Stayed here for a weekend with a good buddy of mine and had an absolutely delightful experience with Marci as our wonderful host making sure we were accommodated to and that our stay was as great as it could be. The breakfasts she cooks (herself by the way! Are delicious and she always makes sure to fine tune to your allergies or tastes. The room was cozy and all the themes are so charming! Looking forward to returning if I ever find myself in the Springfield area again :)

My wife and I stayed in the Asian Flair room and it was absolutely amazing. Loved this room! It was clean, cozy and so relaxing. We was greated by Marci ( hope i spelled that correctly) and it was a very warm welcome. She gave us a heads up on some of the activities in the area and was very friendly. I loved the breakfast area and breakfast itself was good. I felf very comfortable here and my wife loved it too. When we come back to Springfield we will be staying here again. Highly recommend Naomi's Inn Bed and Breakfast to anybody that's thinking about staying here.

Staff didn't realize that not everyone has a cell phone. When we arrived there was no one on the premises. Information about check-in was on a text which we do not check. We managed to call but the call went 3 times to an answering machine and not to the proprietor. After about 10-15 minutes the proprietor arrived.

Naiomi was wonderful. It’s incredibly impressive how she runs the inn by herself, and she made us a very yummy breakfast. The other guests were friendly, and the liveliness made us feel right at home. We stayed in the “Cape” room, and the TV in there is HUGE. Would stay again!

The good: This is a nice place to stay for a night if you like quaint bed and breakfast places. It's a large house with uniquely decorated rooms. Marcie is the host and cook. She's great to deal with. She customises the breakfast for individual tastes. She has an extensive variety of coffee and tea. They have a chicken coop in the back yard.

The OK: The room was small. The desk was small. The bath space is small. There's no closet. It would be really helpful if they would add some hooks to hang clothes.

I personally would stay only for 1 night.

As dirty as the room was we didn’t care to have breakfast there even though it was free. Cleaning standards are very low if owner considers that clean is leaving hairs from previous guests in bathroom. Dusty bedroom and dirty floors. No visual signs to guide you in the right direction of where to park upon arrival. Not the best customer service from owner of property.

I left feeling nourished and nurtured

Staying at Naomi's Inn not only gave me a nice break and EV charging stop for my long drive from Owego, NY to Rockport, MA; it brought me the magic of Marci, the owner. She restored this beautiful home, where she lends her unique/fun touch. Plus, she is an amazing listener and human being, who made a wonderful breakfast and conversed with several interesting guests, including a psychiatrist, EMT in paramedic training, and HVAC engineer/pilot. What a special place this is.

The room, beds, bathroom, everything, were all great. Breakfast and the dining area, clearly the hosts go out of their way and put a lot of passion and effort into making the experience memorable, in a very good way. There's an outdoor patio area and fire pit - although we didn't use it, it looks really nice. I can't say enough positive things about our wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

Very convenient for overnight stay before a procedure at Baystate Hospital as it is directly across the street. We live an hour away and were required to check in at 5:30 am. We set our phone alarm for 5 am and were on time! We would have had to get up at 3:30 am otherwise!

Naomi’s Inn is a delightful found. Quirkily (but comfortably) furnished it harkens back to another era. The breakfast bar is a sight to behold as are many of the other furnishings. Fun to see. We stayed for two nights in April 2025 in the Louis XIV Room. What a lovely stay. The room is spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the host is kind and has lots of information on local points of interest. There are many free parking spots on site. Centrally located to everything, and location was nice and quiet.

We were put in Morts with a questionable Queen and not Simply Elegant with a king. No one greeted us and I called the number on the door and was told we had the library room. Not what we booked. Location , however was great.

This is a cute and eclectic B&B. Delicious breakfast served on China with stemmed glassware for juice and big mugs for coffee. All served around an old grand piano. Animated conversation with other travelers a plus. The shower in our room was very nice, but the room was a little light so needed my face mask. Not the first time I needed it on our journey. ( I need it really dark). We retire early so did hear other people coming and going. All in all…enjoyable!!

3 night stay for doctor visits and to visit friends. Inn was very nice and Marci was fantastic. I felt safe once I was at the Inn but I wouldn’t walk around the area alone especially after dark. However I would absolutely stay there again.

Marci the owner was very accommodating and served an exceptional breakfast each morning. The decor, many of her own whimsical drawings on the walls, are fantastic and give the inn a very unique ambience.
The beds were comfortable and rooms more than adequate. Very convenient to Six Flags and much better than a hotel room. We loved our stay there and will go back again for sure.

very charming property. classic style of a bed & breakfast. Daily homemade breakfast which was nice-- would be nicer to have some options, toast, cereal etc rather than just the same thing for every guest, however the food was good, just sparse. Tea/coffee always available. Very cute set-up for a breakfast bar, or can eat outside on the porch. The staff (I think the owner?) Marci was very accommodating and friendly.

The rooms seem nicely decorated with modern bathroom. Our room was Anthony's Room-- it was a bit small and there was no where to sit to eat our take-out dinner while watching TV except on the bed which can get messy-- I would recommend to the property to offer trays so guests can more easily eat in bed while watching TV as there was no sitting area for that in our room. Some of the other rooms seem larger with more sitting space. TV includes netflix. Overall the property itself was quiet, but the hospital is across the street (ambulances), and we were on the first floor and could hear the guests and staff speaking loudly in the eating area right outside our door which kind of killed the romantic vibe in the moment that my partner and I were having. The property is cute, there's a little garden and chickens in a coop. It could probably be improved a bit to make the vibe more romantic with more services-- maybe some hanging christmas lights, special services for couples, etc. Overall a nice place to stay and would definitely be back but would try a larger room.

Great Overnight Stay!

We were traveling from NJ and needed an overnight stay with 2 teenage boys. We selected Naomi’s because of the bunk bed room attached off the main room, so it would give the kids privacy. When we left later than planned and had a late arrival, the owner gave us digital codes to get into the B&B and the room so there was no need to check in at a certain time. The common areas are whimsical with decor and murals, the room was tasteful and very clean, and well thought out. This B&B was close to everything and the breakfast and coffee the next day was great. We had excellent conversation with the delightful owner. If we are ever traveling through the area again, we will certainly choose Naomi’s again.

I enjoyed my stay at the bed and breakfast. It's cute quaint place with attentive excellent staff. I checked in with my boyfriend and my dog. We both felt welcomed and made to feel right at home. I would come back again. Probably try out another one of thier themed rooms. I stayed in the Gamma Green and liked it. The towels smelled a bit funny but everything else was great. The breakfast was yummy. I like that they have their own chicken coop for their own eggs. I like that they do what they can to source their own food. It was Thanksgiving, so pumpkin french toast was delicious to enjoy on such day. All in all a great experience.

Not your grandma's Bed and Breakfast...YAY!

What a gem! the experience you will have at Naomi's will be quirky and interesting and definitely not mundane and predictable. The attention to detail of the different rooms and their themes, the artistry that invites conversation and Marci's keen desire to have her guests feel welcome cannot be overstated.

We stayed several days while visiting family in the area and enjoyed great conversations over breakfast, great coffee, fresh, not mass-produced breakfasts, and the ease to come and go as we pleased.

If you are open to the unpredictable and unique and relish human interaction, this is the place for you!

This is the place! a true hidden gem!

Naomi's is a true hidden gem! If ever we need to stay in this area again, this is the only place we would consider staying. Our room was very clean and even had a fish tank. She made us a delicious breakfast, which is served around an old piano which was a great experience. After breakfast she allowed us to look at the other unoccupied rooms. Every room is different and very unique in its own way. She tries very hard to make sure every guest is fully accommodated!

Quirky B&B, overall a bit run down and could do with sprucing up. We stayed in Asian Flair. Coffee hutch in room held one empty french press and no coffee, refrigerator tiny and could not even hold our leftovers from dinner. But bed was comfortable and Marci is lovely. This is on a busy street right across from a hospital, so there is traffic noise and sirens.
