I think they need to hire a maintenance crew. The door knob to our room was almost coming off the door (I looked at other rooms' doors but did not touch them. I saw another busted one). The faucet was not anchored completely in the sink, one of the towel hangers had been pulled out of the wall and a hole was visible, the door stopper was missing from the back of the bathroom door, there was water damage at both ends of the tub (can blame this on people not closing curtain properly, but still, it's visible, paint had peeled off one side. Next morning I noticed only one elevator was opening. While the other always read flood one. Purely speculation by me, but I suspect the second one was out of order.
This was all strange since it appeared to be a fairly new building.
All these issues here but, the staff was very nice.

Overall, our stay was nice and comfortable. This hotel offers quite a few “entertainment” options in the lobby for various age ranges from a pool table to board games to full size connect 4. Pool was a good size and felt great, but oddly enough was FREEZING cold even though it was in the 90s. From check-in to check out the staff was super friendly and very helpful.. The reason we gave 4 Stars was because of the breakfast. While it was decent and gave you a full belly, the options available were NOTHING like their photos… I’d say it was about half the size/half the options. No biggie, but just be aware. They did have a cool automatic pancake maker which made our kiddo really happy.

This is a bare-bones hotel. If you know that going in, it's fine for the price. We did know that, and chose it for that reason. But we were still disappointed by the dirty bare floor in the room, and no in-room coffee. The staff was cheerful and helpful, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, but it's still a no-frills hotel.

OK for the price

Not a great stay bc they chargec me $520 when I checked in for my two night stay after I told them I already paid on Expedia! They said they didn’t know how Expedia worked. And then they told me I was just giving them my card for incidentals both.

I had to dispute the charges both of the days I was there bc they charged them again and again. It was very frustrating and they said it was all bc when you book with Expedia. They have to manually enter something at the hotel and they just were not doing that and so that’s why they kept charging my credit card so be aware of this.

The only issue I had was the air conditioner. Although it was set in the high 60s it wouldn't cool very well. Maybe the coils need to be cleaned and or the filter. This may explain the low bellowing noise all night long. Other than this I had a great stay and it was my birthday. Thank you!!

The property itself and staff were great, but the bed and pillows were horrible! The pillows disappeared completely when you rested your head on them, and the mattress caused both my wife and me sore backs. Honestly, this hotel could be great; it seems like the rooms are due for new beds and pillows. The water is also incredibly salty.

Not sure where to start. Parking was awful. There was hardly any handicap spaces. The ONE that I saw in the front was taken by someone that was NOT handicapped or at least didn’t put up their placard. Most of their handicap parking was in the BACK of the building and you can’t even access the building from the back. Check in was easy and fast almost too fast. Room was small. Guess they’re going for more compact rooms. Bed was hard and the bedding was dirty. The window shade was broken. There was no TV guide in the room. Later found out they were at the front desk. Not sure why I wasn’t told that at check in. Seemed like the clerk at check in wanted to get me checked in and done as fast as possible. There was no soap in my bathroom. The bathroom was big which was nice but the shower door did not close so when I got out of the shower the floor was soaked and this is a HUGE issue in this hotel. Booked another room for my stepmom and the exact same issue in her bathroom. This hotel is a CHEAP version of the Hilton’s I guess. Saturday night I couldn’t find anyone at the front desk to report an issue. There were some kids just playing pool but nobody wonder around. I will NEVER stay in one of these and do NOT RECOMMEND.

There were no hot eggs or meat and waited 15 minutes for The eggs and they had cheese in them so I couldn’t eat them. therefore there was no protein option as I don’t like hard boiled eggs. The sausage took over 20 minutes to refilled. Granted it was Thanksgiving morning and I think just busier than they thought it would be. Everyone was super nice but definitely could use possibly another set of pans with eggs/meat. They just never seemed to be able to stay up on it.
