Hotel was new, clean, comfortable bed. AC was good. Only complaint was you hear a lot of traffic and it was noisy due to that.

I booked thru Expedia and pre-paid $48 with Expedia points. I had a confirmation # a reservation and shared it with the front desk staff. He denied my confirmation # and my reservation (said it was a mix up). He proceeded to more than doubled the price. I reported this to Expedia, book a different hotel, much more expensive so I could sleep after a long travel day. Expedia asked the hotel manager to refund my $48 he declined. Im seriously considering ending my relationship with Expedia. Everything is documented and no help.

The room was clean, but it needs some maintenance. The bottom of the door needs better sealing, and the wall-mounted clothes rack needs repair. Overall, the room was clean, but a few repairs are needed.

Although it was a little out of the way this turned out to be a hidden gem. It had a large parking lot, especially great if you are in an rv or towing something. It had bare bones amenities but was surprisingly clean, simple and spotless. The king-sized bed was excellent with 4 good pillows and a large bathroom with walk-in shower with lots of hot water and a good showerhead . It was everything i needed without unnecessary frills that i fid not miss! And it was Half the Price of a similar chain!!! The woman receptionist st discharge was friendly and efficient, even though the guy at arrival was a bit rough around the edges but still got the job done well. I spent $85.instead of $200 for my normal hotel chsin and was thrilled!

NO Elevator! So had to settle for a double. I was told to swipe card without any amount showing. When asked , it was $100 higher than what I owed. Grumpy man pointed at lengthy sign showing house rules. Stated there was always a $100 charge for possible damages. That shows the kind of people they expect to stay here.

Noise level was loud due to interstate, breakfast consisted of muffins and coffee. Was charged double rates due to graduation, disappointment, family should be able to enjoy their child graduating not worry about if they can afford the stay to see their accomplishments.

I was not thrilled with my stay, but I also was not completely unhappy. The facility itself was okay overall. However, I did not like the bathrooms, and I was disappointed that there was no iron, ironing board, or blow dryer available in the room.

Although earplugs were offered because of the highway noise outside my room, it was still very loud and difficult to ignore. In addition, the door to my room did not close evenly, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

As for Booking through Hotel.com, I will not ever use their service again. Customer service was awful, due to not being able to talk to someone concerning my questions and concerns.

Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor.

Hotel was clean. It is a VERY minimal hotel - no frills at all which is fine. It was weird to not have a shower curtain - had to direct the water to the back wall in order to not flood the bathroom.
The lock on the door didn't work. This was corrected when the manager came by to see why there wasn't cleaning service reported (we left the card out because we didn't need anything).
It is noisy as our room was RIGHT BY THE HIGHWAY. They did provide earplugs which is thoughtful.
Overall clean, tidy; good service.
Breakfast is NOT breakfast, unless you drink coffee and only eat muffins for breakfast. Again, likely my fault for not reading the fine print. I needed an inexpensive, safe, clean place to stay - this fit those needs.

Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option.

Literally the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Men were milling around the parking lot at 10:30 at night and someone randomly and aggressively banged on our door at 11 PM, but then walked away. The parking lot and breezeways smelled of ethnic cooking and cigarettes. Fortunately, the room did not stink, in fact it was very clean. But the rooms are so incredibly noisy due to the orientation of the hotel to the highway. We had hoped that turning the air conditioner on constant fan would help drown out the sound of trucks unfortunately the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly and we were barely able to keep the room warm. Anyways, it is what it is a $60 hotel room. Also…there is NO spa that we could find, no coffee or lamps in the rooms (random and annnoying) and absolutely NO breakfast, it’s a coffee machine and some plastic wrapped muffins.

I’m not sure what went wrong, but when I arrived to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Apparently their system didn’t have the information from Expedia. It took almost two hours for them to try to resolve the issue, and during that time I had to go back to my car, drive around, and sit on hold while going back and forth with customer service.
I was told an escalating manager would call me back, but that never happened. By the time two hours had passed, I no longer felt comfortable staying there.
What made the situation worse was the lack of ownership from the staff. Imagine flying from Atlanta to Lubbock for a black-tie event later that afternoon, arriving around 3 PM expecting to check into your room to rest and prepare, only to get stuck in a customer service loop instead.
Overall it was a very frustrating experience. No one seemed concerned that I ended up losing money because of it.

I stayed for 3 days and felt like I was staying somewhere way more expensive than what I actually paid for. The room is comfortable and spacious with plenty of lighting and comfortable pillows and a very clean environment, and the staff was nice and respectful. Best of all, no security deposit if you booked with a debit/credit card. Would stay again!

Room was spacious and clean with access to laundry, ice machine and vending machine (I used for water). It’s right off the highway, so you get some noise, but it wasn’t a problem for me. A/C unit worked very well and it was well lit. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice room and staff but no coffee pot in room and coffee in lobby was not very good. There was nothing but tiny muffins for breakfast.
Also, for being a newer hotel, there was a large gap in the door to the direct outside that let in a draft. But the room was still warm with the heater going.
