Problem with staff taking drinks orders and paying attention to customer. Spa over booked and cost to use. Overall hotel is a good stay but is a bit out of the way from Liverpool City Centre.

Usually first class service but this time it was lack lustre for someone who stays there often. Poor customer service from staff who did not even attempt to take our drinks order and then the Spa was over booked and you had to pay to use the facilities. Would definitely look for an alternative venue next time, note to management guests should not be charged .. period.

The hotel was cold, the bar and restaurant downstairs were cold and so was my room, also not helped that my air-con worked the first night I stayed and then failed on the second night.

Pillows were a tad uncomfortable but the Hotel was fantastic. Our room was huge and very comfortable indeed. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Liverpool. (Everton were playing on the Tuesday night, ALL the roads were closed and it was difficult to get back to the hotel after a day out at Albert Dock)

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were massive. My only complaint was that hotel guests have to pay £20 to use the swimming pool as it includes the whole spa experience, I just wanted a 20 minute swim before breakfast so wasn't prepared to pay £20

Loved the hotel. Beautifully done and brilliant staff. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. Would have liked to give 5 star however there were a couple of issued. Firstly the bar area was cold. People sitting having a drink with coats on. We decided only to have one then retire. I dont like cold. It was mostly caused by poeple waiting in the large entrance causing the main doors to remain open. The second was the thermal spa. This was an expensive extra cost which had to be booked. Unfortunately although the spa was fantastic there was not enough beds considering it was appointment led. There were no hooks for towels and robes for the people who had no bed. Also as it is on time slot basis, several people leave at the sam time. There are only two showers and one toilet in each changing room leading to long waits.

First visit. Great room and service throughout my stay. Excellent view of Stanley docks and Hill Dickinson stadium. 1.5 mile from centre - £6 taxi was quick and easy. Breakfast - lots of variety and good value. £10/day parking was reasonable -main car park quickly fills up. 5/5 recommended.

We used the spa which is such a relaxing place, really helped us unwind. 2 hours for £20pp as hotel guests.
The breakfast next day was delicious, plenty to choose from and everything tasted great. A good selection of food and drink to suit everyone.

What let’s the place down is the additional fees that are standard everywhere else…Parking £10, the Spa which only opens in leap years, when there’s a total eclipse of the sun and when the moon is in Sagittarius, is at additional cost… best stay somewhere else with spa facilities if you are expecting spa experience.

The room was below expectations. The bathroom was dated, we were expecting a bathtub as per the room pictures and description on the site, however we were assigned a disabled access room. The shower handle fell off and the sink cabinet was tatty, the water pressure was low.
The double bed were 2 single mattresses zipped together, which apparently is standard for them but not what I would expect as it leaves a sinkhole in the middle of the bed.
Pillow covers were inside out, coffee cups the wrong size for espresso and the kettle didn’t seem to work.
Slightly dated TV, I would have expected a smart tv.

3pm check in is not ideal, considering it’s 11am checkout. Really nice hotel but the bar downstairs has not 1 single plug to charge a phone, tables were dirty, dust everywhere by windows. Really needs a proper clean.

Everything about the Titanic was pure splendor. The spa experience was first class, the hotel is stunningly beautiful. All of the staff were professional and veru helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had both a large walk in shower and a stand alone bath. We also had afternoon tea which was very tasty and plentiful. The breakfast selection was very wide and all of it was well cooked. All in all our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
