Hotel is in a perfect location , close to Liver building and waterfront. Staff were very friendly, room was large with modern decor and excellent facilities. Enjoyed having the complimentary drinks from fridge! The restaurant was equally as good. Food was good quality. I would stay here again as it was also good value for money.

The whole stay was excellent,spotlessly clean room and in the perfect location for exploring and shopping.Staff were very efficient but the waiters were just a little too keen to empty our breakfast table before we had finished our meal. We would definitely return and recommend to friends 👍

The room was perfect with complimentary drinks. The breakfast was disappointing, the ash browns were stone cold and the only option for eggs was scrambled and there was no tomatoes or black pudding.
The staff in general were lovely apart from one member of staff in the sky bar who made us feel unwelcome on arrival because we hadn’t made a booking, bearing in mind that the sky bar was empty with only a few other customers.
We would still return because we did enjoy our stay.

Helpful staff at check in but the sky bar staff were quite rude. Took over 35 mins to receive 4 drinks! A great setting though to see Liverpool from.
Hotel room needed a little tlc but was super clean which is the main thing. Didn’t like being woken up by housekeeping at 8.30am when check out wasn’t until 12!

Lovely hotel, friendly professional staff, clean and tasteful simple classy decor room, great city view.
I enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep (not always attainable in other stays in Liverpool). The layout of the room and sink were nice. I unfortunately didn't bring any gym clothes, but that looked a great facility and quiet. I enjoyed visiting the art displays around floor 1.

I would not return due to the noise from the Air conditioning unit. A constant humming noise in room 515 meant a poor quality of sleep. The response from receptionist gave the impression it is something they are aware of and it’s acceptable.

It is a very good hotel and we were upgrade to suite from a river view room. Although the suite did not have a river view but it is very spacious. It is clean and looks quite new. The only drawback is the location which is further away from the city centre around 15-20 minutes walk. Shame that it does not include breakfast. Other than that we are very satisfied with the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had a great experience, but unfortunately this time was different. When I arrived, I was told the only room available was one with an accessible bathroom, and there were no other options as the hotel was fully booked.

While I understand the importance of accessible rooms, the layout was difficult for me personally as someone not used to that setup. The bathroom had no shower enclosure so the whole floor got wet, the sink and mirror were uncomfortably low, and overall the room felt very different from the standard one I had before.

Staff did provide complimentary drinks as compensation, but given I booked months in advance, paid in full, and even checked in online early, it was disappointing not to receive a regular room like last year.

Great three days in the hotel. We were greeted at reception by very friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the docks. It was lovely to have a fridge with complimentary non- alcoholic drinks included. We will definitely come back.

The room was very nice and clean the check in was alright, however I got this room on one of the hottest days in Liverpool based on the fact that they have AC as it clearly states on the Expedia app, so when I got in the room was boiling so I put on the ac and left the room to go to the restaurant then the bar by the time I got back the room was still the same temperature, I called the reception to let them know but they guy on the other side just plainly said, nothing I can do it’s too late and I can’t change rooms right now, so I could not sleep at all based on how hot the room was I woke up in the middle of the night multiple times drenched in sweat and I got breakfast included too, £15 per person and there was almost no options at all for the breakfast,

We had an amazing stay and nothing was too much for the staff, they were so helpful, lovely and polite. We couldn’t have asked for more for our pre and post wedding stay 🙂 the best bit, they allow dogs! Not only do they allow dogs but they provided beds, food and toys. On top of all this, we never mentioned our wedding yet on return from the ceremony there was a gift of chocolates, champagne and a balloon 😍 literally THE best hotel experience ever and on such a special occasion we couldn’t have asked for more x

Pleasant stay in a double room. Rooms had a slightly odd layout with the shower in the main room so only worth booking if you’re okay with your bits on show to your roommate. Not a fan of the restaurant - slow service and confusing menu - but thankfully lots of places around so you won’t struggle for an alternative. And the sky bar is worth a visit, albeit the cocktails we tried weren’t especially great and a little imbalanced (I mean, why would you pair brined olives with a sweet drink??). We had a good stay though and would happily go back - but with lots of other hotels to choose from (and higher sky bars), will probably try somewhere else next time.
