When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”.

We stay here often. The staff is very friendly and they are so good at taking care of their guests needs. The owner is amazing with my children! My toddler makes a point to go to the office to visit her. Our room is always clean. There are tv’s, WiFi, microwave, mini fridge, shower tub combo, breakfast is provided in the lobby every morning, the man that cleans the rooms is so kind. This is my main selection for my hotel stays in Lubbock due to the cleanliness and affordability.

The stay was nice! Staff are amazing and even more amazing wiyh the little kids staying there as well! Beds are comfortable depending on the room you get. Air conditioning works well! Room was clean, tv doesnt go up very loud though. Only complaint i have is that there are some water beetles that roam in the rooms

The younger guy working the front was very friendly. The room was ok. There was a bug on the floor. The bathroom smelled like sewer when the toilet was flushed. I had to shut the bathroom door. The picture was deceiving as it looked like you got in the room from the inside and you actually got in from the outside, however the area did feel safe.

It was what you would expect for $50/night. Location and area were exactly what I wanted, staff was fine, room was clean, but needs plenty of maintenance. Bed was so so, linens clean, but very worn. Metal platform for mattress popped like a 50’s oil can everytime we moved. And the floor was wood plank looking vinyl which was mostly not adhered to the floor so it popped whenever walked on. Overall, it was quiet, convenient, and about what I expected for a one night stay.

I can’t believe I paid even 50$ for a room that I could not even sleep in the bed due to how nasty it was also the floor was becoming in stuck from the wood. So afraid to turn on heating due to the fear of starting a fire due to electrical issues one lamp had not light and was hanging cricked. The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep on in my life. It was worse than a pull out sofa bed, seriously! Could not sleep a wink all night.

To start with, I was assigned a room that someone else was already in. When we got our room, it wasn’t clean at all. Easily the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Check in was not friendly, they were grown men lined up against the wall standing everywhere, which made the vibe feel rapey, the room was completely disgusting and things were broken/torn off the walls. Asked for non smoking due to have an infant & 2 other children, was given a smoking room. Very scary place.

Should’ve known better than to trust a Super 8. The key didn’t work to our first room and with it not working we realized half the door frame wasn’t attached to the wall, it just moved in with the door, like it had been kicked in. Our second room was “smoking free” but reeked of smoke. The bathroom door had a handle but no inner tumbler so it didn’t close. There were dead bugs all over the floor but if there’s a glimmer of light in this trip…… at least there weren’t bed bugs. -12 out of 10 overall

Absolutely terrible hotel. The outside door handle was hanging by a thread and we barely got in but that didn’t matter since there was no way we were staying anyway. The fridge had hair in it. The dirty blankets had holes in them one of the holes was about 3” The 5/10 on Expedia was grossly overrated.

TERRIBLE! Hotels.com says \"dog friendly\" DOES NOT HAVE FEES!!!! I will never use hotels.com again. LIST YOUR FRES. The dog fee was more than the room, and i didnt know until i got there. THEY SHOULD PAY ME A FEE. Thats terrible. Then, mexican loud music and drinking alcohol at my door. I didnt feel safe until i was inside with the door locked. The property they show on their advertising is not the same property. The bedding had cigarette burned holes in it in all the bedding. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
We paid $230 for the room because it was TTU graduation night. The room numbers are falling off the doors. The lobby stinks like curry.
It was bare minimum at the most.
It was fairy clean.

If you expect a cheap rundown hotel you may be satisfied. I would have been fine with that, but it also has the added bonus of shady tenants hanging around and making noise morning and night. Not a good night’s sleep.

Big college event in Lubbock. Our regular hotel was booked. I understand this is a low star hotel, but to be charged $200 a night, I didn't expect to have to ask for enough towels for how many I put were in room, wal mart bag for trash cans, and the room was not even tidied up. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard. Staff nice, but hotel was not.

The check in was horrid! The front desk was rude! We were questioned about our vehicle, our trip… the blankets had cigarette holes in it, super thin and cheap! The ac was dirty and dusty, the towels were unfolded as if they were used. Nasty nasty! The cable wasn’t working…the worst experience! Better than we expected for the price and based on previous reviews.

The room was clean even if the furniture was a mismatch of primarily utilitarian items.

The beds were comfortable- fluffy pillows and a pillow top cover on the mattress.

The air conditioning unit worked well and really kept the room cool despite the 100 degree cloudless weekend.

Greatly appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker… bring your own grounds though! We just bought a small can of coffee grounds at the gas station right across the way.

It is a noisy-ish area with a fair amount of traffic, but not unsafe. Plus it’s very near the original Pancake House restaurant - highly recommended!

Was not clean, toilet has tissue and dirty water in it, the lock on the entrance door didn’t lock, the door would not latch shut. No shampoo or soap.one towel thrown onto shelf, Carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. It was late when I got there but staff was very short & seemed asleep. (Not a big deal) won’t be back to that location.
Unfortunately, since it was late and I was tired, I did. It care about the door not closing much less taking pictures of the room. I try not to make a big deal out of these things, finding good help right now is hard to do!

When we walked in room was ok till we walk in the bathroom the roof was falling in stuff all over the floor from the roof. Toilet was loose. Went told person on duty and nothing I had to clean bathtub for baths, never seen anyone to take care of it. Told Manager next day. Would like to have some return of some the rate that I plaid.

It took a while for the gentleman to check me in to a room. He didnt know how to find my info so had to call someone else. When he finally gave me a room my family and i got down w all out stuff and got to the first room and it was filled with boxes and was being used as a storage place. Then went and let him know he gave us another room but had to call housekeeping to make sure it was ready to use. Get to our room and check everything and find a panel off the wall and that the hair dryer was broken. The open panel exposed pipes and handels. When using the shower it would drip watter off the pipes from that open hole.

Good for the price. Wouldn’t bring my family with me, but for my quick trip it was perfect for the stay. I was a bit confused because on my check in the owner, checked me in but I saw there was a MasterCard and different location, even after giving him my drivers license. But I had paid online through hotel.com so I wasn’t to concerned. But when I asked for a copy of it he said I didn’t need it because I had paid online. Either way, the place was good for the price.
