Another great stay! Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Bartender was amazing. Didn’t catch her name, but she was so friendly and engaging. Will be back
Courtney
Room was decent. The bath room had hair from a previous stay on the floor.
We stayed for 3 nights 4 days and we didn’t have any service for new tools or bed made, trash being taken out, etc. great location for downtown. Staff was helpful in finding restaurant recommendations.

Exceptionally clean, fresh and everything was crisp and new. Ultra comfy beds and linens.
Adam
My fire alarm in my room went off once at 240 than again at 650 and 7 offered
Jeffery
Very clean property, very nice and modern. And oh my the bed was something else.
I actually pondered the idea of Wheeling the bed right outside the front door, to take it home.

Olga
Very nice hotel, but the room was pretty dusty especially the floor and beds.

We’ve stayed at other hotels in Fargo and have always liked this one best. The only thing we won’t go to again is your bar. The bartender was nice, Laura, but the guests at the bar were rather odd. We will try the vfw or the legion next time. Also a single drink and a beer for $14, $16 with tip was a bit steep.
Otherwise, we loved our room, bed, etc. we will definately be back!!

My husband and I were there for one night and loved the hotel. Great location to downtown- wonderful bar and restaurant- friendly and helpful staff.
It was a great stay and will pick the Radisson Blu for future trips.

Great location. Awesome property.
Matt

Rosemary
Super friendly staff! I had forgot the type of charger that I need to go with my headphones and they were able to quickly find one to loan me.
Maggie
Fantastic location, very clean nice facilities.
Dennis
Everything was outstanding. In fact, the only negative thing at all would be to caution people to be careful in the shower. The shower floor became pretty slippery when wet.
Tia
As a single female traveler, I appreciated the safety and security of the hotel. The room was very clean. I loved the higher floor with big windows.
Jeanette
Cleanliness lack of customer service and upkeep
Ashley
Great location for visiting downtown area. The staff were helpful and friendly, restaurant and bar on site if you prefer to not explore. The rooms were clean and the property has been updated m. Also likes the access to parking ramp connected to building
Karen
The bar staff were extremely rude and basically non existent. We came in to have a drink and appetizers before going to our event, I went up to the bar to put our order in and the girl behind the bar was too busy talking with her friends. I stood there for at least 4-5 minutes and she looked at me twice, rolled her eyes and went back to talking with her friends. We just left after that.
Suzy
The location was great for the event that I went to. The staff were great and kind. We didn’t stay too long so we didn’t use the amenities. I think we were give a coupon as well. So the place was beautiful as well to stay.
Marilee
Clean room, great location, helpful staff.

Clean room. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Could have used more pillows on the bed (I will note we didn’t ask for most pillows so likely could have called down to the front desk to request them).
Melyssa
Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.
Jenny
Radisson Blu in Fargo was above and beyond our expectations. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. The front desk staff gave wonderful service, they seem to enjoy their job. The level of service and condition of our room was exceptional.
Brianna
Always clean, friendly, helpful staff, convenient for walking downtown, good eats and drinks...We love the 12 pm checkout time!!

Like a growing number of people in our society, yet ignored by so many accommodations, I am highly allergic to scented products: laundry products, cleaning products and room fresheners. I generally request none be used when making reservations and thought I had done so with this one, but I may not have. I was taken aback upon entering this room because of its smell. My wife, who is not as sensitive as I am, felt the same. But it didn't smell like a scented product. I'm not sure what the hotel used, but it set my allergies off, and I suffered with that for several days after.
I have a greater concern with this one, though. The smell was more reminiscent of a bathroom odor, yet the bathroom appeared to be clean. So my thought led me to believe the room, itself, was just not very clean - but I do not know. In the morning, however, while taking a shower I believe I discovered the source.
I am a retired architect and building inspector. My job required me to travel often. One of the things I became very accustomed to doing is that when I travel and I find a shower with one of those drain pans that have become very popular because they are so sleek and modern looking, I tend to lift it up to see if the actual drain beneath it is being properly cleaned. In this case - it was not. It was quite gross under there and the drain itself appeared to have collected human waste that should have been properly cleaned. Housekeeping has not been properly trained.

Our room was clean although the sink wouldn’t drain and shower gel container empty. Both were fixed when we reported them.
Susan
Room was very dark with limited lighting. Room was very hot requiring maintenance visit to fix hvac. No hot water in the shower one morning.
Wayne
Great stay. Will stay again!
Michael
A bit rough around the edges. In need of some upgrades. Heavy sliding bathroom door was off the track. Dining room was not open for breakfast in preparation for Mother’s Day buffet. Overpriced for what you get.
Nicole
The check-in process was easy and the staff was great. We loved the room, the longe was nice and parking was good.
Calvin
Clean room. Updated bathroom
Natalie
The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.
Renee
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. This is our second time staying with you and it probably won’t be our last. Thanks for your hospitality.

Very nice hotel centrally located downtown.
Brandi
The bartender played the worst music and wouldn’t change it or turn it down. We were excited to order dinner but had to leave because the music was so terrible it was giving us a headache.
christina
Clean and quiet. Comfortable. Good gym.
Scott
Great Breakfast!!
Valerie
Everything was very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed.
Tristan
Really nice hotel with comfortable bed, convenient parking and right in the middle of downtown Fargo.
Jacalynn
Super clean room
Sarah
Room was great but woke up to no working lights besides bathroom light and the light by the door, phone wasnt working and an outlet we tried to use for a phone charger wasnt working.
Stefanie
Clean room, friendly staff and modern facility.
Sydney
Staff was very kind. Wish the hours at the restaurant were better.
Lorraine
We had a very nice stay during Fargo Film Fest this year. The food and Staff in their restaurant couldn’t be better…A++!
Everything in our room was very clean, and we appreciated the room size: More than usual square footage. Room 609.
However: It bugged us that the person at Blu responsible for facility operations isn’t do the job that well. The Bathroom was great, with terrific wall visual of Fargo inside the shower, but the Handle on the slider door there is way, way Loose (prolly less than a 3 minute job w/a hex wrench). And then when one looks up at the bathroom ceiling, seen very clearly is the nasty-looking, rusted all over Sprinkler.
Geez. Someone who actually cares and can handle the job Required should take over Blu’s birdogging and follow-up maintenance ASAP.

The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees!

Brianna
Clean rooms. We love that check out is at noon and it's conveniently downtown. So we can walk several places.
Heidi
The room was very clean with a nice view and comfy bed. Love the products offered in the shower. Staff was super friendly at check in and security held door and elevator for me since I had a large luggage cart.
Mary
Clean well kept rooms, great view of Downtown Fargo, amazing and very accomodating staff. The Italian Steakhouse at the hotel had great food as well. We will definitely stay here again.
Timothy
We were really happy with our stay! There was a problem initially with our booking but it was resolved quickly and management gave us vouchers for breakfast and drinks. Our room was clean, staff was excellent, the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

Room was great. And loved the breakfast! Staff amazing.
Christina
The pillows were a little flat & bedding could’ve been a little better. The towels were scratchy.
KELLY
The Staff were amazing and the room was spotless!
Steve
Room was very warm. Staff was great with the exception of the security guard (maybe not security). We were quietly sitting on the third floor and were rudely told to “wrap it up” because that place was only for events. He was just rude about it. Could have been handled much better.
Maria Rae
Restroom is not too clean and the bedssheet has smell

Location was nice and service very friendly!

The dispencers in the bathroom were falling apart, had to fix one to get anything out of it. Water in shower was never hot in 3 days! For a “high” end hotel, I would never pay that money to stay there again! Staff was more interested in the computer than customer service! And I know you have new software, doesn’t excuse standing there for 5 minutes while they stare at their screen before they acknowledge you!
Rachel
Clean room easy parking
Carrie
Everything was very clean. Courteous staff. Great fitness center.
Holly K
The location was ideal and it was very nice to have free parking downtown in a parking ramp! We also commented on how quiet are room was even though the hotel was busy!
marcy
Room was good just a bit cold. Our room was by the ice machine so it was a bit loud and echoey with all the people yelling and running up and down the hallway. Friday night was good sleep Saturday not so much.
Tom
Need more pillows on king bed.
Four little ones sucked
Corners of outside shower where tile begins were kind of gross
Otherwise loved everything else

It was great and I’m definitely coming back next
Lisa
The staff is nice and its in a great location. But it is really kind of a 2 star hotel once you get past the lobby. The rooms are large with nice windows, but there is no place to put your stuff. No drawers, the closet is too small to set out a suitcase so we were just sitting on the floor with the suitcase open to get our stuff. There is a desk but only one chair. So if you have multiple people (double queen room) and you want to eat or just sit and chat, only one person can sit. There was enough space to have a table and chairs, a dresser, a desk, etc. but it was like they were trying so hard to be sleek, it lacked functionality. Also, I’m visually impaired and the touch screen elevators were inaccessible. I could get up ok using the disabled audible button, but I couldn’t get off the floor without help. The control panel was set so I was still on the lobby, not the 12th floor. So it did not say “lobby” and the only floor I could access with my keycard was 12, which was the floor I was on. It wasn’t set right. What was wrong with just old fashioned elevator buttons. Also, they say they have housekeeping every three days unless you ask for more. I’m fine for every three days, but they didn’t come. There was never housekeeping. We were leaving the next day, but we had nowhere to put trash, the TP was gone so we were using Kleenex, the floor really needed sweeping, stuff like that. Housekeeping really is needed every couple of days, but I never saw a housekeeper.
Julie
Loved the restaurant..
Georgia
Great stay
Nice spacious rooms, clean and great location with lots to do at the hotel or nearby. Would recommended!
Elizabeth
Great location and large comfortable room
Great location right in downtown Fargo. Very walkable, and the adjacent parking garage was free on the weekend. Access to the hotel and elevators was highly controlled with room keys so felt very safe. Room was spacious and comfortable, but the pillows could use an upgrade.
Linda
We were there for 10 hours it was a nice clean property
Scott
Our room was clean, the floor to ceiling windows overlooking downtown were amazing.
