Rhonda
This is a nice hotel that was in the midst of remodeling during our stay. The pet area is very convenient and in good condition. The room was clean. My only criticism is the bedding. The sheets are so old that the pockets in the fitted sheets are for the old thin mattresses. It wouldn't be bad if they hadn't also shrunk so much that they were probably 6 inches too small. They would not fit all four corners of the bed. I went down to the lobby and they gave me other sheets to try. They were all too small. I hope they take some of their remodeling money and spend it on new high quality sheets like one would expect to find in a Hilton.
John
Other guests were partying late at night. Noisy and under construction.
Angela
Would have preference a heads up that the property was under a major renovation. Most amenities were unavailable during our stay including restaurant and pool.
Daniel
It was under renovation and the pool/ hot tub was closed.

We had a bad experience at a hotel in Fargo. We told them to cancel our reservation after being there for only 15 minutes. Right away, we booked at the Hilton Garden Inn. They are in the process of remodeling, but the staff was super friendly, respectful and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nicely updated. The pool was also recently updated. The pool was super warm, which was nice for my 6-month-old. The hot tub was great. Shout out to the cleaning and front desk staff. They did an amazing job, even though the place was getting renovated. I would highly recommend other people stay here. Also, when I'm in town again, I'm definitely booking here. Being clean and very polite to customers goes a long way in bringing guests back. Thanks for the great stay!!
Ken
Not enough breakfast choices, not everyone wants eggs and potatoes and fruit
Staff was nice, clean area. I don't like pets in a food or sleeping area, which there were.
We don't know the dogs hygen habits, what if they have fleas or worms? or if owners putting them on the mattresses, I surprised that this property allows pets at all. They're were several, if your going to do that there should be a few select rooms only. It would be more sanitary overall, just changing sheets didn't cure some of the issues along with the barking at night it cost lots to stay their, I don't want to stay in a zoo.

Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed.
Amy
The room was nice and clean. They are remodeling so it was a challenge getting around on the main floor where construction was. Pool and hot tub were closed due to remodeling. I book at Hilton every time I go to Fargo because they have a nice pool and hot tub and I was unable to use this trip. I was not aware of unavailability when k booked my stay.
Bryan
Great stay at this hotel. Did not know they were doing construction and renovations. This did take away from some of the stay and made it harder to enjoy.
Diann
Check in staff was horrible. Super rude and did not get what I booked
Brian

Ok, property was being renovated
suzanne
Everything was great but was disappointed that they gave us a wheelchair accessible room.
Sharon
My newly renovated room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Steven
The hotel is showing it's age, however it is in the process of being remodeled.
Katie
Booked a king room with a jetted tub and I got a queen room with no jetted tub, no couch and no hot water. Only thing they would do is refund $25-50 MAYBE. Wouldn’t stay again.
Jeff
Rooms were pretty junk. Bathroom fixtures were shot. Bedding was too short. Blind dind't fully cover the window.
Renee
It was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Marcos
Overall was good.
Britt
We only checked in and went to our rooms, but everything was clean and quiet. The staff was easy to work with. The bed was not bad, maybe a little dated. Pillows were plush but flattened easily. Overall, I would definitely stay again.
Jeannie
Just not a good stay, things just went wrong
Jonathan
Decent, basic hotel in need of some remodeling. Breakfast should be better for the price. Buffet food like eggs and potatoes are often cold. Location is perfect.
Melissa
I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds. When I got there, they had me moved to a King suite instead. I purposely booked a room with two beds. I needed two beds. Granted there was a pull out in the room, they are NOT comfortable!
Jorjan
Awesome all around. The pool was amazing and clean
Catherine
The room was clean, staff was friendly and checking to see if I needed anything and how my stay was going if they could do anything for me if I had concerns. The hotel kitchen was great they had good food, I enjoyed not needing to leave the hotel for supper.
Bonnie
Staff are excellent. Clean rooms. Great stay!
Caitlin
Room was very clean, staff was friendly loved how quiet it was at night also the most comfy pillows ever
John

Jason
Great room
Heather
Room was clean, everything in working order. Staff are amazing. Building looks amazing.
Jennifer
Staff was amazing. First night was great, second night hockey team dad’s thought it was a great idea to sit and talk in the hallway in front of my room door at midnight and I had early practice for my figure skater that were competing.
Lori
Beautiful place. Beautiful room. Beds are horrendously uneven…you roll to the middle no matter which side you’re on. Clanging heat all night you have no control over. If you actually want to sleep, this is not the hotel for you. Manager offered zero compensation and just said, ‘Come back and try us again.’ Would not stay here if it was the only hotel in Fargo. Better nights sleep in my car.
James
Good room didn't stay the 2nd day. Would have liked to know pet friendly = $75 but that's ok they had a real nice area for dogs.
Robert
Prompt and helpful
April
The room was nice. But we paid 200 bucks for the hot tub in the room. The tub didnt hold the water so you're constantly adding more water.
Scott
The hotel was adequate but overpriced. The price for a dog is $75 US! Would not stay there again.
Insook
It was convenient place
Joshua
Clean, spacious room. I wish the front desk staff were a little more attentive, maybe; however, Steve (dude with the glasses and goatee), the guy who checked me in, was perfectly accommodating and extra sweet to my dog.
Overall, and wonderful place to stay for the weekend in Fargo! 10/10 recommend

Beautiful hotel. Only downside is that breakfast is not included. Other than that staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable
John
A nice option for the Fargodome or other events. Full service restaurant and bar on site. Loys of walkable options nearby.

When we first got there we got out in a room that I didn’t book! Then after awhile she called the room and said we could move to the room I had booked but originally she said it wasn’t ready and not cleaned but then when I came downstairs to get the new keys for the room she told me it was double booked and people who book through Expedia are the last people picked which I’ve never had an issue booking through Expedia. When we got to the room there was no trash bags in any of the garbage cans there was no toilet paper the shower and the job tub were very gross. So at that point we just cleaned it our selves and to top it off when I wanted to shower the shower and toilet barely worked! So the experience could have definitely been better!
Tonya
Clean, quiet, professional
Kimberly
Dining selections were limited, especially if staying several days. It was -22 so eating in was more attractive than going out. Food was good just wish there were more dinner choices! Staff were awesome! The phone in my room was caked in dust don’t think it had been cleaned in a long time. Mattresses don’t fit bed frames which was odd. All in all a quiet stay with polite and responsive staff.
Amanda
First stay at a Hilton wasn’t really impressed
ALEX
Great
Very nice, very clean and very friendly
CHRISTOPHER
Room was nice. No breakfast offered for $180 room.
The room was room and nice looking. I originally booked a double queen, but was given a king instead. I was annoyed that the place had no continental breakfast for the cost of the room, $180/night. I asked at the desk and they said \"No\". Cheaper places always offer some type of breakfast when you rent a room, so big time disappointed by that.
Carissa
Great location
Jeffrey
Utilized the hot tub and pool for the kids. They had a blast. Hot tub was hot, which was appreciated. Room was clean.
Jan
Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff and bartender as well

I paid via Expedia and the hotel also charged me the full amount.
Jan
Great staff, kitchen staff went above and beyond. Excellent breakfast. Beds were awful
Lisa
The beds are probably the most uncomfortable that we've ever slept on and super noisy when you turn over. Chiro appointments in our future. Also, HATE when designated smoking areas are right by the door. Means you have to walk through someone's smoke just to leave the building.
TERESA
Very nice
Richard
Staff was friendly and courteous
Connie
I always stay at this hotel when I’m in town for business. I love the fact that there is a restaurant/bar on site so I don’t have to drive somewhere for dinner.
Stephen
Hotel is biker friendly nice staff with easy check in. Room was clean and bed was comfy
Jeffrey
After being at other hotels in the area, I will definitely be going back here. Clean, quiet, friendly...and did I say quiet?
Matthew
Will definitely be staying here again, the family loved the waterslide
Joleen
Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast variety was great! Would definitely stay here again!
Craig
I checked in the day of the Microsoft security breach. The hotel's reservation system was compromised and people were incredibly rude to the hotel staff, who obviously had no control over the company's computer system. Nevertheless, they responded with poise and kindness. I was deeply impressed by their professionalism. They were phenomenal.
Ashley
Unfortunately our room was poorly maintained, kind of stinky, we found canisters of chewing tobacco under furniture, our bed sheets were stained. The hotel was outwardly very nice & the room could have been nice under different circumstances I guess
