We weren't expecting the motel-designed building with the booking of this quality inn. Thankfully, there is an interior hallway where you enter the rooms, however, it has cigarette odor baked into the ceilings and walls from times past. The room was decent (no cigarette smell), but the mattress on the hard side. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Exactly what we needed as a stop for the night with two dogs. Staff were friendly and helpful; room was clean, and given it was a dog room, that was great! Sound-proofing was great, too. Heard some other doggos very faintly, and it was nice knowing there were others around. A bit worn in, and no extra/winter blankets. And still, enjoyed a very peaceful night and woke up well-rested. Thank you!

The breakfast menu and set and dining area was very nice and clean and food options were great. The area around the hotel was good Wendy’s next door and Starbucks across the street. Parking was good even with the snow and the one Staff Member was very nice and very accommodating. Told him the light was out in the bathroom and he wanted fix it immediately. The cleanliness of the room was poor. The rug needed to be vacuumed and the toilet seat was not clean and a dirty spoon and sock was on the floor. I went to reheat my food in the microwave but there was a bag of old food left in there. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and were discolored. My suggestion would be to hire a cleaning company to have the rooms cleaned daily and especially before and after guest visits.

I have spent several stays at this location. This one was by far the worst. There were black marks which appeared like mold over one of the beds. The cleaning crew tried to enter the room at 9am. There were remnants of hair that didn’t belong to us on the bathroom floor and what looked like tomatoe seeds along the door seal. Debris on the carpet. Very disappointed. We often stay here as it’s close to our friends

We did not have any hot water, drip in bath tub and fridge kept us up all night, room smelled of stron cleaning solution, towels displayed had stains, water leaked under sink, filled coffee brewer to \"Max\" line mark, and when I brewed coffee, it overflowed - either cup provided is not big enought or MAX line is too much - I prepaid for two nights but left after one night as we were not going to spend another night in that room. Would like to be compensated for the 2nd night

The owner of the hotel acted like he is a most important person and can do whatever he wants. I arrived around noon and had to go to the wedding so I asked him if we can have room earlier he basically scream at me”absolutely not “ so I asked if I can change in the lobby bathroom because I need to go to the ceremony at 1 pm. Off course the answer was “absolutely not “ I also witnessed the incident with another customer when the owner was very rude and disrespectful and the customer said “ sir you are very rude “ the owner sad “get the f…. out of here and cancelled the reservation. The owner said that his hotel is his private property and if the customer didn’t leave he would call the cops. Very upsetting and unprofessional behavior. His assistant who was seated behind the counter cancelled the customer’s reservation and seemed to be very happy. I was never before in the hotel where I was treated like someone who is lower than the person behind the counter. The word disrespectful is not enough to describe this owner and his agent ( assistant) behavior.

This is an older style motel with room access separate from the lobby. Rooms face the parking lot. 1st floor rooms have sliding doors that open to the lot. 2nd floor rooms have balconies. Tons of noise from outside. Deadbolt did not work.

The worst hotel ever, the room smelled, towels were hard, not white but dingy,curtain dirty and ripped, under the bed was filthy, the door lock wasn't secure, carpet was dirty, my pillow smelled like urine, the sheets were dingy lookin, Overall the place looked scary. The room has 2 doors and a small little unsafe balcony. Terrible. NEVER AGAIN

There was nothing to like about this property. I booked because it seemed reasonably priced with decent reviews, but was extremely surprised and disgusted upon entering.
The main hall had a terrible smell... something like moth balls and a vacuum belt that had caught on fire. Just awful.
I was hopeful it was just the hall, but it was our room as well. We opened one of the doors to the outside to hopefully air it out, to no avail.
On top of that, our sheets and comforter both had stains. There was still trash in the trash can, which consisted of a petrified/moldy pretzel. How long does something have to be there to get like that?
And the real icing on the cake was that it looked like someone had used buzzers on their hair in the bathroom. There were tiny hairs all over the floor, the tub and the toilet.
We told the staff that the room was not clean and that the smell was unbearable, and he offered to cancel the room for us. He didn't, however, inform us that we wouldn't be refunded for the first day's stay, even though we absolutely did not stay there. Over all it was just a terrible experience and we wouldn't recommend staying there.

One of the first things noticed was the shower head and faucet where leaking constantly. and the second was mold on the ceiling above the dressers. Didn't bother to take photos as we where not in the room for anything but sleep. The cable tv was not working properly cutting in and out. 3 out of five for the stay.

The price matched the quality of the room. The staff was nice and was nice to have a balcony, however, the room needed a better cleaning and improved tv channels - no espn?!?!

The carpet was moist/damn, as was the bathroom floor. Thankful to have brought slippers. The bathroom floor had pieces if hair on it. The towels needs to be replaced as had stains.

Didn’t get the best sleep but we survived and got what we paid for - an inexpensive room off the highway and near our destination.

I have stayed here for the Big E in the past. It's been refurbished since my last visit but still shows its age. The location is right off the Mass Pike which is great for travel but can be noisy for the same reason.
We enjoyed the breakfast. It was well stocked and had plenty of selections.

Older man checking us in was very rude, not friendly and it seemed like we were bothering him by checking in, not a good first impression of the place. Sheets had some stains on them. Toilet had been used in the room and not flushed. Cleaning staff and morning breakfast lady were pleasant.
Was not worth the $200+ a night it cost. ( entire area lodging seemed to be really high this trip, time of year maybe idk?)

I have so few regrets in life, but booking just one night at this “hotel” is one of them.

The room was either not cleaned at all before we checked in, or they just changed the sheets and called it a day. We found hair from potentially multiple other people all over the bathroom, and the towels were so dingy, we couldn’t tell if they’d been washed or not, so we opted to air dry. We didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower in the room, which must have been the right decision, as I heard another guest checking out tell the concierge that their tub wouldn’t drain.

We turned the air conditioner on when we got in (which looked like a relic from 1994), and were hit with a scent that can only be described as urine meets mold. We opted for the fan setting instead of AC, which was only slightly less offensive. We saw guests on the second floor with their doors open, instead of using the AC unit, but we were on the ground floor and didn’t want to leave our doors open to the general public at the Wendy’s drive through next door.

While the sheets were clean, the mattress cover was not, as I’m sure the spider in the corner of our room could see. Every time I turned my body to (try to) get comfortable in bed, the box springs sang out with displeasure.

If you’re like me, and read one or two reviews about lack of cleanliness and are thinking, certainly they’re just bougie or picky, think again. I almost never leave reviews, but this was my worst hotel experience ever.

A little overpriced for a king bed that was broken on one side, so much that every time my partner shifted in their sleep it sounded like we were going down with the Titanic. Our bathroom was dirty with a leaking toilet, missing amenities and hair plastered to the shower wall. The term “hot breakfast” is false advertisement - you have to heat up your own bagel or toast…because everything else at the breakfast bar is cold. If I had spent less money I probably wouldn’t have much to complain about, but here we are…

Our room could have used a good cleaning. When we got to our room I noticed that the trash wasn’t taken out from the people before us. I brought it to the guy at the front desks attention and he took care of it immediately. Also, the first night we stayed there the water in the shower was backing up. I brought it to the managers attention the next morning and it was taken care of immediately by him personally. It’s not a bad place but it definitely needs to be cleaned better. I wouldn’t recommend but the manager is trying.

I had already paid for room and arguing over a vending machine was not worth the trouble. Also , the internet service was not good.

The room size and layout was good, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, the room smell was terrible and overwhelming; very likely caused by a dead animal in a wall or ceiling. Also the bathroom floor had hair on it and the bathroom door did not close at all, it does not fit in the door frame. The level of the room was very basic, which we were expecting (even though the price was very high, but that seems to be on par for the area this time of year). However the conditions were unsanitary and it's unconscionable to rent it in that condition.

Check in was simple and easy, front desk was nice and lobby was okay. The room smelled like cigarettes, sweat, and urine and it didn't help that the A/C had not been turned on prior to arrive and the room was very humid. The sheets and bedding were stained and overall the room felt unclean.

Check-in was seamless. I was concerned with the safety as the property is right off the highway and backed up to a wooded area. Upon locating my room, the door to get in was propped open. The room itself was average. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. If you are trying to save some money it will do the job for an overnight stay.

The toilet seat was bubbling and peeling. There was a pile of pubes in the corner of the bathroom. The lighting was migraine inducing. What a lovely stay. The room was uber clean and nice. Easy access from being able to park my car outside my patio door. The staff is very friendly and they keep the premises very clean and there were always landscapers tending to the property. Housekeeping was fast and efficient and always asked me if I needed anything. What I liked the most, is that the price is uneatable for the quality. I extended my stay due to how quiet it was in my room even though I had guests staying in neighboring rooms. I also like that this hotel hallways were bright and clean, unlike other hotels that have dark and depressing hallways. The breakfast was really nice and well-stocked. This has been one of my more pleasant hotel stays. Across from starbucks whish is a nice perk. GREAT HOTEL!!!

Had a terrible experience with stranger entering the room at 3:30 in the morning. Guests enter rooms from the hallway but rooms also have exterior doors with locks but somehow door was able to be unlocked. Hotel says that’s not possible and my fault for leaving door unlocked. We did not.
