Good location.
Good ambience.
Helpful, friendly staff.
The soundproofing leaves something to be desired. Could hear our next-door neighbors' tv/radio constantly.

Hotel and resturant are beautiful. Disappointed in getting no directions to parking and no water in room upon arrival, after searching and searching for parking in 95 degree heat.
Being that we paid $400 per night we should have had at least free water in room.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Fun lobby atmosphere. Great cocktails and food. Right in the heart of Fargo, very walkable location.
Siobhan
The hotel is newer and very nice. The staff was great and it was nice having a great restaurant inside the property.
Lyle
Super cool place!
Jacob
The property is in a great location. It’s clean and very nice on the inside. The restaurant Rosewild has great food too!
Shannon
Positives: wonderful hotel and room, kind and helpful staff, great location(snacks and restaurants, downtown:), great view from big window in the room, hotel and room very clean, unique layout and decorations, super bathroom/shower (no bathtub…okay with me, nice counter space), restaurant downstairs…great breakfast for a fee, attention to details…desk, comfortable chair, easy to operate TV, snacks and drinks in the room for a fee but convenient, good bath items and towels
Negative: parking…not super easy to find garage and there’s a $8.-$10. fee daily

As always, an excellent experience all the way around.
Steven
The gym is extremely nice for a hotel gym. The bar was quick and makes excellent cocktails. Great location.
Melanie
Beautiful hotel, unfriendly staff. I'm not sure what trend this is to put aloof, unfriendly individuals at the front desk, but you need to engage in some basic customer service training - a smile, a greeting! Otherwise, still a beautiful property.
James
Love this great boutique hotel in convenient downtown Fargo. Always a great staff. The rooms are fresh and new, and stylish. Restaurant/bar on site is a great feature. Attached parking. Just can’t say enough about it. Hard to find a decent hotel in the area and I finally did.
Richard
Wonderful hotel in the heart of downtown Fargo. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here the next time we are in Fargo!
Renee
Would prefer free parking, not scanning QR code when exiting garage
Karen
Perfect location and very nicely decorated! Great rooms, everything is spotless and the staff are very helpful. We had a great stay.
Shelley
We thought the cost didn’t reflect the amenities. The hotel hallways were very loud and disrupting. Kids running down halls. Walls seemed thin.
JAMES
Perfect stay. Lovely rooms.
Krista
We have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. The sauna is our favorite way to end the day after getting dinner or drinks in the restaurant. The view from the room is great, we love the big windows! The downtown area is a fun way to kill extra time if we have any. We will be back again!
Joan
Light in bathroom was too dim to put makeup on
Lynn
Very helpful and kind staff. Would stay again!
Lynda
Lovely room, nice bar area for drinks. Breakfast options limited but there are plenty of other options closeby.
Alyshia
Clean room, dog friendly, friendly staff!

Jane
Wonderful hotel right in the center of Fargo. We will definitely stay there again
Ann
I love staying at the Jasper Hotel. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the food is good and the rooms are comfy. The room that I was given this last visit had a problem with the TV, so they moved me to another room at no charge. I also asked for a west facing room so I could enjoy the sunset. It's a great hotel!
Katherine
Unique, beautiful, free parking and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc.
Super clean room.

All the staff members were extremely nice. We enjoyed our room and getting to the parking ramp was easy. The location of the hotel was perfect. We will stay again!!
Jennifer
Great hotel, great location and fun vibe.
Gail
The bed was comfortable and the view of the Fargo skyline was very beautiful. The bartender was able to make any craft cocktail you desire. The restaurant served imaginative great menu. We enjoyed our stay.
Joel
No handicap accessible doors from the parking ramp to the hotel. Our TV didn't work in our room. Check in was ok. Didn't receive a QR code to easily exit the parking ramp.
James
The rooms are so clean. Mattress could use some changing, but sheets and pillows were great! Front desk staff was great. I wish I had names...they don't wear name tags :(
This is a rare rare really great hotel in Fargo.

Nice location downtown and the room was nice. Didn’t like the sliding style bathroom door. Fancy but not practical. Bar and restaurant were good and convenient.

First time staying here in downtown Fargo. Can't say a bad thing about the stay. It was excellent. Desk staff, room, cleanliness, quiet, location, restaurant/bar. All just great. It is hard to find a decent hotel in Fargo and I will definitely stay here next time I visit.
Elizaveta

Beth

What started out as a very nice “luxury” hotel in Fargo, The Jasper has declined significantly. Other than a very uncomfortable bed, we had no complaints about the room itself. However, we found the common areas in the front desk and lounge areas to be dirty and unkept. Table tops uncleaned, grimy floors, dirty windows, etc. Service at the bar and in the lounge areas was terrible. Workers in worn and dirty black t-shirts do not project a luxury vibe. Even so that could be overlooked if the staff was more interested in serving customers than they were in visiting with each other. Just an overall disappointing experience, especially when paying a premium hotel price.
Sandra
Room location, amenities and views were great

Maggie
The rooms could be a lot cleaner

I love this hotel and the location, but I just can’t get over that a hotel like this requires you to leave your room for coffee! Even cheap motels have a coffee maker in the rooms. I don’t want to go downstairs in my pajamas n front of
The other guests but I also don’t want to get ready for the day yet! At least put a coffee maker on each floor if you are not going to put one in the rooms. This is the only thing I hate about this hotel.

Michael
Nice boutique hotel option in a great part of town.
Jessica
The room was so nice, clean, modern and the bathroom products smelled delightful. Only thing missing was a coffee maker.
David
Awesome place to stay.
Dorie
The room was very nice and the lobby was beautiful. Restaurant was a little pricey though and no place to put your clothes why you stay so plan on digging out of your bag. Bathroom was huge with a beautiful walking shower w/2 shower heads. I would have made this a smaller bathroom and add a closet for clothing. Otherwise we will stay again!
Becky
We did not eat breakfast there. Bar was nice & room was great!
Lynette
The room was very nice, staff was helpful, restaurant was very nice
Lalita

Rip off … charge for everything… 19min early apparently to check in… “that’ll be a charge. Attitude was horrific, I was t the only one either check out was a line of people complaining about this property
Lynette
The room was fine, did have a little miscommunication amongst staff, since I booked back to back reservations, they assumed I was checking out after first night, I told head housekeeper that and she was to inform front desk, did not happen, so when we tried to go back up to our room , room key did not work, was a little upsetting
Cherilyn
Beautiful room overlooking the city!
Rebecca
The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the finishes were beautiful with a gorgeous view of the city.
Michelle
Very Beautiful Hotel & Experience!
Kim
The room had garbage in the closet, and a usedbwash rag next to the toilet..kind of put in to question the cleanliness of the rest of the room...we are not happy with this room costing 500 bucks ..we did take pictures of the room and the condition that we left..we had 0 impact on the room. , we are clean people and just expected the same given the reviews on this 5 star hotel.
