Hotel is very clean and seems to be pretty new. There for only one night so it met our needs. Room was extremely small and walls pretty thin. The bed seemed small and not the best. 15 minute Uber to TT campus. For the right price I would still stay again.

This is a decent place to stay but overpriced for the cleanliness and comfortability. First of all they do not maintain the rooms. There was something poking out of the floor that we stepped on so we had to wear shoes. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. Towels had dirt/stains on them. No one has cleaned behind the toilet in awhile. The hair dryer had never been cleaned. Most hotels use unlimited liquid soaps/lotions/shampoo and conditioner dispensers now, but not this hotel. The curtains had never been cleaned. The floor was gross. It was not the worst I have stayed at but it was not one I would stay at again.

I will admit the hotel itself was nice, but I forgot my earings on the nightstand the night we stayed. I called the evening after checking out when I finally realized I didn't grab then. The gentleman at the desk said he would talk to the house keeping crew and call me back. I never received a call back. So when I was in Lubbock again 5 days later I decided to go in person. I informed the girl at the front desk why I was there. She processeded to look around and then after not finding them called another employee. He told her he looked and didn't see them. When I called it was after the check in time so the room would have already been cleaned.

I stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock during a very busy weekend while George Strait was in town for his big concert and I have to say, they handled the surge of guests extremely well.

Even with the hotel fully booked and the city packed, the staff remained friendly, professional, and organized. Check-in was smooth, and you could tell they were prepared for the high volume of visitors. That kind of efficiency during a hectic weekend really stood out.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long day. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere stayed calm despite how busy things were.

What impressed me most was how well the hotel managed the crowd…no chaos, no long waits, just solid service all around. It’s not easy to keep things running smoothly during a major event weekend, but they pulled it off.

Overall, a great experience. If you’re ever in Lubbock during a big event, this is a reliable place you can count on. I’d definitely stay here again.

I complained to the front desk about some teenagers that seemed to be unsupervised because they were arguing and cussing terribly while they kept running from room to room down our hallway. The clerk at the front office said she would come and check. This behavior continued until after 11:30 p.m.
When I checked out I once again complained to the front clerk and told her if these kids would have been doing what they were doing on our floor down here in the lobby she would have called the cops. I had my two young grandsons with me and to hear that type of language and disrespectful behavior was unacceptable!! All she could say is that she would tell the manager when he returned. The pool area didn’t have any towels, another guest had to go and find some. Several kids were cannonballing into the pool.

I really like my stay here for the price point. It was clean, had a fridge and a microwave staff was accommodating. Had breakfast in the mornings. Even needed to have one page printed and the Saw to it that could happen that was going way over and above but very appreciative... I really thought the value was great for this stay. Good job guys. Good job

... One tiny critique. I stayed A few days and I observed that they didn't really ever do anything with the bedding. Not that big of a deal but just a slight room for improvement

We stayed in a room with a jetted tub.
The property and room were clean enough although the staff need to look up when cleaning as they left a dirty wash cloth hanging over the curtain bar.

The location of the room was terrible though, so be aware. If you are wanting to stay in a room with a jetted tub, our was directly across from the elevator so there was constant noise. You will definitely want a sound machine for your room. The exterior lights are so bright at night, the curtains do little to block it out. It's like daytime all the time, so bring your eye mask.

We saw the front desk person when we checked in and never saw someone at the desk the rest of our visit.

If we need to come back to town, we would stay here again, we would just ask if they have one of these rooms somewhere else besides such a noisy area.

Room very clean, but bathroom had mildew smell. It was very clean, but very strong every time you passed the bathroom door. Room very spacious. Gym equipment very clean and looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with any problems. Had noisy kids above us that were very loud. Kids will be kids so we didn't say anything the first couple of nights, But the third night after 10:30 we finally had to call down and let them know. All the noise immediately stopped.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired of for a full breakfast. Only some bread and bagels in the pastry cabinet. Twenty people at least eating but only one single waffle maker. No fruit, only juice was apple juice. Cold biscuits with watery gravy.

I think this was a fine place to stay. I needed a comfortable place to stay in the middle of a long drive. I had a quick check in. The TV didn't work at first and they came up and got that fixed (and left me with a remote that worked, as the one I had didn't seem to work properly). The room was clean and comfortable. I could hear kids running in the room above me, but it was quiet early and didn't disturb my sleep. The breakfast had decent options that tasted good, but the hot food wasn't really hot. There was a microwave if I wanted to heat further. Coffee was great. I recommend this hotel.

Front desk person was responsible for breakfast area as well and didn’t have time for it. Needed a tooth brush and was charged a dollar for a throw away tooth brush! Will not stay here again

Not the best experience… Main Bed was rock hard, room smelled a bit like vomit when I first got there, mattress on fold out couch was gross (food chunks under mattress, mattress was stained and not in mattress protector)and proper bedding was never given for it. Not enough towels when we got there even though the reservation said 4 people. Breakfast was edible but not great. The food that should have been hot was not kept hot. Room was clean-ish. Bathroom floor looked like maybe someone had vomited and just smeared it food pieces on floor in living area and surfaces were dusty.

I called to see if we could check in 45min early after driving 6 hours to get here and they said yes but for $20. We killed time and got back around 3:30 (check in at 3) and the only lady at the front desk saw me and took off. I waited for someone to show up for a good 5-10 min before I walked down the hallway looking for someone to check us in. She finally came off the elevator and was annoyed the whole time. Sent us to a room that they were still cleaning so had to go back downstairs to get another room. The 2nd room smelled so bad we requested a different room and finally got a decent room on the 3rd try.

The room was not clean. Towels had stains on them, the bathroom bad a musty odor, and there were large wads of hair on the floor. Some of the pillows were extremely flat and likely need to be retired. We were in room 201 and there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway and stomping on the floor above floor above even in the middle of the night.

The toilet was filthy all over and had a ring inside, obviously showing it doesn’t get a lot of attention.
When we arrived, it was a cold night and I was freezing. I walked over to the breakfast area was to see if they had cocoa. They had coffee, but no cocoa. I said to my husband in front of the front desk attendant that I wish they had cocoa so I could warm up. Imagine my surprise the next morning when the area was filled with cocoa packets and it would have been a very simple thing for her to get me one.

The pool hot tub was disgusting and not properly cleaned so we didn’t get in it. The room AC did not keep the room cool. The hotel smelled of marijuana by the elevators. I could really understand the lady at the front desk. Won’t be staying here again.

After a long 15hr drive I couldn’t take a hot shower. The water was lukewarm warm. Blood stains all over the bathroom. The towels were dirty and all stained up. The sink was leaking. But on the plus I did get some nice sleep in the comfortable bed.
