Good and clean.
Dominic
Clean room, good breakfast, felt safe for the family. Would stay again!
MONICA
The room are clean, staff friendly, breakfast is delicious , just one complain is the street light shinning throughout the night to my eyes when lying down in bed. Would recommend this hotel to the others
Duy
Nice breakfast
David
Good place to stay.
Tharen
Room was a good price, parking was convenient, staff was helpful, AC in the room worked great.
Shelly
Very pleasant front desk staff and very pleasant stay!
Irene
Beds were very good. Good location. Nice pool. Good breakfast but it took a little while for the sausage to be refilled. Bathroom was clean but smelled (possibly had not been sanitized). Last stayed there 2 years ago and I noticed the wear and tear (nicked furniture, yellowed baseboards) which is beyond their control. I would recommend this hotel.
Phuong
The hotel is better than I expect. We feel so pleased with amenities and staff.
Diane
We had a leaky bathroom fixture and our keys deactivated daily. Good location. Great pillows.
Erin
We stayed here as the first stop on a long family road trip with five young children, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
The room and other spaces were not clean when we arrived, and the noise level throughout the night made it difficult to get any rest. By the time we realized how bad both issues were, our five grandchildren were already asleep. Packing everyone up and moving rooms in the middle of the night simply wasn't a realistic option, and I'm not sure it really would have helped.
A hotel doesn't have to be luxurious, but it should be clean and provide a reasonably quiet place to sleep. This property fell short on both counts. I hope management takes cleanliness and noise complaints more seriously so future guests have a better experience.

Everything was good. Great help. plenty parking. .

The cards to our room didn’t work when we got to our room, called and employee came his card wouldn’t work either he said the door lock battery must’ve died. He went and got new keys and new room. The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel rack at the pool we had to ask for them every time we went swimming.
Melissa
The room it self was extremely dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. The restroom was very dirty as if the bathroom floor was not moped. Just all around dirty and not wiped and cleaned properly. The couch in the room was all stained and dirty as well.
Darren
The fire alarms when off both nights of our stay. The first night the alarm went off several times and took about 30-40 minutes to turn off.
Jennifer
Very dirty. The trash can in our room wasn’t emptied and there was a dirty diaper in it.
Bill
Good. Pool, breakfast, bed.
SHARI
Would definitely stay there again. Great location
Carlton
An amazing hotel
John
it was OK for the price Breakfast was not near as good as they made it out to be wish. They could’ve been a little more accommodating with people with children.
Griselda
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was that there wasn't a hair dryer in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
Jennifer or Reuben
Thank you for a nice stay.
Rick
Staff was amazing but my favorite part was how quiet and comfortable the room is!
I’ll be back for sure!!!
I’ll be back for sure!!!

Loud, unprofessional, poorly stocked, uncaring, dirty.
The fire alarm went off in the hotel (with a blaring speaker in our room right over the bed) during the middle of the night BOTH nights we were there: for 48 minutes non-stop minutes the first night, then for a couple minutes the second night. Everyone went down to the lobby in their pajamas. Not a single announcement was made. I asked for a reason when I checked out and kindly asked if there was any compensation for the late-night disturbance. My requests were met with: “yeah, seems the fire alarm has been going off a lot lately” and “sorry, you booked though Expedia, so I can’t give you any money back as a refund”. Ugh, bad answers.
The following morning, we went down to breakfast at 8:40 (20 minutes before the closing time) time to find very little left in the warming trays. There were scrambled eggs, but the bacon and potatoes were gone. Bagels and the bread to toast were gone. I asked the woman attendant if more food would be coming out and she said, “Nope”.
Only one elevator worked, and it and our hallway reeked of marijuana the first night. Overflowing garbage cans on every floor near the elevators. Unused cleaning supplies left out the whole time we were there.
This property had decent reviews, so I booked it, but now wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Hot tub jets weren’t working
Pool edges were dirty, hair laying around
Pillows were too flimsy
Bed was comfortable
Not enough towels for 4 guests only 2 each
Breakfast was not properly stocked and it was barely 7am. No eggs, No forks and ran out of cups. The person preparing the bkfst was also working the front desk. Checking guests in/out plus answering phone. She was pretty busy
Front desk check in agent day of check In was great!

Hallways and elevators smelled like trash. The front desk upon checkin was rude, the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night
Jennifer
Ice machines don’t work fire alarm continuously went off all night staff didn’t care or tell us what was going on and didn’t offer any help or compensation for the trouble
William
Great parking, friendly staff.
Jeramy
Door to room had to be slammed in order to shut it....shower gout looked nasty and shower pan was cracked. Ac unit smelled like mildew when turned on. No ice machine on the first floor.
Diego
Low water pressure, floors were sticky through out lobby and elevator. We were only give 2 towels with 3 guest every day.
Kristy
Our room was a nice size and the ac worked well. The beds were nicely furnished. I just don’t care for the sliding door on the bathroom.
Philon
I went down to have breakfast but the staff said there was no coffee so we went some place else for breakfast. The rooms were semi clean but carpet was warn and dingy. The bathroom corners were dirty with hair and dirt. Would not stay here again.
DUSTY
Our stay was convenient and check in was quick.
Marco Tulio
It’s ok
Leah
Clean, quiet
Daisy
Everything was great
Jon
Had booked two night stay via Expedia. Called property day before our stay to advise them we would not be there for first night. Gentleman said he would make a note. Arrived there to check in for our second night and persons said there was no reservation and blamed Expedia. Said they were booked and no room for us. Didn’t offer to try and find us a room at one of their sister properties in the area. Horrible customer service. I have multiple stays booked there for the fall season and will be cancelling those.

Hotel was good, smelled a little weird but overall was a good hotel and would go back
George
This hotel was amazing! The staff was outstanding, amenities 5 star, rooms very nice an comfortable. If we am in Lubbock again we are staying here.
Amina
Generally, everything was really good. We stayed at other place in other city, the condition was not good comparing to its price. But in Lubbock, we were surprised in a good way. So we definitely suggest it. If we visit the city again, we will definitely stay there.
Hugo

John
Just horrible service
Gabrial
Broken fixtures in the room,
Juan
Good place to stay with family. I recommend it.
Patrick
Rooms are in poor condition. Freyed carpet, I cleaned filthy a/c filters in the rooms each time I stayed. Old used washcloths were hanging in the bathroom. Yet there weren't adequate clean washcloths or towels. Drains are slow. I would not recommend this property. They're not serious property owners.
Julie
The room was clean, good and convenient location but the towels and sheet are very bad! Either there are no hygiene policies or they disrespect their customers to provide customers with room like these pictures.
Fanny
Front desk staff has excellent customer service, 5 stars. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was very limited and the food was rather bland. The coffee quality was also disappointing.
Jessica
Great place and very affordable
Chrystal
Breakfast was good.
Jennifer
We had to extend our stay due to our son having a major surgery. It was a stressful time for me and my husband. The staff were not very helpful
Or kind. The manager was condescending when we had trouble with out room and he had to switch us to another room. Oh, and our room never got cleaned while staying there. I’m sorry it was cleaned once because I threw a fit. The hotel itself was nice but the staff working there were awful. I hate it too because it was so close to the hospital it made it convenient for us but probably won’t stay there again.

I didn’t like the breakfast because it didn’t have many options.
Colette
Clean room but breakfast area too crowded that had to wait to prepare waffle but finally couldn't because batter was finished and not refilled. I booked two rooms but the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working and we were told there was no one available to fix that day and no option to change room.
Phillip
We have stayed here several times over the past few years.Seems to less maintained now.Toilet paper missing, floors dirty, ice machine not working, pool towels everywhere in pool area.It remains a great location for us,but will likely look elsewhere in future

It was a decent place to stay with a great staff

Hotel was pretty dirty. Breakfast was okay. Walls were very thin. Comfortable bed and good AC. Front desk staff tried hard. Would be much better if it were cleaner because it is an attractive property.
john
Clean and comfortable, convenient to restaurants. Lowest price, great value.
Highly recommended.

This was the most horrible thing I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was not ready when arrived at 10 PM. One of the staff from the front desk was cleaning the room in a rush.
The sheets were all wrinkled on both beds and all the pillows were thrown on one, and that was the way that was said to be the room was ready.
The bathroom was still dirty from such a quick cleanup.
The towels were quickly folded up and not in any kind of decent order
They brought our extra blankets and pillows, rolled up in a ball and said they just got them out of the dryer and that’s why they were not folded
The room was dusty and dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time
The staff called our room and knocked on our door at 11:30 PM at night
Then speaking to the manager, he was extremely rude about how horrible our stay was and did not do anything to help us in any fashion

The room smelled smoky. The noise was too much at night. Could hear everything, people just walking and speaking normally - not even loudly.
The AC was very loud too as it turned off and on.
Breakfast was horrible. Hash browns were really underheated. Cold to the touch.
Coffee seemed old it had bad taste.
The biscuits were tough. Eggs were tasteless. They could have used a little salt or pepper.

The hotel room was dirty, with dust on the tables and around the lamp. The bed sheet was stained, and the room smelled bad. It was just minimal. Even the entrance floor and the elevator were stained and dirty. The whole hotel was smelling weird. I’ll never go back again.
Rodney
Wasn't the best. Gym was incredibly minimal, breakfast didn't have a lot of options so I passed. They were out of soap for the rooms. My room on 2nd floor was noisy. TV was nice, easy to scan channels. I didn't check the pool. Bed was a little too hard for me. Elevator buttons were surprisingly hard to press. Location worked for me. I wouldn't stay there again.
Alicia
Flood in downstairs room, saw roaches crawling around in halls
Vincent
The breakfast was good. The AC was very good.

The hotel was okay. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was very good. The only problem I had was with the birds that were roosting on the awning over the entrance to the hotel. My room was directly over that awning. The birds were noisy and their droppings were on the concrete going into the hotel. Something needs to be done to get them to relocate.
Teruaki
Staff was great!!
Ritesh
The room floor was dirty . The bedsheet were also not net and clean. I could see hair in it .
Mayra
Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was always a mess & when the woman was cleaning she would go from picking trash off the floor to serving food and it was unclear if she even washed hands or changed gloves in between. When we asked a new shower towel the guy literally folded it on the floor hallway, that was a bit unclean.

Didn’t have breakfast, I went to another location, I have had the breakfast at the hotel, however it seems like the same layout as anyone else. The place is nice but you have random “loud” guests. I do prefer this location but higher quality would be appreciated.
Nancy
Brfst was ok

Clean rooms and staff friendly

I've stay here on a few trips to Lubbock and back. That's bern a few years. The property is beginning to signs of wear and tear, do a refresh would be recommended.
The room was nice, clean and QUIET. Just the way I lije it when traveling. The desk staff (GM om particilar) was polite and accomodating. Check in, check out were a breeze. If you want to get away from the hub bub of downtown or traffic (the loop), I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast staff worked quickly and efficiently to keep up with a full hotel of teens and parents all in for regional events.
Our room lacked a few things like working light bulbs in the lamps, lotion was empty, we only had 2 bath towels when there were 3 of us. Minor things we worked around

Room was ok. Breakfast was ok. Staff was rude
Lauren
The room was not very clean. Our fridge was leaking and the carpet was soiled. Overall, the hotel needs some work and improved housekeeping.
Michelle
Morning staff was friendly and helpful.
CLAUDIA
The staff was amazing. Rudy the GM went out of way to help us out!
Eric
Friendly staff, room was nice. Good location. Breakfast is good.
Ben
The breakfast was ok, not bad not great. The staff was welcoming and the room was good, pretty clean but could have been a little cleaner. The gym was not good and the treadmills were broken. They should definitely update it! Overall it was a good experience and a cheap price.
Jeff
Staff was rude when I checked in and left. Wouldn’t give me a receipt when I left.
Gordon
Great room after a long day on the road!
Jesus
Good
Kassandra
Clean, great service.
Kori
Staff was fine. Room was dirty. Bed was thankfully ok. Towels had holes. Shower had hair. Hot tub was sketchy. Pool was ok. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something nicer. We were just there for the night so didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of complaining and trying to get another room.
Yancey
The breakfast was out of several things like butter. The AC worked well in the room. They had a towel shortage which was difficult. The side door to the West was broken and barely opened. The worst thing was there was NO HOT WATER?!?!
Johnathan
The staff was amazing , And the room was beautiful, Wonderful buffet breakfast, I forgot my Coffee mug and called the hotel and Rudy tracked it down for me, and 4 days later I returned and picked it up ! Can’t say enough good things about this Hotel and Staff …Top notch…

When I arrived, it took me four times up and down the elevator to get into a room because the door lock was broke then one of the reasons I had booked this hotel over another choice was the hot tub and the hot tub jets were not working, and it was barely lukewarm the towels for the pool where the size of a hand towel and then customer service upfront wanted to complain about everybody dripping from the pool to the elevators.

Clean rooms! My kids enjoyed breakfast, staff was helpful and friendly. Manager was helpful too 😊
