I called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving late about 1 am since we ran into some delays getting there, the gentleman so \"we would be ok, since they do their audit/turnover at 2am. After the 5 hour drive, We got there and called the afterhour line, and she said they wouldn't check us in since they stop @ 10pm. We had to find another place to stay.

No frills, extended stay environment.

The staff was super friendly, but had slim presence as they’re a one-man-show so to speak.. thus did everything. Towel exchange charge applies, $2 for two towels for two guests. No front desk attendant, employees or security onsite after 10PM and cleaning is only available by request and after the 4th day of your stay. Be prepared, bring everything.

Check in is terrible. We checked in for two nights and after the first night they \"blocked\" our door because they said they had no record of our reservation. They eventually let us back into our room. The highway is noisy and busy all night. We found several roaches in the room. The microwave was not working properly. I won't never recommend this place to anyone.

The room was bare bones (bath towel but no hand towel or wash cloths and had a very strong unpleasant odor. The hallway also smelled bad. No instructions for the wifi. If you want to use the kitchen, bring your own utensils and dish soap, etc because they have nothing in the drawers/cabinet. The bed was excellent though. I wouldn't stay there again.

Customer service at check in and check out were super friendly. The place is a dump. It's dirty and smells musty all over. The room smelled like moldy air conditioner and when we walked in and turned on the light, roaches were everywhere - not just a few. The bed sheets had stains on them, although they smelled as if they were clean. A large group had the back door propped open and were having a \"party\" of sorts and there's no way employees were not aware. The elevator had dirt and trash on the floor. We stayed because there was nothing else available under $200/night, but do not recommend.

Came in at 10:30pm and couldnt get towels or an extra pillow because guest services closes early. Beds were comparable to a hide-a-bed, thin mattress on a metal frame and not comfortable, and the sheets were stained. No soap, shampoo, toothpaste or toothbrush available.

Room & stay was a complete disappointment. I checked in around 10:30pm, had it not been so late, we would have stayed elsewhere. After traveling 3 1/2 hours, my fiancé & I were ready to just get some rest. The room was unclean, from the dirty counter tops to the desk & floor was disgusting. No vending or ice machines. No coffee maker or coffee condiments in the room, the phone didn’t work, the bed should have just been listed as a queen rollaway, because that’s all it was. It was very uncomfortable, with only 2 pillows. When I went to the front desk around 10:45pm to try & get a coffee maker & 3 extra pillows, there wasn’t anybody at the front desk, the shade was closed. My fiancé seen the desk agent in the hallway & told her I was looking for her. She came up the front desk & told me then that nobody stayed up at the front desk at that time. I asked for a coffee maker & she said they had ordered some, but didn’t know where maintenance had put them. I suggested maybe she could get one out of another vacant room, but I guess they were booked? I asked when maintenance would be in & she said at 10am, told her we were checking out around 8am, so that wouldn’t work. She only had 2 extra pillows available. After going back to the room, my fiancé said the door lock face had fallen off when the door shut & the batteries were left exposed. I went to check out around 8:15 the next morning & the shade was still closed & nobody was around to let them know of all the issues we had.

Good area of town. I never got a room,I had a reservation. was told to come back an hour later room not ready . I was there exactly at 3pm. I came back three other times and told still not ready. At 9pm I was told they were sold out and all that was left was a smoknig room but I couldn't have it because they couldn't change the room type of my reservation from nonsmking to smoking. This was a Texas Tech parent weekend I could not find another room in the city in my price range, I had to pay $320 for one night at another hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The office was closed everytime we went down they only give you 2 towels for a double bed room with 4 people staying in it. Nobody in the office to give more towels when I finally found the office open they wanted us to take our dirty towels in order to get clean towels. 1 pillow per person that was so flat you might as well not even have a pillow ac keep turning off itself it smelled like smoke throughout the halls beds were super uncomfortable looked like camping beds

Housekeeping only every 14 days so basically if you stay a week make sure you clean up after yourself this ain’t no motel with daily housekeeping…and they charge you a $1.50 to switch out linens and towels for new ones but it was nice and quiet liked that we had privacy and no concern that someone would just go into your room.

My family went to go check in there was no front desk apparently he had left 2 hours ago left the keys and quit. Current guests were also locked out for hours with no manager insight. It was a sold out night so I had to settle for this dump. Last time I'll be coming to Lubbock

Frugal long-term stay design is fine as a company policy. This location, however, seems to be lax on giving a damn about maintenance.
My shower curtain had plenty of visible mildew buildup and the toilet still had some hardware store labels from part replacement.

I was sadly disappointed with this stay. I tried to check in multiple times before attending a football game and had to check in later. The later check in was over the phone and I had to wait for my keys. The sheets on the bed seemed already used as hair was layered between the comforter and sheet. There was laundry in all the hallways and bad odor.

I stayed on the third floor and it was really loud lots of people with the doors cracked me the noises. But it was comfortable and a full kitchen and the room is great.

Probably one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed at. Elevator had pistachios shells all over the floor the whole time we stayed 3 days. There were signs indicating that rooms get cleaned every two weeks, extra towels had an extra charge, you had to throw away your own trash, room had dust everywhere. We also found one bed bug. I would not recommend staying here.

The people were friendly. The mattress had broken springs. There was no comfortable place to sit, only the 2 hard chairs at the table or on the bed. I had to turn the mattress around so i wasn't sitting on the area with the broken springs. The people were very nice and prompt about replacing the microwave that didn't work. Do not stay here! Absolutely disgusting place, ended up leaving the hotel and staying somewhere else. The non smoking floor smelled so strongly of marijuana. The shower had hair all over the floor and walls. One of the dresser drawers had broken glass in the bottom, the sheets were stained and the comforter had hair all over it. The room was filthy, called the hotel to let them know the condition and they couldn't even be bothered to give us a call back regarding it. Save your money and book somewhere else!

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! When I showed up to check in nobody was at the front desk and nobody answered the help number they provided... I had to go down the street to another hotel. They refused to reimburse me what I had been charged for the reservation, and since I was travelling on military orders it ended up coming out of my pocket. Again, don't stay here unless you want to potentially waste your money on a room you can't even use.

I won't return to this location. Very disappointed in trying get checked in after 7 pm because of Covid reasons, directions how to do so are not very visible. Confusing! But disappointed in the fact that the air conditioner would not cool the room & only had 2 ironing boards & irons in the whole hotel & were checked out, only 2! Please live at this place, not family friendly! It might look decent from the ourside but inside is an absolute nightmare.

Not a hotel if you like opulence.

This hotel is centered around long stays, they charge you for everything. There is no true lobby like a normal hotel, the ladies are nice. But if you are like me I just needed a bed. These beds are nice and soft like I sleep good in. They only supply 1 bar of soap, no coffee pot like others you can pay more if you want a coffee pot. I would stay here again because I’m cheap. Oh the fridge is nice and big and kept my drinks and leftovers nice and cold.

I had to stay here because my home was being renovated. The staff is rude and not personable at all. Whenever I needed something such as toilet paper, I was given attitude or they make smirk remarks. My final straw was the night before the day I am suppose to check out. My keys all of a sudden stopped working and I was needing help to get into my room. There was no staff member in sight! Waited for over an hour in the cold, called management and even the company and they couldn’t figure out why there were no staff members in the property! After an hour and half of waiting, 2 of the receptionists finally walked in and I told them I’ve been waiting here for help, only for them to give me an attitude and complained about my dog. no apologies whatsoever. Unprofessional individuals and I will NEVER stay at this “hotel” or recommend anyone to book this place. If the ladies didn’t like their jobs GET A NEW ONE! Or just stay home. Do not transfer your agitation to guests who paid money to be there.

This was the second time we stayed here. Its the cheapest price for an extended stay and since we are there for work we figured it would be okay. The first time we stayed my work truck was broken in to and they stole all of my work tools. The management didn't care about it not care to even talk to me in person. They just said over the phone there's nothing we can do sorry... then the second time we stayed the room was half way cleaned and the linens werent even on the bed they were on the floor in a pile. And there was no temote to the tv so we stayed for 2 weeks with a dirty room and no remote. We asked for a new remote only for them to keep giving us the same one Nd saying a maintnence person would have it programed. Well no one ever came and we went through 4 remotes and none of them worked and everytime we asked for maintenance to take care of it he had just left every time we asked. Like i said its the cheapest extended stay and you get what you pay for. Other than the things listed above it was okay at best

Stay away - COVID infected guests, no masks, dirty rooms with brown stains all over unlaundered comforter. Front desk clerk walked around with no mask, she was rude about her making a mistake about our prepaid room, they require that you page them to come to the front via a lobby SHARED phone. No sanitizer or SOAP in bathrooms (nor can you request them at the front desk).

It took over 30 minutes to get a hold of someone once we got there. We were told there were no rooms available. I let her know I made a reservation and already paid. She said, \" well, we have no vacancies \". I asked fir a refund and she said i couldnt have one. Her husband laughed at us and said you will never see your money. Well thanks to expedia.com, i got my refund. There was a man in the loby who had been waiting for an hour. He wanted a towel and she told him he couldn't have one till morning because it's against company policy. I will NEVER stay here. Pure slum here. They don't care about customer service at all.

I made this reservation for my son and daughter-in-law for 10 days while their baby was in the hospital. The linens were clean, but the room itself was filthy. Luckily they were only at the room to sleep for a few hours each night. One night, around 10:30pm, when they returned from a long day at the hospital, neither of their keys worked. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk so they called the number for the night person. She said she would be right there. After waiting about 30 minutes they called her again and she stated that she fell back asleep. She came to the front desk in her pajamas. No apology for the keys not working or leaving them waiting because she fell back asleep.
