We absolutely love it here. My husband and I stay here a couple times a year for a getaway. The staff is always pleasant. They are renovating the hotel, but it is not affecting the stay at all. I highly recommend this hotel. I cannot wait for my next stay!

We were told we were going to a crib in the room
We called 3 times to make sure we were told it was a crib and not a pack n play
When we showed up there was no crib when I called I was told that tgey would send one up right away I waited then called back and was told the houseman was busy vacuuming and would come up after he was finished
I told them it was unacceptable my son in law had to go and get it


There was no crib it was a pack n play I was told this is all they had tgey don’t have cribs


The front desk young man was rude and didn’t care he said he talked to his manager who would not talk to me and he said they have cribs


I would never stay here ever again
Had it not been thanksgiving evening i would have driven home

Room was good, beds were SUPER comfy! The hotel breakfast was pretty much the same eggs every day, a change of pace would have been nice. The pool is locked at all times. Every time you want to get in, or get back in after using the bathroom, you need to go to the front desk and have someone let you in. The key card should do this, this was a hassle. Overall I would stay here again.

So far, so good. Just checked in today, will see how it goes. Clerk at check-in very hospitable. Took me a bit to figure out TV. Why does there always have to be two controls!!
Looks like enough kitchen supplies, however regular dish detergent would be a plus, because I will have to run the dishwasher for three plates and one glass. Love the walk-in shower vs. tub/shower combo.
As I said, so far, so good.

Driving up to the hotel the landscaping was very impressive and beautiful. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We have no complaints.

Very easy to get to and to park. Safe parking area. Mall 5 minutes away and lots of food options. Clean, spacious rooms with a full kitchen that included pots and pans as well as basic utensils. They also had a really nice complementary breakfast with lots of fresh fruit as well as warm items served in a really nice breakfast area. Fantastic staff experience as well.

Okay for the Price, But could be Better

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Location was quiet and easy to access. The free breakfast was okay. We had a room with a kitchenette which had plenty of space, seating, and kitchen items. It was decent for a week’s stay, but there are some areas that need attention: The upholstered living room furniture is past its prime and needs to be replaced, as do the pots and pans that have inside coating that is heavily scratched. Also, glad to see recycle bins on each floor, but disappointed that foam paper plates and plastic utensils were being used for the free breakfast.

I love that this location is so close to the Holyoke mall. The breakfast, coffee all day and pool were nice perks! I just wish the ice machine had worked on our floor but other than that we had a great stay and will be back!

Impeccable Service Staff

Natalie and Ricky (morning Chef), made this experience remarkable and perfect. Natalie is a genuinely warm, helpful, and lovely individual who helped with everything we needed. She was warm and inviting and a sheer joy to talk to - please acknowledge her value to this institution. Ricky, (I believe his name!) was so inviting and welcoming and his food was AMAZING. He made our breakfast experience feel like we were being hosted in his home. Spectacular service from all we met - those two were supreme perfection and deserve recognition.

The only drawback we found was the hot tub water was not sparkling, and so we did not use it as much as we wanted. Otherwise this was the perfect temporary home for a lovely vacation. Thank you to all the staff we encountered, it made for a lifelong memorable experience.

fairly easy to get to. nice theres a shopping mall down the street to get things when needed. had an issue with a toilet in our room. no after hours matance crew on site. I had to go to front desk to get a water key to shut off the water to the toilet to keep the bathroom and room form being soaked with water. when we arrieved into the room. there was trash on the floors under the beds. (water bottles, wrappers, and persons other affects) The breakfasts were great for the 2 days we were there.

Excellent choice hands down .. beats all five star hotels that think that they are better !! Conveniently located right off the highway near a mall and restaurants and so much to do . Travel in from Connecticut each year and there’s no other choice for us. We would actually cancel our trip if we could not get a room here absolutely the best.!!!! When we arrived we found that our bathroom had not been cleaned. Someone left poop in the toilet and the shower was also very dirty. There was also a huge fight at the hotel. We were scared and called 911. Many cops came. We stay here often but we will not be back again. Very disappointed.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We stayed in the single king bed suite and it was absolutely fabulous! Being able to use my phone as a digital key and seeing the \"Welcome Quetari\" written on both TVs when I entered was a lovely, personal touch! I felt right at home and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of amenities for everyone such as free breakfast, access to pool and fitness center as well as a basketball court outside too. It was a little chilly but I noticed they also have an outdoor BBQ grill and seating area for the warmer days. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised and will defintely consider returning again for a night or two away.

I wouldn't use the cooking utensils provided, unfortunately the pots and pans were all really old non stick ones with the Teflon/non stick layers peeling off - they might as well not offer any at that point.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, well maintained. The lobby was inviting with comfortable chairs next to the fireplace. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was a plus. The stay overall was amazing. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, the indoor pool was excellent. The breakfast was horrible. Some of the worst food I've ever had. The eggs had zero flavor, the coffee was terrible, the sausage was super bland, the potatoes were okay.

Front desk agent was very strange. I have a large comfortable vehicle and left my border collie in the vehicle with her food and water and they still charge me for a pet even though I didn’t bring the dog inside! She said if they found out I had a pet they would charge me $1000!!!! Then on my bill there was a $168 charge for a pet!

Service was great, the room itself was spacious and had a nice layout and functioning kitchen, however there was hair on floors, stains on carpet and overall a lot of wear and tear on furniture. The bed and pillows wrre not the most comfortable so we did have a hard time sleeping. It was ok for 1 night.

Our stay overall was fine. The rooms were what was expected from the pictures. The service was not consistent. Most of the staff was pleasant although we were provided misinformation and different responses when trying to extend our stay. One staff person in particular was short and rude with her responses as if we were bothering her.
