For a quick overnight, hotel was fine. Staff were helpful and friendly upon check in. Pool was closed for the season. Signage to direct guest around the hotel was temporary, looking like cleaning or renovations are being completed. Room was typical and sufficient.

The picture makes this hotel look better than it seems. Staff members were nice, but the rooms were terrible. Scuff marks on the walls, black spots or what appears to be mold in the bathroom due to no ventilation. Simply not happy.

The room was clean and comfortable - certainly met our needs, The staff was very accommodating - we arrived early and the front desk receptionist was able to check us in early. This was our second stay here in a few weeks and the receptionist remembered us and asked how we were (my husband had just had cataract surgery). The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, which met our needs. Having the Japanese restaurant right there was nice.

I expect that whenever we need a hotel room in West Springfield, we will choose to stay here.

L’été ça doit être bien, mais l’hiver une chambre avec balcon qu’on sentait l’air entrer, c’était glacial. On a gelé toute la nuit, le chauffage ne prenait pas le dessus. Sur les photos on a l’impression qu’il y a une belle piscine intérieure mais elle est fermé l’hiver. Disons que l’hôtel aurait besoin de beaucoup d’amour. La chambre était correct sinon et déjeuner acceptable. Pour une nuit au passage ca va j’imagine, mais pas plus.

When I took a shower, the shower-head was broken, so water sprayed out of the side and into the rest of the bathroom. My boyfriend had to put one of the towels over the side to prevent it from flooding the bathroom. Other than that, the staff were very nice, and the room was very clean.

There’s apparently a dorm on the first floor. Could not get a properly coded key card. Balcony door was unable to be closed or locked, and the security bar was missing. Woken up at 3:00am by a roach crawling on me. When the front desk was alerted to the presence of roaches they said, “That’s not good”. That was the only response. Avoid this place.

Breakfast never had juice or cold water available. Not everyone drinks coffee. They could have put even a water pitcher out. Supposedly a smoke free hotel. Saw 2 different rooms on their balconies smoking and hacking up a lung. Plus every time my heat kicked on it smelt like smoke.

The gentleman at the desk who greeted us was delightful. He had been there on a previous visit ,and we remembered him. We shared a few stories. The room was very clean and nice. Had everything we needed. The breakfast the next morning was great with the young woman seeing to everyone and everything --also so helpful, pleasant and nice.
We will be boking again in the Spring for another event

This hotel used to be a safe clean place to stay! Nasty smelly from rooms to hallways and even the elevators were nasty smelled of maujania .
Hotels.com may want to think about removing from app- was very dirty and nasty. Would never stay here again. It’s a shame too as it’s right off the exit and it used to be such a beautiful place to stay!

We had to change rooms 5 different times (between the 3 rooms we had) the rooms were absolutely filthy and there were blood on the sheets and walls in one of the rooms. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating to change our rooms so many times but we will not be returning. If there were more hotels with availability we would’ve left and stayed somewhere else. Also, for a smoke free hotel the whole 4th floor smells like an ash tray.

I’m not positive why this hotel is even still running. It’s extremely old, and outdated - and it shows in every crack, peeled up carpet and nasty-ness.
The tv/cable cut in and out all evening, the first floor was apparently an immigrant or homeless station?!
When we tried to find the breakfast area (which is gross/cold/outdated and looks like a jail yard) we found ourselves down a hallway.
When we got to the end there was guy looking at camera screens. Every room had bunk beds and rules posted. It’s either for homeless, or immigrants.
No signs anywhere saying don’t go down this hall. No apparent need to tell guests who are paying to stay.

The pool was closed.
The walls are paper thin - could hear the guy next door hacking up his lungs ALL NIGHT.
Everything was just gross.

Do not stay here. I would personally like a refund.

Hotel was old and tired. Room was clean and spacious. The refrigerator was a large dorm size fridge with separate freezer compartment TV was difficult to manage with remote but large size and had both Direct TV and Netflix capability. Sink was stopped up when we arrived and we had to plunge it ourselves. One of the bedside lights was out. I requested it to be fixed but no one ever came. Hotel is right off I91 highway. It felt like our room was in the breakdown lane! If you have to stay here request room on the side away from the highway.

Great stay at the Quality Inn!

Another great stay at this Quality Inn for a trip to Six Flags. Check in was quick, the man at the desk was friendly, and I got a 5th floor room as requested.

I was in room 509, a 2 queen, and it was clean, comfortable beds, 4 pillows on each bed, and overall was quite pleasant. The room only had 1 chair and was missing the table however.

Bathroom was clean, some small rust spots on ceiling brackets holding the drop ceiling, and I was missing a towel for the floor outside the shower, so had to use a bath towel instead. Good water pressure and very hot water!

Breakfast was the usual here, but the young woman working the breakfast was frequently tending to items, restocking, and everything was always full! She was wonderful!

For a Sunday in October, the room was a great value and I will certainly stay again when visiting Six Flags! My last visit, I stayed at the Blue hotel next door, which was fantastic, but more expensive this visit, and Quality Inn offers free breakfast which is nice!

The facility is grimy and in need of updating. The room was dank and the sliding glass door window was clouded over with age and hard to open/close. The bathroom was okay, but not perfectly clean around the sink/doorway where there was toothpaste or soap splatter. The breakfast room was really dingy and the floor was sticky both days. The food was typical for that kind of breakfast: hot stuff sitting in the warmer too long and the rest was average: toast, bagel, yogurt cup, etc. There was no pool as had been advertised as being open through December (covered, enclosed pool attached to the hotel) which was the only reason I chose this property in the first place. Would not recommend due to the overall grimy appearance of all areas and overuse of air fresheners to try to cover up the damp smell.

I booked this hotel July 4th weekend and when we came it looked nothing like the pictures and was very dangerous looking. I rebooked for this past weekend not realizing it was the same hotel, seeing great reviews on Expedia. I googled the address the day before and saw a bunch of negative reviews on Google and 4 reviews in the last 2 months for bed bugs from different reviewers. The hotel would not refund my money and I rebooked another hotel. Expedia needs to show reviews like bed bugs and additionally a hotel that has bed bugs should not be allowed on expedia until they show evidence of cleaning the place and that the situation has been remedied. I drove past it twice on my trip and looks just as derelict as it had previously. Expedia needs to put up front reviews that are negative up front.

Great hotel for a cheap night passing through town

Over all great stay. Looking for a decent place to overnight traveling back home from a vacation. Check in process was easy and greeting immediately with a friendly staff member who appeared to be training but still very efficient at their job.

We were giving directions to the elevators and went up to our room. The room was clean the furniture inside had some wear and the desk had some damage along with the night stand. Beds were surprisingly comfortable yet bouncy. A single king or even single queen optioned room would have been great but 2 queens just mean more room to spead out.

The batroom was large, bright and clean there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no body wash it seemed that was on the wall by the sink for whatever reason. I always bring my own however so that didnt affect me or my wife.

Room seemed quiet aside from the batroom where I could hear the neighbors activites and the door to the balcony(which was about big enough to fit 2 people standing)

The breakfast was not a strong point for me. But others seemed to enjoy it.

Overall if i had to stay here again for a single night I would.

The hotel was good for some place to lay your head. The walls are very thin. You can hear everyone having conversation in their rooms. The hotel needs a good upgrade. There was trash everywhere outside. They do not take pride in their hotel appearance. The positive side is that the hotel is very close to the Big E and it is very easy to get to and from the fair. Also there is a big plaza right across the street from the hotel that if you need anything at all from shopping to groceries to some place to eat, it is all right there.

Pulled into parking lot and got very uncomfortable feeling about the place. It looked abandoned. Only one car in the parking lot. Didn't check in but went to Hampton Inn further down the road (and forfeited the cost for the room). Hampton Inn was miles better in many respects. I should never have booked the Q I.

The price was better than other options and the breakfast was decent. We stayed three nights and they never cleaned our room, even though we asked them to, and they said our room was going to be cleaned. The lobby was freezing but our room was hot. The staff are nice and the pool was nice.

The ironing board was broken aswell as the sliding balcony sliding door. Smelt like weed in the hallways. The shower doors were very load when opening. Hard connecting the xbox to tv and couldn't. Shower wasnt cleaned properly there was a fruit sticker on the floor. Bathrrom door wouldnt clise properly. Over head bed lights, the dimmer didnt work. The mini fridge still had food in it. Theres people from a halfway house staying in the hotel, so that made my wife very uncomfortable.

The pool was good. Around 9pm my kids and wife kept saying they were getting bit. I laughed it off and said they were crazy. My wife said it must be a mosquito because i had the balcony door open earlier. Around 2am i went to the bathroom and when i came back i found 2 Bedbugs on my blanket. I FREAKED out and woke everyone up. I have attached a picture of 1 of them. We looked to the back of the bed near the pillows and saw like 10. My wife grabbed a couple and put them in a baggy. We packed up and went to the front desk and woke up the guy. We were sooooooo upset and gave this guy probably a little more heat than expected. We threw the baggy at him and told him to look at them. He was probably scared and we turned around and left. We then had to drive 3.5 hours back to Maine. Ugh Hotels.com was very understanding and gave a full refund. Please DO NOT stay at this hotel.

The claim about soundproofing was a total lie--you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and outside. Very loud. Sticky floors and surfaces in the room weren't well cleaned. The elevators were terrifying--I was never sure if they were going to actually work or if I'd get stuck in one. Breakfast had decent options, but made me really sick later.

That said, the bed was fine and the shower worked well, so basics covered. The attached Japanese restaurant was fantastic.

The facility is run diwn. The fridge K ept \"Turning on\" and was a high pitched liud sound that woke us up which was extremely annoying. Plus the freezer section door is missing making it not useable. The rug was damp everywhere under our feet and there are areas of shoddy wear that in the bathroom and general hotel areas. Most hotels have you use the room key to access the pool, not have to traipse down office to get someone to let you in. Elevatirs should be close to main area/lobby, not buried inside down several hallways. The price per night was good- guess you get what you pay for.
