black mold on the ceiling was covered up already with kilz,still came through.Air conditioner was messed up it was miserable.No rooms to switch us to.Room was moist because of the A/C.Breakfast good.We left 2 days early could stay with the A/C messed up like that.IT SUCKED!!!

One of the absolute worst experiences we’ve had in a hotel. And we will definitely never come back again.

Got assigned a room, but the room reeked like cigarette despite the hotel being non-smoking and despite the housekeepers “just having cleaned it”.

We then got transferred to a different room, but the next room was filthy - dirty fridge, dirty walls, dirty bed, shower had hair and pubes, and the toilet had urine marks again despite the room “having been gone through by the cleaners”.

We got transferred a room the third time, but before this the head housekeeper did a “pre-inspection” of the room - despite the pre-inspection we came into the room and one of the pillows was dirty (!!!), the windows were full of dirty fingerprints, and the shower wasn’t in the best condition. We also found out later on in the day that the fridge wasn’t cooling properly and their solution was to offer to put our food in their storage freezers “in the back of the hotel” which meant that we wouldn’t have easy access to our food so we had to bring in our own cooler and put our food there for the night.

Other noticeable poor amenities - the lobby was warm (the AC wasn’t enough to cool the lobby) and there is seemingly no elevators. The stairs that they have is also poorly maintained as each step you make the stairs make a loud noise. And the hallways have an awful smell.

Don’t spend your money here. Even if you get a room at a discounted price - it’s not worth it.

It was a clean comfortable stay for a good price. Only complaints would be the sheets were not soft and while blackout, the curtains were too far from the wall so it was pretty light all night but thats pretty common in hotels.

The bed felt like you were sleeping with your feet up in the air and your head on the floor. The big ploom of air in the middle of the bed made you sleep in a big hole. The pillows were like rocks. The room above was so loud all night with all pacing and movement hear all night long.

No parking at arrival and evening desk attendant simply said “park anywhere, best I can do.” How can I “park anywhere” if there is no parking? He was very rude, in general, tossing papers around is if I interrupted what he was streaming in the back office just to check into the room I already paid for.
Room was very small, especially for an accessible room. You can hear every step being taken in the room above you. Floor squeaks, nonstop. Property condition was OK.
Breakfast was thin on anything fresh, including no fruit. Several bins where muffins and bread should’ve been were empty for a couple of hours.

The room was clean and mattress comfortable. They were out of body wash and offered a bar of soap instead. Very small room, but adequate for a night. Super tight parking lot. If you have a large vehicle, beware. Breakfast was a wide variety of choice. Would stay again even though it was expensive for what it was.

Very overrated. When checking in, the front desk clerk ignored me. No eye contact, nothing. Someone else came in after me to say their door key didnt work and they helped them first without asking me if it was ok. On our way to the room was a very strong smell on Marijuana (I can accept an order of Marijuana but this was accessive). The bed was like an air mattress. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was not able to check in when I arrived at 4:30, with a 3:00 check in time. I had dinner reservations before the event I was in town for and wasn't able to change or freshen up before hand. I was told to call the following Monday to speak with a manager to discuss compensation. I was able to speak to the assistant manager and I was told that they aren't able to control cleaning staff scheduling issues. I am empathetic with problems that arise, but also feel that I should be compensated something for my inconvenience.

Well. When I checked in, the attendant spoke so quickly, I couldn’t understand a word he said. Then when I asked him how I was supposed to get in my room, he didn’t get it. HE NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH ROOM KEYS. The building was built when the Fargo area was first settled. The A/C did not work, so we cooked for 2 days. The floors weren’t vacuumed. The body wash was empty in the shower. The clientele was shady. Dude in the hallway on a call talking about not being able to get off meth as I walked by. It’s cheap, but you get what you pay for. Spend $40 extra bucks and stay in a clean, safe hotel.

I booked 3 rooms for a 2 night stay. Check in was 3:00 pm. We arrived at just after 3:30 and only one room was cleaned and ready. No apologies or estimate time when two rooms would be ready. When we returned to the hotel later that day I went into my room and it smelled absolutely awful. Bedding was stained in 2 of the rooms. Carpets had clearly not been vacuumed, air conditioner units were dirty and dusty. The walls were even dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I arrived, waiting 25 mins in line to check-in, finally got to the desk, first interaction was with a new staff, waited for them to get help from other staff, than to be told that I did not have a room. They were booked & as I booked this months in advance & got a rude staff that couldn't look at me while they were talking & just stated to take it up with the manager.

Staff were all super nice and pleasant! That’s about where the good stuff stopped. No soap or shampoo in the shower, place was visibly dirty, rundown, and the beds were terrible. But, I guess you get what you pay for. I just wanted a place to sleep and take a shower, which it did accomplish that, but I’ve slept better and had better showers at state park campgrounds. Should’ve just pitched a tent somewhere and been better off.

But like I said, the staff were all very friendly!

Please stay anywhere but this hotel. It was a nightmare from the moment we got there until we checked out. I arrived at 5pm to check in just to find out they accidentally gave my king bed suite to someone else. The desk worker called someone in a panic and didn't know what to do. Twenty minutes later he came back and said he had good news. They have a room for me. It was a standard queen room, and I will receive $30 off. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was glad to know I even had a room. I hardly think $30 off is fair compensation considering it is a downgraded room which is already listed at a cheaper rate. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of this nightmare.
When we walked into our room, we were overcome with a strong musty, smoky smell. Right there I should have went to the front desk and asked for a refund and stayed literally anywhere else. There was filth everywhere. I'm not even sure the floor was vacuumed. At no point during my stay did I let my bare feet touch the ground. I have included photos for readers to see I am not exaggerating.
Then there was the noise. We could hear every footstep of the people staying in the room above us. We knew exactly where they were walking in their room at any time. Yes, we had the tv on to drown out the noise at night but in the morning, they got up very early which in turn woke us up very early.
Between the smell, filth, and noise it was too much. Even for just one night.
Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC was loud and the TV was difficult to operate. The remote didn’t seem to work, we tried different things on the TV itself but eventually just gave up. When we went to ask the desk clerk for help, he was very busy and looked like another staff person would have been helpful. Breakfast was not great either. The biscuits were still frozen. We probably would not stay here again.

Front desk / check in went well. Staff is super friendly and front lobby is clean. It was busy, so we may have gotten the bottom of the barrel when it comes to rooms. Our room smelled stale and sour. It wasn't the bedding, so perhaps the carpet? The sink didn't drain and the stopper was dislodged. Carpet was very dirty; dirt and rocks stuck to my feet so I kept socks / shoes on. Toilet rocks and doesn't feel stable. No back on the tv remote... very minor. It just overall felt unclean and unkept. I wasn't impressed with breakfast, but there is a McDonalds right next door. Stopped here for one night on our long trip to Montana. Would not stay here again.

Did not eat breakfast. Got the impression since I booked online that I was a no-good customer. Noticed in the room, long dark hair in the shower and hair dust ball behind the bathroom door, also body wash was empty. When I pulled the sheets back there was short dark hair all over (like from a leg). But the bed was made. To me it looked like someone has been using the room and the housekeeping just changed out the towels and made the bed without changing the sheets. Upon checkout I was offered a receipt but then I was informed that they couldn't give me one since I booked third party.

This hotel stay was 3/5 stars, as it was dated but clean. Hotel was full, parking difficult to find both nights. Room was clean, AC worked great. Room did have a questionable odor. Breakfast was adequate. Cold water and fruit avaiable at front desk. Bar attached to hotel was a plus for winding down and relaxing. Overall, a good stay for the price, nothing fancy.
