Room wasn’t even cleaned dog hair everywhere used washcloth with yellow on it, in the shower to be honest it look like dog pee. I literally showered with my flip-flops on because it was so gross with all the black hair on the walls. Found black hairs in my bed sheets look like they weren’t even changed. Pool was very dirty.

Not sure where to start. Parking was awful. There was hardly any handicap spaces. The ONE that I saw in the front was taken by someone that was NOT handicapped or at least didn’t put up their placard. Most of their handicap parking was in the BACK of the building and you can’t even access the building from the back. Check in was easy and fast almost too fast. Room was small. Guess they’re going for more compact rooms. Bed was hard and the bedding was dirty. The window shade was broken. There was no TV guide in the room. Later found out they were at the front desk. Not sure why I wasn’t told that at check in. Seemed like the clerk at check in wanted to get me checked in and done as fast as possible. There was no soap in my bathroom. The bathroom was big which was nice but the shower door did not close so when I got out of the shower the floor was soaked and this is a HUGE issue in this hotel. Booked another room for my stepmom and the exact same issue in her bathroom. This hotel is a CHEAP version of the Hilton’s I guess. Saturday night I couldn’t find anyone at the front desk to report an issue. There were some kids just playing pool but nobody wonder around. I will NEVER stay in one of these and do NOT RECOMMEND.

There were no hot eggs or meat and waited 15 minutes for The eggs and they had cheese in them so I couldn’t eat them. therefore there was no protein option as I don’t like hard boiled eggs. The sausage took over 20 minutes to refilled. Granted it was Thanksgiving morning and I think just busier than they thought it would be. Everyone was super nice but definitely could use possibly another set of pans with eggs/meat. They just never seemed to be able to stay up on it.

A young man staff person was so friendly early this morning when we were leaving. Front desk was pretty good but could smile more. Room didn’t have an ice bucket. Was told that you have to come to the front desk to get one. Also it would be nice if the room had a microwave. We’re told we had to come to the breakfast area to use it.

I liked the room. It was modern, it was clean, the bed was nice and pillows were soft. I enjoyed some oatmeal with brown sugar and pancake syrup, a pancake, 1/2 blueberry muffin, a small omlet and 1/2 swrving of bacon. Tasty, fresh, and warm.

Our first room had broken blinds. Our second room, much smaller and the cleaning staff left the previous occupant's dirty towels hung on the hook. My spouse forgot his toothbrush and the desk clerk said they were out of all complimentary toiletries and was told there was a nearby convenience store a few blocks away try there. Not as good of an experience as previous stays.

We stayed here twice on a road trip both ways. The first time was seamless and perfect. The second time I checked in online and wasnt given a digital key so had to recheck in after driving 13 hours and wait in line. The staff was not as friendly as the first time. I would still recommend for the price, area and cleanliness.

A poor little 19 or maybe 20 year old kid checked us in. After we’d been waiting at the unmanned desk for 10 minutes. He was evidently on his first night or two alone as he had to call his manager on his cell phone to get directions as to how to check us in. Finally accomplished and issued keys. Room was slightly better furnished than an oilfield man camp around Odessa. Good shower though. If you can afford it at all, spend the money and stay elsewhere.

Budget Hotel: Hits and Misses

If you're looking to save money, this hotel is a decent option. It was well-maintained and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. There's a good space for dogs to run around (which appears to belong to the hotel behind this one). The breakfast was good, and the automatic pancake-making machine was a big hit!

A few things to note: Bring your own pillow(s), as the provided ones go flat. Pack earplugs and an eye mask, as the walls are very thin and there are small lights throughout the room that don't turn off and can't be covered. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and there was no coffee pot in the room.

If you're traveling with a pet, you might want to consider one of the neighboring hotels. This hotel offers only a small 4-foot square grassy area with potty bags and a trash can, the rest is river rock and xeriscaping. We eventually found the grassy areas from a neighboring hotel.

Overall, it's a budget-friendly option with some limitations to keep in mind.

The room itself wasn’t too bad, it was clean, and my wife said that the bathroom was nice. Couple things that were concerning is everything is put together pretty cheaply. The original curtains had been taken out and so the new curtain rod that was put up didn’t even fit the window and didn’t completely cover the window. And there’s a spot where it looks like there’s a hole in the wall and they just put a white piece of plastic over it, but otherwise not a bad place.

The cleaning staff was rude we got a room for a family of 4 and they only have two towels. We asked for two more and they made us give the two dirty ones back first. I was like excuse me? Went to the front desk, told them, he went and \"cleaned\" the room, when I went back to the room, he had made the bed up, without changing the sheets! The bed had the same sheets on it that I saw the first time. TERRIBLE> left without staying.

We’ve stayed here before but will not stay here again. It is needing some repairs and showings its age. The first room we were in had a clogged sink and the door wouldn’t close unless you shoved on it. The second room we were in had a condensation line in the air conditioner that leaked on the floor and had no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper, they said they were trying to get some...so we had to go to the store to get some. The side exit door would not close all the way, unless shoved on as well and I feel that that was a security issue that it would not close. Also, there were tiles on the floor that were broken And falling off the wall by the side door. Now they are charging per night for parking and I think it’s ridiculous.

Great location- but not worth it. The foyer was messy and hospitality was lacking. We had to wait at least over five minutes for someone to show up and help us. Rooms were not clean at all. Hair in linens, floor, bathroom shower. Stained towels. Wall by the toilet was soiled. I honestly think our room hadn’t been “cleaned” ever. We will not be staying here in the future.

The bathroom has multiple issues: missing tile grout around the shower, groult lines filled with gunk. Shower head sprays everywhere, and shower door will not stay closed. Our other issue is the $3.99/day charge for \"self parking\"...just a regular hotel parking lot. Not clearly visible on the website. It says \"self parking available\"...you have tyo dig further into the website to fing the charge. Did some research and other Hilton properties in the area has this self parking daily charge. So, wasn't real pleased with that...

Hairs in or bed dirty sheets disgusting

The sheets were dirty we counted 8 hairs in the bed when we pulled the sheets back and the lady put new sheets on our bed acted like it was a huge inconvenience to put clean sheets on our bed. Also the bed is broken cut my leg on it.
No extra towels this is so bad for a hotel that cost $202 a night just stay somewhere else.
