The first night was awful loud couldn’t sleep the people next door and across , had to sleep with my tv on 60 and still could hear at times paid for a tub accessible room and I thought when u pay to hold a room that’s the point but on the day of got a call that room wasn’t available, this was a staycation to soak a relax . Tub was the main idea . Other than that ya I enjoyed one day if that .

Breakfast was pretty good overall. I didn’t really like the pancake from the pancake machine — it was a little too chewy for my taste. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the hotel was clean. I especially loved the vibrant designs and colors that beautifully represented Chicopee and Springfield. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a microwave.

Check in was great but then a group of kids came in I guess there was a birthday party in the lobby which I found odd but whatever. The kids were unsupervised by any adults screaming and jumping to the pool with no regard of the others using the pool with smaller kids. After “quite time” hours which start at 10pm people were throwing parties in the rooms near by so they were loud. It was just a bad experience I wished I would have booked else where or just stayed home.

Fun lobby setup, comfy beds. Walls somewhat thin, hopefully you have quiet neighbors. but not too much noise from road.

Main complaint - housekeeping. They talked loudly outside my door at 930am despite having the do-not-disturb sign on the door (checkout at noon). Even crazier, they barged into my brothers room at 10am without knocking, while he was naked coming out of the shower. He also had the do-not-disturb sign on the door.

Manager - please talk to your workers about these issues.

We left a day early due to the barking dog next to us. The first night, there was a group of boys yelling with the tv blaring until after midnight. We have children, and no one was able to sleep and my kids were terrified. Then, when we returned the next day after our outing, there was a dog barking NON STOP in that same room. we decided to pack up and leave at the risk of us not being able to sleep yet again.

Parking and access to highway was easy. “Pop Art” decor was an appealing variation to other hotels we have frequented.
