Did not clean our room 1 time in 5 days had to ask for towels and toilet paper 350$ a night meth heads walking around everywhere beds make a loud poping sound every time you move and there where patches in the wall where holes where not even pached well or painted alot of dead spiders in the bottom of the pool tv got 40 channels nothing good if you can see through the static it was literally a crack motel dont believe the pictures on line it wasn't nice at all

The property smelled musty and there was visible dusty and dirt. I also purchased a Celsius from the front desk with a $20 bill and they didn’t have change. He said he would bring it to my room later but never did. I left without it and had to call and ask them to return it to me. I had several “pet fees” on my bill, though I didn’t have a pet. They don’t me someone witnessed me with a dog. It was quite an ordeal. Eventually they returned my $15 change to my daughter who lives in the area, and refunded the erroneous fees. I will not be back.

Everything about this hotel was great, but I have one caution for people who have asthma, allergies, or other environmental sensitivities.

The humidity in my first room was so high, condensation was forming on the individually packaged plastic cups, and everything was damp.

They moved me to another room without a fuss, but the AC in that room smelled bad. The fan shut off soo after the condenser turned off, allowing water to accumulate in the unit.

I asked for a room with AC that kept the fan running. They found one for me. However, you have to reselect the constant fan option often or it still shut off with the condenser.

99% of people will be just fine at this motel. Anyone needing better HVAC systems for health reasons should find another place to stay.

The room was nice. The door was extremely sticky and loud especially for a handicap room.
The breakfast was decent. The vending machine items got stuck multiple times and we were told to just buy more to get them unstuck. Otherwise great stay. Parking was safe. Air conditioning was good.

I'm not sure if this was a busy weekend in Fargo, but the room was $150 a night. I thought at the price it would be clean and nice. No it wasn't, the sheets had old stains, it felt like a dirty room. There was a strange smell in the room and down the hallways. The shower had hair in it. Some of the electrical plug ins didn't work. There were people sitting in the stairway talking loud on the phone for hours. The coffee at breakfast was watered down. Not a clean facility what so ever.

I stayed for two nights. Was disappointed that we did not get fresh towels and beds were not straightened up after first night. Faucet dropped nonstop in tub. Hot tub very very hot and pool very cold. Staff friendly. No elevator which was difficult for me as a senior. Only had coffee in morning.

There were some crumbs by the bed like maybe pizza crust but everything else was clean! I suggest asking for an extra blanket as they are a bit thin or bring your own! Otherwise staff were amazing and we had a great trip.

Hotels.com never informed me of a $150 room deposit. The $150 deposit was bever refunded despite the room neing minimally used, all furniture and amenities were undamagedband present, i only smoked outside despite freezing temps. When we arrived in our room someone had used the restroom (#2) and not flushed. There was a hanger in the shower. The blankets on our bed were very stained. At the breakfast in the morning, the waffle maker was empty and the juice machine was broken. We would not stay here again or at any hotel in this area.

Booked my room through Expedia, when we got there to check in there is a notice that the pool and hot tub are closed for reservations. Hotel staff say I can't cancel my room with a refund without Expedia doing it. Can't get ahold of anyone and chat is worthless if the reservation is current? Won't let me do anything until reservation is complete. Will never book through Expedia or at a travelodge again if this is how they do business. In addition to the pool issue, check in was easy, hotel could be cleaner. Lots of cereal spilled on stairs that was there the whole weekend. Hotel stunk but honestly not sure if it was paint smells or something else. White bedspreads were stained so we pulled them off and threw on the floor for weekend. Beds were extremely hard, and we felt like we had slept on the floor the next morning. TV's sucked, had a hard time finding anything to watch that actually came in clearly. No USB plugs anywhere, TV or lights/outlets which I'm not used to in hotels anymore. Also no alarm clocks in rooms. And last but not least, guest overheard staff talking about bed bugs. When we questioned desk clerk he lied and said that nobody said anything bed bugs. Asked to speak to manager, he wasn't there and front desk didn't know when he would be back. Questioned another employee about what room had bed bugs and was told a guest claimed to have found one but didn't show mànager and when they inspected room didn't find one. We checked our room and didn't see any.

Hotel is under renovations with the pool and hot tub closed. Was not disclosed on property details. Booked after cancel deadline so no cancelling due to lack of amenities without being charged. Room had the heat off during the middle of a blizzard took at least 2 hours to warm it to a comfortable temp. Consistent banging noise all night long. Strong paint or chemical smell throughout the building. Old hvac unit cases by the stairs. It was clean but felt it was deceptive of the hotel to advertise the hot tub and pool when it’s closed. It was clean but that’s the only thing good I have to say about it.

The hotel has no elevator and being handicapped, doing stairs up and down is difficult. I knew there were alot of events going on in Fargo but we had hockey players at the hotel who played knee hockey in rhe hall outside our rooms and were loud and made messes in the halls. They dominated the pool area and were loud, rude and wouldn't calm down when asked.
No cleaning staff came by our room to give us clean toweks, empty garages or see uf we needed anything. Beds were very uncomfortable. Blow dryer in room didn't work.
I paid over $ 500.00 for rooms that I was totally disappointed in. The breakfast and coffee were very nice and staff kept them stocked.
I have stayed in many hotels during my travels but I'm not sure Wyndham would say this is up to their standards for lodging.

I reserved my room about 3 hours before my arrival to Fargo ND. When I arrived the man at the counter could not find my reservation. He told me to call expedia. I just drove 400 miles to arrive at 11 pm and I just needed to get to bed. The front desk man then talked to Expedia and proceeded to be of no help. After about 40 minutes of having to cancel my reservation and just getting a room on my own, and paying more for it the CC machine did not work. The man just looked at me said I don't know what to do. Then another co worker of his came around the corner to help people that just arrived. I noticed him entering the CC manually. So I looked that that dudes eyes and said, why don't you enter my card manually. So he did. Guess what, the card worked. Then the guy that popped in from around the corner started to apologize, looked at my guys screen and said you did not check the correct property. All the time my reservation was good. He just did not clearly check the other screen. I ended up getting billed more, Then billed for Days Inn somehow but left that place because I was not going to toke it out on the morning guy that was not involved. I never got my lower rate fixed as promised. I am pissed. Don't go there.

They water down everything they can on the breakfast bar to pinch pennies. Like, they literally water down the waffle batter!!

Sheets were stained with what looked like blood. Not the best experience. They let us check in a bit early (a half hour) so that was a plus, but overall I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone who is looking to take full advantage of the amendities. It's fine for a cheap stay.

Rooms are basic they didnt even leave the tv remote had to ask. Bathroom lights didnt work neither did the fan. The hot water was more luke warm at the hotest. Breakfast wasnt even worth it. And noises all night. Onky good thing was the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. And my kids of course loved the pool. I also hated that they precharged us 150 ontop of the room saying it was a deposit.

Continental breakfast was extremely limited . No protein only carbs. Coffee machine was broken. Only offered instant. Had to go elsewhere to get a decent cup of coffee . Couldn’t even have a nice cup of juice as they were all watered down. Couldn’t even tell if there was juice in there at all. Just felt that they were cutting costs. Plus no coffee machine in the room and the beds were quite uncomfortable. Woke up every morning with lower back pain. This was our first time at this place and is the last time. Not good!

Do not book this place if you want to feel safe. My fiancée and I immediately left after witnessing the Fargo Police Department arresting someone in the lobby. Also, the hotel room was dingy with stains all over the place. The sink was broken and there was a weird smell. When we tried to cancel the booking company was unable to help me cancel the reservation as I was told that I needed to work with this hotel directly. When I went to back to the hotel the front desk person told me that I needed to cancel the reservation with Expedia, this seemed odd.

The breakfast was unkept, unstocked (no coffee cups), no one at the front desk or attending the breakfast area. Milk jug was empty. Hardly any selection also almost empty. The bathroom door in the room was off its hinge, the hot tob had a four inch scum ring around it with dead skin floating the surface. The pool was dirty, you could see the dirt on the pool floor. No towels in the pool area. Outside the property had huge overgrown weeds.

At check-in some crack-head came down to the counter swearing and yelling at the lady at the desk about her sister getting kicked out of her room from noise complaints. Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. Shady looking people hanging out in the parking lot every time we went outside. Cops visited the motel three times while we were there. Staff are actually very nice. We could hear two ladies arguing and swearing at each other on and off the whole time we were there. Wife and kids wouldn’t leave the room without me. Breakfast was very limited. Don’t recommend this place for a family or couple to stay.

The blow drier didn’t work, the floors were not vacuumed in the hotel. We had a fridge that froze the food and drinks, when we turned it down the ice build up would leak on the carpet. I was there for 5 nights they never came in to clean, vacuum or change garbage. I had to call to get new clean towels.
