It was very clean. Definitely an upscale hotel. Breakfast was great and lots of variety such as French toast, bacon, sausage, ham, cereal and a variety of toast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here every time we come back home to visit.

We checked into this hotel after spending the night before in another hotel and had a horrible night. We walked in around 8am to ask if it would be possible to check in early to maybe get a nap in because we only got about 3 hrs of sleep the night before and they were able to check us in immediately! We went up to our room and it was beautiful and clean and the ac was nice and cold just how we like it!! Thank you for turning our vacation around and we will be back!

Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..

It was in a great location, the gym was nice, the breakfast was good, but all in all it was average to the Hampton inn or Holiday inn Express I typically go to.

Everything was clean! Staff was wonderful and took care of us. Blinds would not close in the first room, but the staff moved us. Only issue was that the shower was not working great. Half of the water went out the tub spot, half way filling up the tub. But all else was great!

The room was very nice, very roomie. The bed was short, but when you’re 64 most of them are and I’m gonna have to get into the habit of getting an extra blanket I always feel short seated in hotel beds, but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and the staff was great

The staff was excellent, the room was very nice! the only thing was the toilet had an issue - it made a very loud noise when flushed - I let the staff know - also paying for parking was unexpected and unnecessary in my opinion.

The hotel was okay. It would be great if the pool had a hot tub and it was a heated (as it was freezing cold). The rooms could use an upgrade. You can tell our room was the floor for pets which was not ideal. The front desk folks were great and attentive. I would just probably stay somewhere else next time. The location is super convenient which I do admit that is a big plus

Our room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the sweet note from Sheila in our room when we arrived and her kind words when we were leaving. I would say the only downside was not having a microwave in the room and only one small one in the kitchen was available and several people were having to wait for it to be available. Other than that though it was great!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch through Expedia. Got there the night of the booking and was told at the front desk that they don't have any double queen rooms and they can \"upgrade\" me to a single king with a pull out couch. Well if that's what I wanted I would have booked it that way! So I said that would not work and the lady at the front desk said \"well you booked through a 3rd party so that's what you get. I can't magically make a room with 2 queen beds appear and next time you should book directly through the hotel\". So needless to say I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again and had to look for another booking at 10pm because they gave away the room I booked.

There was a person close to the bar next door relieving himself outdoors. Not the hotel’s fault, but that is why I rated the area around the hotel the way I did. Otherwise, it was a lovely area.
