Entered the room and it smelt awful. Went out for the evening, returned after 12am, the Ring door bell was not on and we had to wait 15 minutes before someone let us in.
Entered the room and it was freezing cold, the heater wasn’t working. Picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. We had to search the entire hotel for the night attended. When she got to the room she stated that the heater was broken and there were no space heaters available & no other rooms available. So we had to suffer through the night in the cold! Interesting how one of the highlights of the hotel is heating included….
Reported this issue to the morning manager. She recorded the issue and said she would forward the incident to a senior manager & they would be in touch in regards to any compensation. Several weeks passed & not a single attempt to contact me. I had to reach out myself and got no where when I did! Expedia reached out on my behalf and had to wait 2 weeks before hearing anything back, themselves. They refused any and all compensation. This hotel is a joke and doesn’t value their guest. I would give this ZERO stars if I could. Would never recommend this place to anyone; better off sleeping outside because it’s warmer.
