The room is big and spacious. Had a kitchen and fridge. My only complaint is the pull out bed, the mattress is stained and looks old. Definitely needs to be updated but other than that, it was good.

The suites with pull out couches are the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever experienced. We were there with 9 other families for a basketball tournament and every single family reported the same thing about the pull out. It should NOT be advertised as an option to be a bed. The ground was better or the couch folded up but that didn't work for some in our group who had a family of 4. Be aware-if you are planning to sleep a group of 4 or anyone on the couch make alternate sleeping plans. I upgraded my family to a 2 bedroom suite for our final night because it was that terrible. The breakfast and staff were all excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

Staff very courteous. We do notice full trash cans outside th hotel, lots of cigarette butts around the trash can. I do wish staff would have let us know our room was next to an exit a dog walking area. Several if the dogs were very vocal and barking every morning. I would let travelers know that if they require quiet- room 102 is not the place to stay.

The room was probably the nicest thing about the hotel along with the amenities. The front desk manager was very nice and helpful when I checked in but other front desk staff that I encountered I was met with sass or a “Do you need something?”. It was very hard to sleep at night and early morning because the doors slam SO loud. I believe there were a group of teens who stayed above me and they were running up and down the stairs that were right next to my room and jumping in the room above and I can say that went on for countless hours- it had to be about 11;30 PM. If it wasn’t for the noise level I would be fine but I literally hear every single thing.

It will do for a quick stay but the place is warm , the decor is old, the couch in the room they gave us was raggedy and on top of all that the vibe is negative. This was our second time staying. It's close to my son's home and we visit our grandchildren as often as we can but next time we will find somewhere else to stay.

The property was great for our family of 4 (5 & 2 y/o) weekend stay. The two bedroom was spacious that we all had our own space. The pool was nice and the breakfast was okay, had better continentals before but was acceptable. There were so many quick and easy places to eat around the hotel and the kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. We would stay here again.

When I made the reservations, mmths ago, I reserved two rooms, by each other. They were two floors apart. Our room, when we entered, the rug was wet. Went and got another room. Our 2nd room, had stains on the floor by the bed that looked like blood, stains on the couch, and the tub drain did not drain. For 300 eollars a night, was not worth it.

All the staff that I encountered in my 12 day stay were great. my only negative comment is that the every other day refresh of the room somehow got screwed up and then we were off schedule. I also think that there should be a \"better\" cleaning of the room on those days as well. Having said this, we did enjoy our stay and the staff that we encountered.

If I need i had to pay parking? Checking in at 9 pm paid for a full day, checked
out at 10 am paid for another full day.

the staff and the hotel was amazing it was clean and maintain well. We use the pool and it was clean. The only thing that I didn't like about my stay was there was a huge pool party there and people fighting till three in the morning. this was a Thursday night so I can only imagine what might happen on the weekends.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel itself was hidden from the main road and had no sign near the main road. The private road to the hotel is full of huge potholes. There’s limited parking and the and sidewalks to the entrance are very uneven and broken. The 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchenette was a great set up and what we needed but it was very dated, and not the cleanest it should’ve been. The towels were stained with dirty footprints, the sofa was stained, the kitchen floor was sticky. There were 4 teenage boys yelling while they ran up and down the halls bouncing balls at 10:30pm in which I had to ask them to please stop 3 times.
This is not your typical Marriott by any means.

Found a vibrator in my room. The hotel rooms are filthy. Do not come here. They didn’t even refund the full amount after my toddler found the vibrator next to the bed. I will never go to a Marriott again. They handled this so poorly.

The spaciousness of the room was good as were the appliances. The air conditioning system was extremely noisy and did not take the humidity out of the air. Stains on the carpet and dust on the molding in the bathroom.The room always felt damp and musty even with the AC setting on 68 as that was as low as it would go. Our clothing felt damp and the towels hung up in the bathroom never dried. We requested a room change because of the noisy AC and we were moved to another room easily but that was not much better. We checked out early and requested a refund for the remaining days which I am waiting to receive. I would not stay there again.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent! It is clean throughout, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located for my needs - close to grocery stores and restaurants or anything you might need. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. I had a small issue with the toilet and Maintenace fixed it very quickly. My room was very clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. Bed was really comfortable, and the room had a good amount of cupboards, closets and drawer space. The breakfast is terrific. Plenty of options for a good, healthy breakfast and well set-out. The lady who takes care of it clearly knows what she is doing and takes great pride in putting on a splendid breakfast. I'm a coffee snob...the coffee at this hotel is VERY GOOD and so nice to have real 1/2 and 1/2 creamer for it!

The Hotel Manager, was very helpful and responsive in clearing up a reservation and rate issue when Expedia was less than helpful. They took it upon themself to solve the problem quickly for me.

I will definitely be staying at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while in the West Springfield, North / South Hampton area.

I would however caution against booking through Expedia as they were less than helpful in assisting / supporting me in resolving a rate discrepancy I had. Expedia does not provide satisfactory customer service & support in my opinion.

This is a great location for those traveling; very swift connection to the interstate. The property itself has seen better days with significant depreciation. Still offers enough comfort to be categorized as a hotel and not motel. Breakfast was good, self service buffet style with paper plates and disposable utensils. Not at all luxury but good for an economy - budget class property. The breakfast team fast and friendly re-stocking the buffet quickly (was busy - did a great job). Check in and check out was not so great! I booked long in advance via Expedia and was told at check in I had already paid. I told the young lady I did not think that was correct but she was sure I had paid. This turned out to be inaccurate, two days later, when I checked out a different receptionist told me I was all set, so I assumed I had paid. To make a long story short, the hotel realized I had not paid so ran my credit card number, I got a Fraud alert and payment was declined. This followed with me getting emails and calls requesting me to contact the hotel regarding my „check-out.“ I ended up having to call back twice and request that they run the transaction while on the phone. This was not so fun dealing with do after driving home 5 hours. The check-in and out process needs to be reconsidered. Run the transactions while the guest is there…
All in all this is a solid property good for leisure travelers, team is courteous, good breakfast, beware of check out.
I would stay here again.

We got there on a Friday, and one of the toilets (2 bedroom suite) was plugged when me flushed. I would have fix it myself, but front desk couldn't find a plunger. Saturday morning they sent maintenance to fix. We left for the day, when we came back to the room that evening same toilet was plugged again. Told front desk Sunday morning as we checked out. Toilet line needs to be snaked as their is something in the line catching when toilet is used (NORMALLY).

We stayed at this hotel for six days and enjoyed a cozy, clean apartment. Everything was spotlessly maintained, and we felt comfortable during our stay. The only issue was the bed, which was very soft and not ideal for me, as I experienced back pain each night.

Aside from that, everything was wonderful. The breakfast lady was incredibly friendly and did a great job keeping the area tidy and organized. We had a lovely time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Stayed at a studio suite. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Some wear and tear seen in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, pork sausage, and breakfast sandwich. I could only eat the scrambled eggs since I don’t eat pork. TV channels didn’t seem to work at first, but it fixed itself.

We really loved a lot about our stay at the residence inn. However, the couch bed/pull out couch is advertised as a place a person can sleep and yet it was so uncomfortable, lopsided, lumpy and foot of the bed higher than the head of the bed, that it was impossible to use this bed. Very disappointing.

Having notified the desk previously that we would come in quite late, we arrived around 2:30am. When we arrived, we were very nicely greeted by Lucy, who gave us instructions on where to park most conveniently to our room. She was communicative and kind, and made us feel right at home.
When we spoke to Nick at checkout, we told him about a small problem we had at the hotel. Nick apologized for this inconvenience, and his sincere and friendly manner made us feel that the hotel really cared about their senior citizen guests.
Hats off to Marriot Residence Inn for great customer service from Lucy and Nick!

On the plus the breakfast was full and fresh daily.
On the needs improvement the shower head was filthy. It hardly worked due to the gross buildup on it.
On the negative and why i wouldn't stay here again the room doors close so LOUDLY. It literally sounds like someone is slamming every room door every time they close. I was woken up frequently by people entering and exiting their rooms. And when the rooms were being cleaned the doors sounded like they were being slammed like 20 times in 30 minutes.
I contacted the hotel a few days ago and have as yet not received a response.
