Splendid room quite large as rooms go. Good size bathroom and shower. Lovely view of Liverpool and is attached to Liverpool Lime Street Station so no dragging suitcases on busy sidewalks. A Nespresso machine, kettlerea coffee,fridge and safe all included. I would stay again.

The hotel is in a super location by Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station. The staff were warm, friendly, helpful & informative. All areas of the Hotel including our room were clean and tidy. Fantastic hotel! Excellent staff who were friendly and made checking in a breeze. Hotel is very cool and quirky. Lovely spotlessly clean room with fridge, ironing board & iron, coffee maker and safe. Air conditioning works well too. My room had a superb view of St. George’s Hall… I’d recommend paying a little extra for this view. Right next to Lime Street station too. 5 out of 5 from me.

Amazing hotel, right next to Lime Street train station, just across the road from St John’s Shopping Centre and Car Park, next door to Wetherspoons, really close to the Empire Theatre, minutes’ walk into town or to Bold Street for an array of restaurants and shops. this hotel is 9.2 on your website. Not possible. They have a kiosk check in which did not work. Was not offered an upgrade even though there were rooms available at check in as a Platinum Hotel.com customer. Room showed Nespresson machine in the room I booked which they did not have Just kettle and instant coffee. No showering Gel in the bottle in the shower was not filled. this is not what was expected from what was advertised

of hot food after 9.00pm. This hotel is advertised as a 4/5 star establishment and should offer more than a very poor choice of three sandwiches after 9.00 pm when, as in our case, your guests return from an evening football match. I was told by the receptionist l, when I asked for toast, that it was not permitted to switch the grill on at that time of evening. The fridge in our room #603 did not work so in the absence of a mini-bar - our own drinks remained warm. Very poor night-time service.

This hotel is advertised as a 4/5 star establishment and should offer more than a very poor choice of three sandwiches after 9.00 pm when, as in our case, your guests return from an evening football match. I was told by the receptionist l, when I asked for toast, that it was not permitted to switch the grill on at that time of evening. The fridge in our room #603 did not work so in the absence of a mini-bar - our own drinks remained warm. Very poor night-time service.
