Property was very clean and smelt gorgeous. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The choice was great and the quality was even better. The room itself was a bit cold. When I reported it, maintenance were sent promptly. However the problem remained. The heating vents were blowing out cold air.

I will definitely be back and I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location, over the road from the Empire theatre and Line St station. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent too.
St Johns car park used by guests can be busy especially on a Saturday if checking in , managed to find a spot at the top though. If you're travelling by train though, hotel is across the road.

Cheap breakfast for 2 option - was like a glorified continental breakfast but i think it came out to just like 6-8 euros a person so that was totally fine. They had a person who took your coffee/tea order so that was kinda nice.

Perfect spot for a couple of days in Liverpool. The hotel is clean, modern with a good bar/restaurant. The room we stayed in was spacious with a great view of the city. Lift Issues

Stayed at the hotel before ideal location to explore Liverpool. Rooms were clean and breakfast excellent.

Only let down was one of the lifts was not working, seemed it had been broken for a couple of weeks. Using only one lift caused a lot of delays especially at breakfast time. Staying on the 5th floor meant a lot of steps.

I was only there for one night so hard to judge fully. However, that one night was very comfortable, hotel convenient location, very nice hotel. Staff were great and food and breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again for longer.
