel is ok at best pool is ok breakfast is not included $19 a person 8 for kids. Not sure but i thought i read kids eat free? Not the case. Not sure a 3 and 5 yr old can eat anywhere near $16 of food. Most expensive muffin and little cereal cup. Will never go to this motel again.

There is always \"remodeling\" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe.

Room was clean and quiet, check in was easy! We came on a long weekend so it was super busy in the pool area, but my kids had a blast. Two downsides-no clean towels at the pool, and the hot tub seemed over chlorinated (likely to keep up with all the swimmers!) Continental breakfast would be so nice to have here, but I knew it wasn’t offered here when booking.

Changed our room reservation 2 days before we were supposed to go. We wanted two queen beds to make this work for our family. We got 1 king bed instead due to their system error. Now they did give us two rooms that had 1 king bed in it but they were not conjoined. Which defeats the purpose of our weekend together. So our kids slept on the floor…
The water temperature for our showers/baths did not work. Either boiling hot or ice cold water.
The location of the hotel was good and ideal.

Hotel is dated and needs some upgrading especially the pool area. Hotel and room were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Full side mini fridge was appreciated. We used door 6 and were on the 6th floor and the entrance and hallways need some love and decor. The elevator was freezing cold and the hallway to pool and pool are was also very cold. Clean and easily accessible. Staff was very polite and helpful. I was given a handicapped accessible room which I didn’t have a problem with but there was virtually no countertop in the bathroom to get ready for the day (very small) and the plug ins were far enough away from the sink/mirror area that made it difficult to fix hair as the cords were stretched to the max to do so. Also the lighting in the bathroom and main room wasn’t all that good for getting ready for the day. Was good for a low light evening ambiance otherwise. I feel the handicapped, who normally would have this room, deserve better.

Our room appeared clean but bed sheets had a stain. The staff was polite while there and during follow up call. The breakfast was tasty and filling. People or possible customers in the parking lot were questionable, as there were some cooking out of their car. I was surprised that I wasn’t able to request a room near the front when the parking lot was nearly empty.

Check-in was slow as there was only one person at the desk. She was answering the phone, checking people in, answering questions from others already checked in. Additional staff would make a smoother check-in.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice, but you can tell that it is an old hotel. The couch in the room was frayed at the bottom, the pool need a good scrubbing and half of the sides didn’t have the water jet working to help you slide down, and the bathroom door had experience so much moisture that the veneer was pullling away in some places (so they just covered it with paint).

My son enjoyed the pool, otherwise was not a great experience. Ended up leaving early due to the noise level after 10:30pm. Staff was not concerned after we shared how loud guests and maintenance were being. This hotel could use employees with better customer service skills. We won't be returning.

Weekend Stay

Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff were super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the option of firm and soft pillows.

On the tv we got a lost signal fairly often. It would usually resolve itself quickly.

The pool was a little on the cool side for an indoor pool. The hot tub was quite dirty. There were lots of people in and out of it and the water looked a little gray. The following morning there was definitely a layer of dirt in there.

The breakfast options were great. We liked the food and service was quick.

First off this place is huge. There is a restaurant, a bar, and a coffee shop all separate from each other. The pool area is a small water park with a pirate ship, tiki bar, and huge seating area. I believe there were three parties going on and plenty of room for everyone. Because this is a older facility I feel the hot tub was a little small. Big enough for maybe 4 to 6 adults to fit comfortably. The property is clean and well maintained. It looks like they have done upgrades although I haven't stayed here in a few years. The hotel is attached to a convention center with convention rooms of all sizes. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and would recommend staying again.

Bed was terrible. The property showed kids out of hot tub at 9pm, gave up and went back to room as the kids were OBNOXIOUS with floaties and swimming in the hot tub

Swimming

Only complaint was the pool signs posted said it was open until 11 and they kicked the kids out at 10 & said from 10-11 was adult swim. The max depth of the pool was 4 feet with kid water slides. I’m not sure what adults would want to go swimming in a kid pool.

Everything was great, but the pool was freezing cold. I’m not sure if something was broken, but it was much too cold. My kids and I could barely stand to be in it.
