The building is filthy and smells. Our shower curtain had mold on it so we didn’t even use the shower. There were holes in the wall and crumbs on the microwave. Only about 1/2 the channels worked on the TV and the words didn’t match the people talking. We tried to checkout, calling the 0 at the front desk twice and no one ever came.

It was a place to lay our heads, no in room coffee, no water glasses, bed was comfortable, pillows were the size of couch throw pillows. Room was very cold, tried to adjust the temperature and finally found the right setting. Towels and washcloths were very well used and thin. Would we stay here again? No

The hotel kicked us out while I was at the store came back and there was a person cleaning the room and all my stuff was in a garbage bag. They wouldnt refund. Our room and kept 100 deposit . I've put in a complaint with the BBB and spoke. To a lawyer about smalls claims these people running multiple hotels here are illegally running there hotels. They sexually harass women and children and promote illegal sex read operations

Ive never been to a motel that didnt provide facial tissue in room. No makeup remover pads. The bath towels were small.The soap bar was so thin it broke in half as i opened the package. I dont recommend staying there.

Overall a good value for the price that you pay. Rooms are comfortable. Weirdly you aren't allowed guests in after 8pm. Probably a security measure so that they don't have groups of people trying to sneak in. Will stay again I think.

The room and place was clean. But!!! The lady when I checked in was short and rude. NO BREAKFAST! The excuse for why was feeble and weak. This place is ok, but compared to Bismarck’s Americas Best Value, it is very poor! Next time I drive the 3 hours to Bismarck!

It was an ama?ing experience from the second i checked in the gentleman at the coubter was polite and friendly. Lobby and halls were kept clean and the room was nice and clean have a working fridge and microwave and the heat worked great. I will definitely book here in the future.

Much Better than I expected from reviews

Staff was friendly, room was clean. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, some bread products, no fruit and no yogurt. But it was fine. The rooms were nice enough and they are definitely in the process of updating so there is still some painting to do. But it smelled fine, beds were clean, room was clean, ac worked. The only thing was you have to make a deposit with cash or credit card and that wasn’t mentioned. If you do it in cash it’s $100 and they hand it back to you at check out. We had a nice stay.

The only temperature for the shower was either cold or too hot to use. Could not take a shower because of this. AC was loud. No insulation in the walls as I could hear the person in the next room over yawn the walls were so thin.

The breakfast is not a buffet as advertised, it's just a continental. Rooms were clean as expected. The room had a window heat/ac unit that worked but when running was very noisy. I was quite surprised that upon arrival i discovered that the motel charges a deposit between $150-$300 depending on the distance between your home and the motel. I will never stay there again. I've never been asked for a deposit before checking in.

Avoid this hotel!!

Avoid this place at all costs. Rooms were not very clean. We stayed one night. Manager opened the door to our room without knocking at 10 am to remind us to check out at 11. They also never refunded my security deposit when me and my son just slept for one night and were only in the room to sleep at night! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Receptionist acted like it was an imposition to check me in. Room was \"bare bones\" - no nose tissue, no hair dryer (had been ripped from wall), no clock. Breakfast was ok. \"You get what you pay for\"!

The only hard part for me was to follow the directions to find the hotel. Once there, the directions were easy to remember. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

You get what you pay for. I paid very little. No service, no housekeeping, no breakfast one day and minimal breakfast the others, shower was not clean, sandpaper towels, shampoo in ketchup packets. The neighborhood is safe and it is a convenient drive to most of Fargo.

Even though it looked recently remodeled, the room still needed repairs. all the outlets by the bed only worked if the switch by the door was on, which also was the only conrol of the light on the wall. That meant anything plugged into the wall was turned off when you turned the light off. there was a hairdryer mount but no dryer. vinyl floor instead of carpet, and nothing decorating the walls. the shower had the holder for a hand sprayer but just a shower head was there. the AC/heater unit cycled on and off every couple minutes all night, no matter what temp it was set to. even the towels were thin and small-not bath towels, and one had some sort of mascara or darker stain. They had 2 styrofoam cups left out by the ice bucket, but no idea if they were clean or not. the bare floor needed sweeping. the couch had mis-matched cushions. the desk top was dirty and the TV screen was wiped with a dirty rag because it was smeared. the sheets also had a rip.

Did not have a good experience. No one was sitting at the front when we arrived and it took awhile for them to come to the desk. (This was a common occurance)

We had such an odd room that was small. The heater only could be turned on or off..couldnt set a temperature. The phone didnt have a jack/cord so we had to go ask for one to use the phine. The room was tidied but didnt feel clean. Breakfast wasnt good either...essentially just a wagfle iron and a few pastry optoons.

Felt pretty ripped off with how much we spent. Wouldnt go back.

Worst stay ever

I would not recommend this hotel! They charge $150 for incidentals which was more than my stay total for 2 nights, no hot water so no shower for 2 days, they claim after the fact new water system being put in- hmm maybe I should have been told! No security as doors open all night! Complained and got no discount, please take my advice and don’t book here

As we checked in, another guest was complaining that they kept her money and she had called the cops and they would be there shortly. When we finally got to a room, the refrigerator was full of frost, and the bottom drawer was full of water and it was not cold, we got to our second room, pulled back the sheets, and there was several hairs. The decor was horrible, ugliest vinyl floor I have ever seen. The counter in the lobby area was very messy.

Start with a positive - room was very clean and no hair dryer in the room and attendant found one for me.
Mistakenly directed here by friend who thought this was the correct hotel. Check-in ok. Major negative was the smell in the room!! I think that they tried to hide the previous years of smoking with a chemical coverup that was overpowering. Ran the bathroom blower and ac 100%. Think that the room empty a lot and those interventions along with just lots of in and out helped.
DO NOT stay if fragrance or allergy sensitive! All carbohydrates for breakfast. No attention to outside as same cigarette butt was on the security swipe for 3 days.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but it needs a serious upgrade. The carpets are old and worn and the walls need a good painting. The windows were dirty and a lot were broken. They could have also made the outside patio a great place for hotel customers to sit-setup some tables and chairs. The price of the hotel doesn’t reflect the price we paid. Would not stay there again. If they were to do a lot upgrades it could be a really nice place to stay.

Slightly disappointed

Room smelt weird, crumbs all around the room, lots of stains on fixtures, all the towels in the bathroom were dirty or stained except 1 and there was a lot of hairs around in there. The fridge was full of rust, screen on the window was torn off, at least it made getting the luggage in the room easier.
Thankfully the beds looked clean and were comfortable.

The room was absolutely abysmal, there was what looked like pieces of dog kibble sitting on the floor by the door, and the back corner of the room was dingy and dirty. The bedding was all stained, as were the chairs, and the bathroom door was nearly impossible to close and it didn't lock.
The breakfast was lacking, but it was good.
And the beds were very comfortable though.
My friend also found a console in one of the drawers that had been there for who knows how long- which take as you will (he was pretty happy about that one getting missed).
I wouldn't mind staying here again in the case of another last minute emergency, but definitely wouldn't go out of your way to stay here.

Only 2 of 4 lights in room worked. Cover came half off of air conditioner when I pressed power button. A/c unit was very dirty. They should clean all of them regularly. Refrigerator did not work because it was plugged into an outlet that works on the light switch as you come through the door. And since I didn't know that and I didn't like the bright light in my eyes I kept that light off. But the second or third time I came in through the door and turned that light on the boat blew out. I originally thought the refrigerator didn't work at all until the person at the front desk told me it was probably connected to the light switch and I had to flick that on.
The soap had been torn out of its little rapper and was sitting on top of the extra toilet paper sitting on the sink the rapper was on the bathroom sink. So was the bathroom stopper. How anybody missed that when they clean the room I don't know.
But when I say here again no I would take my chances somewhere else. My KFC meal was run because of the refrigerator not working. I will add that the the bed and the pillows for all clean. And I did not find any bed bugs. So I guess today that's a big plus.

Booked as we were driving through and needed a place to stay. Rooms were not the cleanest. We can do worn, if they are clean but this was not. We left early as we were passing through. Breakfast was posted to be from 6 am, we ended up leaving at 7 with no breakfast and no staff at breakfast area nor front desk. We could hear an alarm going off but no one came or answered the phone when we called.
