It was a really nice property, clean and kind staff. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean as well.
Sakiko
Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm.
We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE.
We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if we’re getting an accessible room next time I book a hotel and check in.

Very nice place

Did not like that price was raised two times more for just one night due to an event in the area.
April
Very very nice stay. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfy and clean. We loved that the location was walking distance to the stadium and so close to many restaurants. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again
Lorraine
The hotel was clean. The Bistro was basic. There was one elevator working so the wait for the elevator was long. Otherwise nice hotel.
Patricia
The breakfast was not free
Jock
Fine facility, good location and in good condition, hard working staff, enjoyable stay.
Recommend non-slip shower pad-rugs be made available for those who might need them. Thank you.

Hotel was close by the event. It took awhile to get out into room but it was clear. And the staff was nice.
Marcus
Excellent service and cleanliness! Highly recommended!
erika
Smooth check in, griendly staff, clean room. Excellent service.
Joe
Staff and amenities were great. Only caveat it is next to the highway so road noise is constant.
Luz
Deceiving marketing. Hotel is listed as “breakfast buffet” included, which is not true. They told us some of the items were included and they charged for it. Menu items overpriced:$15 dll for a french toast.
Also, mini fridge will only have a “2 hours” timer you need to press. Iwe had food go bad because it did not stayed on aover ight. Room was clean but will not stay in this CB ai. Again

There was a charge for breakfast so we chose to eat at a local restaurant. The staff was friendly but you have to request the room to be cleaned and new towels by 10am
Frank
Room was very nice, clean, updated

I had a terrible night's sleep.First of all, the room was vibrating Like the lower deck on a ship, I called the front desk, and asked if there was something going on below me (room 222) she said no, which was wrong. I found out the next morning I was over the laundry room and that was the cause. It went all the way past midnight before it stopped. I found the air conditioning system very difficult to use. Because there is a long lag time, so if you set it on 66, for instance, it would go to 66 and then wait until it got up to 70 before kicking in again. Which means I could never get the covers right because it was always too cold or too hot. I finally slept in my clothes and just a sheet. There is a hole in the wall, but it was no big deal because it was behind the bathroom door. And come on, do you really save money by using single ply toilet paper? Marriott courtyards are usually my favorite hotel, but this was just terrible, and the worst night's sleep.I can remember.
Cynthia
Clean room and friendly staff. Early flight so we didn’t get to eat breakfast.

Bathroom shower is older. Needed additional cleaning in crevices to remove pink and black mildew. The ice machine was rusted on outside. This was not appealing.

Customer service went the extra mile to make my stay accommodating.friendly and helpful staff will definitely come back
Nikki
Room was clean and fire pit area was nice. Downside is that is near train tracks so you hear the train regularly.

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, we were dismayed to discover that our rooms had been canceled. This was despite a prior phone call where we informed a staff member of our weather-related flight delay. The employee assured us that our rooms would remain available until our arrival the following morning. However, upon our arrival, the booking had been canceled. The staff offered no assistance and stated we would need to rebook at a higher rate, suggesting we look at other hotels on their computer.
Andrew
Standard highway exit hotel. Clean room, but broken fixtures & parts
Laneeka
They gave my double queen bed away. Then told me they could only give me a room with a king bed. Was there for an event a Texas Tech and after being at the event all night, coming to the hotel just made it worse with the experience
Kenneth
Hotel was clean and accommodations very good. No breakfast was available and no suggestions were offered as to options. The staff person on Morning duty was very curt and unhelpful.

Great choice if you are looking to stay at a newer hotel.

Always loved staying here and the staff is so helpful and go above and beyond to make our stay feel like home
Gabriel
We stayed for two nights but our rooms were never cleaned during our stay because they only do it every other night and it wasn't scheduled during the days of our stay.
I did not like it the we were still charged full cost but did not receive any service in the rooms

My only complaint is they need to refresh their towels, wash cloths, etc. the ones they have are getting tired.
Tolitia
I like the curb appeal of the building.
Kevin
I had to pay out of pocket because Expedia did not keep my reservation active due to the flight by United Airlines was delayed and made me miss my flight. Had to stay the first night in Houston and missed the funeral service. My entire trip was ruined and I should receiev a full refund for the flights amd hotel for the trip. Very disappointed

Great
The room and the hotel were very clean. Everyone was friendly.
Amy
Good for a short stay. Clean and comfortable.
Richard
The only issue was the morning clerk tried to charge for our prepaid breakfast. Half a c note for two. Luckily we asked for a printout and he changed it.
Danielle
Good place to stay near the hospitals

Rooms Not Ready
Stay was great! Check in was not so good. My room and rooms for others in my party were not ready when we arrived at 530pm. The desk attendant was anxiously awaiting a call from housekeeping to complete their tasks. I was finally able to get my room after 6pm.
Larry
Lack of hot water for the shower

$200? For what?
Very expensive for not a lot of service. The fitted sheet didn’t even fit the pullout sofa. There was never anyone at the front desk. $200 per night and didn’t even include a breakfast. There is NOTHING special about this hotel. Charging $200 for this is stealing money. Shameful.
Micky
Did not like that there is no breakfast buffet

I stayed at 3 different hotels this past week during my travels. This one was by far the best. Perfect night’s sleep!

Got the boot!!
Pre-checked in the day before arrival. We were on our way, we were driving in for a graduation and about an hour and a half out we received a call from the property telling us that our room is no longer available. They had overbooked, and there was nothing they can do about it.
Karl
Excellent Front Desk Staff
Front Desk staffer was helpful and patient in coordinating 10 rooms that we booked oddly. Made corrections without any hesitation.
Patricia
Clean and quiet stay
Ryan
They need to provide complementary coffee in the lobby. Most hotels provide this perk in the lobby. That's my only complaint. Everything else was fine.
Heather
Needs better customer service
Front desk staff was rude on Saturday. Room floor sloped down in middle of room! Had to pay for coffee if you did not want powder creamer packets.
Sarah
Great hotel option!
Mary
The \"sound insulation\" is not very good. Could hear footsteps, water running above me frequently
Jason
Great TTU Football Game Home Hotel
Wonderful place to stay near TTU. Location was awesome for TTU football game, tailgating, and partying afterwards. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
Rhonda
Very nice accommodations and location to Texas Tech. Did not like that there were no close restaurants other than fast food . Used Uber to go to restaurants. Bistro inside facility was great for breakfast and Starbucks!
Phillip
Very comfortable and clean. Elevator noise was little nerve rattling.
Laura
Miserable stay, A/C unit was beyond LOUD
Our stay was a bit miserable. The air conditioning unit was making an awful sound. We thought the first night was just a one-time incident but the second night got louder and louder. It progressively go louder as the night went on.
We spoke to the front desk and all they said was that we should've called maintenance. This noise was the worst at 3am, we didn't think of calling the front desk at that time.

Beds Are Bestest Ever
The pool was spacious enough, clean, & relaxing! The outdoor lounging area was super and we sat around the gas fire pit for drinks after swimming. The hotel was clean, quiet, but seemed as though hallways had the heater on cause when we walked into our room the heat was on but we switched to ac which cooled quickly. The staff were welcoming & friendly during our stay. And oh my goodness!!!! The bed, bedding, & pillows were amazing! We didn’t want to leave or get up out of bed in the morning, it was extremely comfortable & we woke up feeling so refreshed & well rested!
Micah
Pool was excellent.

We like this hotel alot. Beds are comfortable and facility is nice.
We always stay here for the pool and jacuzzi and outside experience. The pool was frezzing and the jacuzzi was as cold as the pool. I asked about it and was told oh yeah the heater is broken and then in the morning they asked about the stay and I said we stay here for the pool/jacuzzi and he tried to tell me the jacuzzi was a cool down hot tub like I was stupid and never stayed there. It would be nice if they were up-front about it before check in!!

Elena was great and provided all the information I needed and more.
The only issue (and not on/with the hotel) is that there were kids in horror clown masks riding around throughout the parking lot at night. Bit unsettling.

Good services

Newly renovated. Unfortunately there was water in the pool but the water had not been treated yet so we could not go swimming.
MARISOL
We had an issue with how load it was i our room because if traffic. Staff gave us a new room the next day, no problem.
Adam
The hotel itself and staff were satisfactory. The location is surrounded by dilapidated homes and vacant lots with trash within a low-income area right next to the highway. I was extremely nervous leaving my vehicle in the parking lot overnight. There were no signs of external cameras or security onsite.
Jack
The room was wonderful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bistro had good food.
Tanner
We liked that it was nice and clean and near the concert center we didn’t like that we were near the storage area for house keeping they were loud and woke us up early and wanted to clean our room early
Joe and Pam

Nice hotel and good location. The beds are very firm.
Dianne
The staff was great the property was nice the only thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness of the bathroom or should I say the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom there was hair on the walls and the tube when we arrived so unsanitary.
Brandi
I always love staying here. Everyone is so polite.
