This hotel is fine for a day or two, but the cracks really start to show if you're there for a while. It's relatively well protected from road noise, but the walls are thin enough that you'll hear normal conversations in neighboring rooms. Doors slam easily. A lot of doors in shared spaces get stuck frequently, including stairwell and side entrances/exits.
I don't know what the housekeeping situation is supposed to be, but during my week-long stay, housekeeping came by on the second and third day only. My used towels were not collected either day, and once a cup of water on my bedside table was knocked over and the mess just left there.
There are phones in the rooms, but they're disconnected. It felt like the hotel was updated, but in a way that just covered up small issues instead of addressing them.

We did not stay. I have tried to cancel this reservation well in advance by phone and email. We were unable to travel due to medical issues. I was charged $90.85 for this stay that I refuse to pay. This has not been a positive experience between Best Western and Expedia.

It was disgusting, stains everywhere, the third floor hallways smell like baby poop. The sheets had holes in them, the bathroom had mold all over it. Stairwells had vomit in it and elevator was broke. Towels were missing from our room. A very poor experience overall, with an increased rate because the concert was in town.

The front desk staff is definitely the best thing about this hotel. The front area was very clean. But the elevators were dirty, one of them did not work at all. I had an infestation of ants in my bathroom that was not addressed after asking for someone to clean them up. There was mold in the tub basin. The ants were coming from cracks within the tub basin area. Light fixtures were missing with wires exposed. Mold all over the ceiling, the toilet seat was at least 15 years old. The size of the room was very nice. However, the carpet also smelled moldy. The air-conditioning did not work the first night until six the next morning. I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password and did not get it until the next day. These things should’ve already been provided at check-in. While I typically like best westerns, I will not be returning to this location.

The waffles at breakfast were a blackish-brown color and watery. The eggs were decent and the fruit was fresh. The young lady checking us in needs training in talking to elderly people with trouble hearing. She did not bother standing up to speak face to face so my mother could better understand what she was being asked. The woman attending the lobby counter during breakfast was very loudly scolding someone on the phone (NOT exaggerating)! The elevator floor was dirty and sticky and the table just outside of the elevator on the floor we stayed on was thick with dust. Our bathroom was clean as well as the room we stayed in.

The sheets on the bed were not clean when we checked in.
The drain pipe on the bathroom sink fell off but they very quickly fixed it.
The toilet was broken so we had to turn the water supply off and on so we didn’t have to listen to the toilet run nonstop.
The balcony was COVERED in spiderwebs which made sitting on the balcony a bit cringy.
The staff was AMAZING and accommodating.

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel, each time it has gotten worse. Bathtub had mold, no blow dryer, electricity flickered off twice. Breakfast isn’t what it use to be. We heard other guest complaining about the eggs also, they weren’t fully done.

The property overall was very nice. The only negative, however, was significant. The tub looked like it had been repaired, but poorly. It appeared as if it had needed resurfacing after the repairs, but instead was maybe painted. Regardless, the end result was a tub that did not appear sanitary. Because the rest of the room was so well appointed, I do not believe this was a cleaning issue as much as it was a maintenance matter. At check-in, no one was at the desk for some minutes, but once the clerk arrived, she was courteous and apologetic.

The room was very spacious. The coffee was strong. I just wish they offered coffee in the afternoons to their guests. We did not find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful, and even though it has, a kitchenette, there was not a single utensil mug pan,or plates to be able to use the kitchen.

We ended up leaving a day early. The main issue started with the toilet in our room, which never worked properly. The front desk initially offered to move us to another room, which we appreciated. However, after about five minutes in the new room, a maintenance employee came to tell us the toilet in our original room had been fixed and that we should move back. When we checked, it very clearly was not fixed. At that point it felt like we were just being bounced around instead of having the issue actually resolved.
To make things worse, the entire first floor smelled strongly of marijuana. We are traveling with an infant, so this was completely unacceptable. The smell was so obvious you could practically pinpoint the exact room it was coming from, yet the front desk did nothing about it.
Between the broken toilet, the confusing room situation, and the strong marijuana smell throughout the first floor, we decided it was best to cut our stay short and leave a full day early.
If you are looking for a clean and family friendly hotel with responsive customer service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. But if you are searching for a 420 friendly hallway with careless customer service, this might be the place for you.

The room was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. My biggest complaint is the availability of staff to assist. A neighboring guess was very loud (laughing, yelling, banging on furniture) for hours after 10 PM. It woke my daughter and myself multiple times. We had just returned from 13 hours at a volleyball tournament around 8 PM and wanted to go straight to bed. She also had to be back up early for a second day. We had very broken, miserable sleep. I attempted to call the front desk numerous times both on my cell phone and with the room phone. I never could get a response. I also could not leave a voicemail as it said it was full. I attempted to also contact the property through text message and email but never received a response in any form. Upon check out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk to check me out or to speak to about the night before. I had to leave my keys at the desk. I never encountered a staff member again after check-in.

When I checked the staff was welcoming. The parking was safe. The room was fairly larger than expected. It smelled clean. However the simple things that popped out that needed a lot of attention was the tub cleanliness, the shower curtain smelled like dirty wet rag, many lights did not work in my room. During the day around the afternoon I also notice in the staff kitchen area where they prepare the continental breakfast, there were hashbrowns (in their packaging still) layed out on a rolling cart just sitting there for a good while… mind you this was in the afternoon.

The room wasn't very clean, there was hair in the tub, the bed didn't have a flat sheet, but 2 blankets which was fine but it was stained in several places which I wasn't sure if it was clean or not. There was lots of dust in the corners, no hangers in the closest to hang clothes once ironed and once they checked us in on tje 3rd floor the elevator went out the next morning so we had to pack all the luggage down 3 flights. The breakfast area is very small only room for 1 person at a time and the orange juice taste as if it was mixed half and galf with water to make it stretch.

Upon arrival they had given my room away even though I called and told the I was arriving late in the evening since I was driving out of town. Then the room they gave us was making a beeping sound, so the employee came and turned off the ac and turned it back on like three times before I just told him to give another room since the ac was not working. The breakfast was mediocre, with all of their employees just coming in and grabbing breakfast and it was dirty. The bed was horrible and even though I asked housekeeping to clean the room they left it the same, and didn’t replace the towels. The hotel seemed like they had tried to renovate but half assed it. The halls smelled like week and vapes. Just not the experience I was hoping for and I’m pissed that Expedia had such a high rating for this hotel. All lies.

The hotel is old and in disrepair. The bathtub was in need of caulking, full of other people's hair and drained very slowly. The sink was slow to drain as well. There were no batteries in the TV remote and several lightbulbs were either burned out or the switches did not work.

The employees were nice and the quality of the breakfast was decent. However, it was the same options everyday (1/2/26 - 1/4/26). Our beds were clean and comfortable but the bathtub / shower needs better cleaning. Our room was huge, which I like, but a larger TV for the space would have been nice. The stairwell on the south side of the building needs cleaning and various exit doors need repairs. The elevator near the lobby was safe, but the door constantly vibrated when the car was moving up and down, giving the appearance of a safety issue.

Overall, it was a decent stay for the price but the building needs some renovations.
