Payed an extra £25 to check out at 2.00 wasn't to pleased to get a knock on the door at 1.45 then before i opened the door cleaner let herself in with a key .At 2.00 we left the room as we opened the door we had 4 cleaners sat on floor straight outside our room sniggering waiting for us not appreciated

We were very grateful to be upgraded to a lovely big room and we requested a high floor and quiet room and this was provided. Our only issue was the heat in the room meant we didn’t sleep great.
The guy on reception was great.
For what we paid it was a bargain and we would return.

Very comfortable rooms, good size and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city centre so ideal if you want to avoid the noise of pubs and clubs whilst you’re trying to sleep. We had an issue that was very quickly rectified by moving us to a room nearby, great customer service.

Check in was smooth and staff member was pleasant. Hotel room very dated. Marks on walls. No sockets next to bed to charge phones.. The bed was 2 single bed pushed together was humped in middle and sagged on the sides. The room was too hot and stuffy unable to control the temperature despite contorller on the wall. Breakfast looked impressive but low quality produce was tasteless and disappointing. Would.not return to this hotel.

The room was very clean, but very dated in need of some modernisation compared to other options in the same price bracket, parking isn’t on site but the NCP was near enough. I was expecting more help from staff I was on my own with an 18 month old, and wasn’t offered a hand with my bags, and come breakfast I wasn’t offered a high chair or even told around the ability to order different options until a hotel guest told me I could of ordered porridge. All in all a clean room in a quiet location.

Im stay for business again as its very close to the office, but I wouldn't bring my family here.

We had stayed in this hotel 10 years ago when the accommodation was fresher and very busy. That is not the case now, the hotel is tired and needs money spending on it. We booked a Premium Room but it wasn't a premium standard. Picture of the room is not what the room is really like. Only 1 desk chair for a couple, dirty stained carpets, thin pillows. We rang reception and asked for a 2nd chair and we were brought a high old fashioned bar stool that you slipped off. Nothing like to comfy chair shown in the picture of room on line. We had to ask for a room change the following morning as the air conditioning unit was broken and wouldn't turn off, fan was stuck on max so very noisy and had very little sleep. The 2nd room was not much better but at least the air conditioning worked and we could turn it off for sleeping. The staff were accommodating and helpful and gave us a drinks voucher to purchase free of charge 1 drink each at the bar.

Good option for a city stay

Perfectly good hotel for a short stay in Liverpool. We were attending a concert out at Anfield and there was a bit of a walk to the shuttle bus but otherwise location is fine for a city centre stay.

The hotel is clean & comfortable. Our room was a little tired and needs more plug sockets especially nearer to the bed for charging devices.

An Ok hotel

I was really looking forward to this trip, we requested for a room right at the top and we were not disappointed, the views from the room were amazing although sometimes distracted by cruise ships but other than that it was perfect. The room looked clean but can do with a bit of TLC, the windowsill needs painting and filling the gaps. There were cables under the bedside, and I hated that I had no socket to charge my gadgets next to my bed and had to get up and charge by the dresser which was a hustle. Also when we went out after our first night we left the bed unmade hoping the staff would at least make the bed but I don't really know why they went into the room if they were not going to do a good job. The bed looked like it was done in a rush. it made me question the 4-star rating???

I wouldn’t use this hotel ever again.
Ordered two single beds and was given a single. Had to ask staff multiple times to sort out.
Queue for checking as only one staff member (a cold unhelpful receptionist) whilst another one (manager maybe) was just being annoying and giving irrelevant information instead of helping with the check in service. Breakfast was slow and had to keep asking for items to be refilled.

Last minute booking to visit hospital. Bruce Springsteen was appearing so only here or the Adelphi to chose from…4 x the usual price. Plus points, friendly quick check in, room large and clean. Great shower. No restaurant open in the evenings, you eat in the bar at a coffee table. The pizza was really lovely, but I was the only person in there. Not surprising as it was cold, air con set too high. Was awoken at midnight to the sound of a drunken man repeatedly saying “you’re f-ing joking” at the top of his voice. I put a pillow over my head and went back to sleep. Maybe he’d seen the price for the night! Fine for one night. Space where a fridge used to be.

We chose this Hotel because we wanted a Spa hotel, however on our first day we were informed the Spa was closing permanently. We were not informed of this prior to our visit at any point, in fact the website is still saying it has the Ark Spa & fitness, when they dont. I could of booked a cheaper hotel for our stay, even one including breakfast or booked a Spa hotel as we had required if we had been informed or info on the website stating it was closing on the 31st. We booked 2 nights when 1 would of sufficed and paid £30 extra for breakfast. We feel very dissapointed and mislead thst our New year treat wss marred and wasnt what we had booked for, it was just a stay in a hotel, not a spa. The staff were friendly and appologetic. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was plentiful

Spacious with access to major tourist attraction

Radisson Blu staff are accommodating, spacious reception area antiquated artifacts, with easy access to Albert Docks which include museums, any thing relating to the Beatles is a priority. Amenities offered included swimming pool, spa, steam room and Sauna is a must for those who appreciate health and wellness. Other stuff like choice of vegan or vegetarian should be standard though this was available on demand.

Our room was cold and the hotel bar was not available for food at lunchtime and was shut on our return from being out.

There is no restaurant anymore at this hotel. Hotels.com sold me the room with a late check out, only to be told that no such agreement is in place with the hotel.

At £350 a night, I would have been better off staying in a travel lodge.

The room was excellent in all regards but I’ve never stayed in such a sterile hotel. Apart from the staff who were very friendly I’ve never known such an unwelcoming hotel. The bar area was not somewhere you would want to spend any time in and bizarrely the hotel, even though it had a restaurant only served evening meals in the bar area. The restaurant was only used for breakfast which was ridiculously expensive. The rooms were set out on mezzanine style balconies that looked down on the lobby area very much like a prison. Needless to say we spent little time there and chose to eat out for breakfasts and our evening meals. The location wasn’t great either next to the passport office and every time we left or returned we were confronted with homeless people asking for money. We won’t be returning

Falls short of the usual Radisson standards. The room was incredibly dusty, the cleaners were not in every day. They have ice machines on every floor that do not work. I had an issue with my key card and reception seemed to think this personally. I'm not sure I would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely 10 years ago. Since then it hasn't changed and it looks dated and tatty around the edges.
Lots of things didn't work in my room such as the AC and trouser press.
No usb sockets.
Only three power sockets, none of which were next to the bed.
Carpet was stained, dirty and old.

Decor in rooms is in serious need of a refresh. Chairs in the room were very dirty - lots of stains. Breakfast was mediocre for the price. Staff pleasant and helpful but overall this was a poor hotel experience and we won’t be back. Very poor value for money. £200 per night for me and my young son and it simply was not worth anything close to that price.

Almost rotten Banana

I have always trusted Radisson as a place I can call home abroad. However, this time was unusual because of the dining experience. The breakfast was awful. The oranges were old and rotten. I cut an orange and squeezed the juice, and a pasty substance appeared. In addition, the boiled egg had a layer of something dark brown, as if it had been boiled with something else. When I asked for some fruit, a lady with a lovely disposition brought me a very brown banana. I think that day, the Radisson Blu in Liverpool had some issues with the breakfast service.

Easy and friendly check in. Room clean but needs maintenance. Toilet cistern overflowing, signs of water leaks through ceiling, marks and holes in walls not to mention the picture hanging half off the wall. A few simple maintain could have resolved.
For a silenced room i could still here fans in ceiling above with my own aircon turned off as well as nearby room noise.

Room good size but dated.. Mould in the window and it got steamed up.
Bed Comfy and Clean
Stubbed my toe on the thick strip where the carpet met the laminate flooring.
Nice bathroom but couldn't adjust the temperature of shower..it was way too hot for me.
Shame there previously has been a small fridge but no longer there
Free waters and plenty of teas and coffees in the room.
Pool and spa a little shabby and pool was freezing
Lastly l had to go to floor 3 for some ice and l was on floor 9 !

I booked a room with a king sized bed. I received 2 singles. These beds were not securely coupled together, and on occasions actually parted resulting in a substantial gap, wide enough for a limb to fall through. I have just had extensive reconstructive surgery to my shoulder so the last thing I needed would have been my shoulder to become trapped between the 2 beds.

Because of the disregard to detail ie the bed not being securely coupled and as a consequence obvious poor standards of H&S it is with regret I will not be returning to the Radisson blu Liverpool.
