The rooms were really nice and clean. Our first room's TV wasn't working, so we called for help. The front desk said they'd try to get ahold of someone to fix it. After not hearing anything for 45 minutes, we called back down to find that she couldn't find anyone. We switched rooms where the TV worked, but there was an extra fridge in the walkway of the room. It worked well, but it was just in the way. Aside from the staff not being helpful or following up (and there being no cookies upon check in or check out! -- I talked up the cookies and was so looking forward to them) the hotel was fantastic, the rooms were comfy and it's in a great location. The bed was a bit hard, but it's hard to find a hotel where they aren't. Hopefully next time it's a little smoother sailing.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was nice and quiet even with a wedding going on in the ballroom. I will say the room quality needs some addressing, we had wallpaper peeling off the wall in our bedroom of the suit and the carpet in the entryway and living room was dirty and needed vacuuming. The light for the entryway of the hotel was burned out to which they had replaced while we were at dinner which was awesome and quickly done. I think it can be an excellent hotel with some tidying up. Parking and staff were also easy to find and helpful.

The TV in the bedroom had cords that were detached the TV in the living room was dark.
They advertise that I would automatically be logged out of my YouTube and Netflix account upon checkout, but I wasn’t.
The bathroom door wouldn’t stay opened or closed. It needs a magnet on the back of the door to hold it in place.. the refrigerator freezes stuff.
And the do not disturb sign comes off of the door handle too easily.

The air conditioning in our room did not work and even after maintenance was up to fix it, still no A/C. When I informed the desk staff upon check out she didn’t seem to care Also the refrigerator did not have a knob to adjust the coldness and we had to get someone to come and adjust the temperature. The restaurant menu shown everywhere was not available. A very limited, frankly lousy, subset was available. That was not good, we had plans and made selections for food. Then called room service- no answer. Tried three times without success. Went down to order in person only to find out what little was available. This needs to be corrected.

The hotel is beautiful, staff were really nice, easy check-in. I did book through hotels.com the Suite, Accessible, Bathtub (Mobility & Hearing, 2 Rooms) which I wanted to my son to enjoy his own King bed. But we got to the room and it was a standard 2 queens with pull out couch, which was fine, and the rate we paid was an adjustment of $20 which wasn't much. Close to Costco otherwise, not much else nearby, quiet neighbourhood.

The sheets appeared to be dirty. The footstool was broken, the top dresser drawer was broken. I was on the 4th floor, their was very little water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service for 2 of the 3 days I stayed here. I told the front staff about these issues. They didn't seem to care. In addition the room was only cleaned every other day. I asked the front desk about this and they told me this is their company policy. Ridiculous! In my opinion, this Hotel does not do a good job of representing the Hilton brand.

Sat in public area with some friends during evening. Had my yeti as I don’t like drinking from plastic/paper when drinking water. The bartender accused me of drinking alcohol and not purchasing from the bar. I don’t drink alcohol and haven’t for years. Her approach was not tactful. She threatened to get our game cancelled for not following the rules. I was offended. I understand there is a bar open, but I do not drink. However, I do enjoy sitting in the gathering area and visiting with the other people in our group. I’m not sure where else we would gather and visit except for there. It was super awkward. For the staff to threaten our game was not called for. Only a few families from the team were even staying there. Not the whole team. I offered for the bartender to look in my cup but she did not acknowledge it. Just to finish - not everyone drinks alcohol. Another sort of disappointment was on Saturday morning my son and I had breakfast there. I got in like to pay, but my the time I got through the line - there was hardly any food left. There was a large group of people eating and food was not being replaced. I think they maybe were expecting so many guests or something. No sure, but the staff were made aware, and I don’t think it eve got replaced.

It was very clean. Th room had a small separate area with a couch and a second TV so that I could watch comfortably without sitting on a bed or desk chair. I was surprised when Housekeeping reset the bathroom but did not remake the bed, but maybe that was by design. At any rate, I can highly recommend it and would be pleased to stay again.

The room needed a few repairs (cracks on ceiling, shower floor/tile, rusted fixtures in bathroom). Bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was very nice. Staff were wonderful and the lobby was very nice. I stayed one night and even though the room had some things needing repair, it did not impact the overall stay.

Pool is currently in demo mode (June ‘25). So, had to go next door to swim. Breakfast is not free, but is available for prices comparable to fast food. Drinks in bar area were a little spendy $9 for a whisky.

Room was CLEAN and comfy! Patio area looked great, but didn’t utilize. Probably would not stay here again. Would choose somewhere with free breakfast. However, is is perfect for the family who doesn’t mind spending more for the convenience and super clean hotel.

Pool was closed; took multiple times to get ahold of front desk to follow up since they didn’t mention when I checked in !! Having us go next door to the pool was the option but is not preferred by most guests to walk through the conference center in your swim gear. Also why book here when the pool is closed and you have to pay for breakfast when next door rooms are comparable and you get free breakfast and a working pool? Disappointed in this visit

We reserved a room with a roll-in shower for my disabled father. When they got there they were put in a room with a tub, not a roll-in shower. When I asked the front desk, I was told “it wasn’t her problem.” I asked for a card, she claimed she didn’t have any. I asked for her supervisors card, she claimed he didn’t have any. She wrote down on a piece of paper that her name was Shakira, or something to that effect. She claimed she had no last name, not contact info. I travel almost every week for work and have had to deal with my fair share of front desk people but this human was by far the absolute worst. We will never stay at that hotel again because of her.

Nice hotel for sure. Our room was nice however drawers were broken and cheap. Caulk in the shower had mold all over and the couch was pretty nasty and worn out. The breakfast was good and taken care of the mornings we ate there. I did let the hotel know about the mold issue upon departure. This should never be overlooked.

Great hotel, but the beds were to high

I went to Fargo because i had to have surgery at 5 am the next morning. The staff was amazing. The hotel was nice and everything clean. My one complaint i do have....Im 5'1and partially paralyzed, the beds were way to high for me to get on. My husband helped me get up on the bed which was super comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and when we checked out, we realized it was the PEOPLE who work at this hotel that made it a great place to stay. Any hotel in any city can have pros and cons. But it's never the beds, nor the food, the price, nor the convenience to shopping that draws a person back. It's the AWESOME employees! And it includes cleaning staff, bar tenders, morning breakfast and coffee crew, and most especially the front desk personnel who really set the tone for making us feel welcomed. It was our first time here and we will stay again the next time we travel through Fargo / West Fargo. Thank you all for making us feel so special.

The staff was great, however our room was pretty rough. The TV and phone didn’t work, the toilet didn’t really flush well and the room had a very bad smell. There was also no hotel info available in the room ie wifi, food ordering, etc. the pool was not open and there was no heads up about that, but we were able to walk to the connecting hotel to use their pool. We did have to go to the front desk and have them let us in, but it served its purpose and the staff of the adjoining hotel was very nice as well! Again , the staff checking us in were super nice and polite, our room was just a bit of a disaster.

Rooms were in terrible condition. Falling apart and had a plug in air conditioner because the main one wasn’t working. Ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work. Hot tub heater wasn’t working and the front desk didn’t even let us know on arrival. The front desk lady was extremely unwelcoming. The bartender decided to close early after we sat down and stood by us waiting for us to finish our drinks. Food at breakfast was barely edible. I will never go to this hotel again. Extremely disappointed.

We loved location. We had room on end of building-good sized room.
Room seemed clean. Nice hot tub. Exercise room was good. Liked the fresh lemon water.
Only downside is thin walls-bunch of adults in camping chairs, in parking lot so loud until middle of night! Neighbor night before yelling and you could hear the people above us walking. So we turned on sleep sounds we could sleep.
They have some minor repairs they need to work on-rusted light fixture in bathroom and lightbulb didn’t work, toilet paper holder needed a screwdriver. Bathroom had little ventilation so super steamy after one shower.

Awesome staff up front. When we first got to our room my wife went to use the toilet and there was crap in it I flushed and it would not flush. That tells me this room was not properly
cleaned (disinfected) and that made us uneasy. The staff gracefully moved us to a new room and gave us drink tickets but we don’t drink. I paid a higher rate to stay here thinking I would eliminate these types of situations however that did not happen. I’m not looking for freebies I just like stuff done right and that’s why I paid the higher price as there were hotels available for half of what I paid here. In the future, anything over $100/night, I would not pay. This place is a
$75-$100/night hotel.

We paid for a suite. We got a room that had a microwave sitting on top of a small fridge. No countertops except a small one we used as a desk area. No sink area. No place in the bedroom big enough to put a suitcase-hardly enough room to walk around to the other side of the bed. Way overpriced. The couch had a big tear in it. It was sparsely furnished.

Absolutely unhappy. I made a reservation for a double room with 2 king beds and ended up with a single king bed. I have a big family and this has caused an immense amount of inconvenience. I’ve had to purchase an expensive blow up mattress and a few other things to make the space work for my family. I’m dissatisfied with me getting a room smaller than what I paid for at the same price

You could put a $10 clock in the pool area and fitness center. No towels in the pool area at 10 am. That staff was great, but small thing such as those would make the experience better. Also you would have much more participation in breakfast if it was not 14$ dollars for the full and 7 for continental. Too many competitors in the area are free.

Great stay. Great Room. Great staff. Only feedback is the awkwardness of how the Continental/Hot Breakfast is handled. Instead of it being included in your room rate you have to pay additionally and then deal with the hot breakfast staff in the morning who ask you did you pay and then awkwardly present you with a bill for $0.00. Meanwhile, when staff isn’t present hotel guests who didn’t pay sneak and grab food.
