The kitchen doesn't have cooking utensils. The floor was dirty and I had to thoroughly clean it myself. Other than that, my stay was in the right location I needed to be in.

Terrible. They had an infestation , they over charged me, changed rooms bc the room had hair in the shower. Bugs everywhere and dirty sink/ counter tops. Second room had bugs in the sheets ! The toilet was broken and the security tried coming into my room at like 3 in the morning.

Had to wait an hour to get a room and had to leave right after to Go to my tournament and by the time I got back they were closed so didn't get to talk to anyone about my concerns. We had to remove all our belongings from the room and couldn't sleep I called once I returned home and never offered a refund very disappointed 😞 and mad 😡

Highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars ⭐️

Ms. Brown and Rosa at the office are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and microwave in them. My bed was super comfy. They have security and you feel safer. (I’m a single woman). Joe’s the security guard and he is very friendly too. My stay was peaceful and relaxing. Really great rates on nightly and weekly stays. Highly recommend this hotel to single women and families. Awesome 👏

Don't waste your money

The bathroom had hair all over if from a previous guest. The shower and stick dripped all night. You could not adjust it to make it stop. The security guard carried our bags to the room which was very much needed. After working twelve hours packing for a move. None of our keys worked. Even the security guards key didn't work. He had to go back down to the office to get a device to open the door. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

$100 deposit required, no matter the form of payment was definitely an inconvenience. I only chose to stay here to be on a budget and I had to cough up 100 more dollars just to check in. Check out was Sunday on which they are CLOSED so you can’t even get your deposit back until the next day! God forbid you pay with cash. It’s very clean tho, didn’t see one bug my whole time here.

The door didn’t shut all the way. There were yelling matches in the parking lot at 7am.
My clothes smell like smoke even after arriving home. Super gross and incredibly disappointing.

This very basic hotel provides the bed, bathroom, TV, and a small table with 2 chairs. A full-size frig and cooking devices are good for those who need this for their work-week away from home. Or their shelter. The non-smoking room smells like cigarette smoke. Trash is dropped in the parking lot, and picked up in the early hours by a security guard. The place was fairly quiet.

I don't even know where to begin with this review to be honest. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, I have never contacted corporate over a stay until this stay. First and foremost I get a call before I even check in from the manager stating \"we cannot accommodate you, I have to cancel your reservation, due to you wanting 1st floor\" You always ask a guest if there's any other way you can accommodate them or if they are willing to go to a different floor, never have I ever heard of a GM trying to deter and turn away business. So she decided to put me on a different floor after I said I didn't mind if they had a elevator because I'm pregnant and my feet hurt alot. When I go into the room and get all of my things in it I immediately notice a roach in the sink, I already knew I wasn't getting even a 2 star hotel but my gosh the roaches were a bit much. So I I'm going to have to try to get Raid or something because it's unrealistic for me to move all of things I needed to move again, and I didn't have help any longer & being pregnant I can not lift so in a way o felt stuck in the room until I could get help to move. I inform maintenance of the roach infestation and he retrieves GM and she comes in the room and has the audacity to imply that I brought the roaches in because I had totes with my belongings until I could obtain a storage unit, I was apalled because other tenants & employees had already mentioned the roach issue. They also stole my $100 cash deposit

Greeted by the manager threatening to get my car towed if I didn’t have a sticker but also neglected to give me one. Approached me very aggressively. Stove was filthy with food still. Old rags still hung up in the bathroom area and then to top it all off the water was cut off for hours as I was trying to shower and take my daughter to check for college.

The place was very dirty it's false advertisement no housekeeping came by to asked if we needed towels soap or tissue paper. We have no shower curtain most of the tv channels wasn't working and there was no breakfast served.We had to used the only two towels and two small little soap for four days.The outside looks ok but inside the rooms are horrible and dirty the hallways smells like pee and so does the elevator. I will never stay there nor recommend it to anyone.

I liked the setting of the building - there is a nice terraced forest in the back, lots of different plants in the front and it's set far enough back from the road for quiet. The sheets and towels were clean but the exterior of the building is really filthy. The owners don't seem to want to spend any money on the maintenance. The exterior walls are covered in dirt as are the stairs and handrails. They need to get a power washer in to clean it all up. We had two rooms - 334 and 340. 340 was ok, the drain in the bathroom leaked so we stuck a garbage can under it to catch the water and empty it in the shower. 334 has white melamine cabinets that are in rough shape. The one with the sink had heavy water damage - and not recent. The staff are nice enough and I think the cleaners do their job but the owners need to put some effort into the building too.

I have no words.The outside was extremely dirty cigarette butts everywhere,The walls had \"something smeared all over them.The room had no microwave in it and the refrigerator had no shelves. If I could have stayed somewhere else I would have.The room didn’t smell bad and bed was clean towels were clean,so I made the best of a terrible situation.Toilet leaked a bit and the TV would not turn on.I was only there to sleep as I work night shift.When I came in the next morning to go to bed there was the smell of marijuana everywhere and some man sitting passed out in stairwell.I would have complained but what was the point really.I just wanted out of there.If I had to be rheee at night time I think I would have had to just go sleep in my car some where down the road.

This was the single most worst experience I ever had with a hotel. So I saw the bad ratings online, but I thought, let me give them a change and try it out.....I regret that decision. The place is in a really terrible shape, the walls are really dirty and the worst of it all, the moment I opened the door to the room, the horrible smell that came out.....😒😵‍💫😡😤 it literally stank....i don't know if they took out the trash or not, or if something rotted in the refrigerator........luckily though, they gave me all my momey back, because their was no way I would've stayed in that room.
