The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was way to long.

Good area for a quick stop on a family roadtrip, felt safe. I love that they have large rooms. Pool was kinda cold though and the beds were pretty firm.

Breakfast was pretty good, and the people were nice!

We had a problem with another hotel not having working air conditioning, so we desperately searched for another room at 1 a.m. We didn't have high expectations to begin with, but this hotel was more than we could ask for. Clean, quick, easy check in, roomy, and my stepson said \"best waffles ever.\"

We came in late. They gave us room 220. That room smells like cat urine, it’s absolutely horrible. We went right down to ask for another room. They gave us 214, which was the only other room available. This one smelled like an ash tray. I don’t understand the good reviews for this place. The next morning they told us they could get us another room. The lady behind me was there as well asking for another room because they’re room smelled so bad, room 220. I just don’t understand how you as a company know how bad this room smells and yet assign it to other guest. Do better.

issues with checking in. I noticed they wanted me to agree to them being able to enter my room at anytime. So I refused to sign and the staff said I had to in order to stay there. It degenerated from there. They refused to let me stay there 3 times after I agreed to sign. It took my two friends that were also staying there to speak on my behalf before he finally agreed to let me stay. Then we were given a room by the elevator which was not the best , but at least I had a place to sleep

Stayed on first floor. Second floor guest might as well be in the room with you, as even light steps echoed through the room. Bathroom fan either didn’t work or wasn’t even present, was like a sauna after a short shower. The smoke alarm has an obnoxiously bright light that flashes randomly. We’ll stick with Holiday Inn Express

Breakfast menu was great, but not the warmest. We were on the 1st floor and could hear all the walking above us which was annoying. We had the jacuzzi suite and it was nice. Parking was cool, just had to watch the birds outside. Overall it was ok.

Upon entering the property, it had a musty smell which translated to the room. Room was dirty, carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Shower had absolutely no pressure, bed was very hard and pillows had me waking up with headaches. My husband and I could not wait to leave.

The second night of our three night stay thr power went out in the hotel, except for a few rooms. There was no communication on estimated length of outage, if anyone was working on restoring power, etc. Our trip was for heart testing. The temperature in the room mixed with my heart issues made it extremely hard to breath. Taking the stairs down was okay, but climbing them to the 4th floor, it caused me to have chest pain, palpitations, and severe shortness of breath. Because of the excessive heat in our room and no idea when power would be restored we cut our trip short. We checked out at midnight and drove 3 hours to our home.

Front desk personal needs training on basic education, specially if is a place that is receiving people every days and people will be received for this personal.

The jacuzzi stopped working Al’s the lady in the front was rude the man wasn’t but the lady was superrrrre rude I just continued being nice and just prayed about it I also had to get them in my room to clean the water smelled like sewer and the bathroom stunk so bad like a lot of people had used it and it wasn’t cleaned but the man in the front was soooo nice the breakfast was good but the room needs more cleaning

The room was very spacious, but most importantly it was spotless, neat, clean, tidy, welcoming, and quite comfortable. It was also one of the quietest I’ve stayed in during my frequent one night stays in Lubbock, Texas. I rarely have the chance to eat breakfast, but they had a nice supply of a variety of fruit which I took advantage of. The receptionist was also very, very helpful when I checked in as I forgot my phone in my friend’s car. I will definitely be staying there again.
